Hyvä keskeinen sijainti kanavan rannalla. Siisti iso asunto.Ystävällinen palvelu.

Opastus huoneistolle oli loistavaa palvelua. Huoneiston ikkunoista näki paljon ohimeneviä gondoleita. Ruokakauppa lähellä ja läheisyydessä oli pizzerioita ja muita ruokailupaikkoja. Sopivasti syrjässä matkailija paljoudesta mutta riittävän lähellä nähtävyyksiä.

Huoneiston keittiössä huono valaistus( ainoa valo oli kaasuhellan päällä liesituulettimessa).Pyykinpesukoneelle ei ollut käyttöohjeita. Tiedoista poiketen huoneistossa ei ollut tallelokeroa. Huoneistossa ei ollut kahvinkeitintä ja vedenkeitin oli huonossa kunnossa. Sohvakaluston verhoilu oli rikki.

Location and spacious apartment. We were met at the railway station which was great because it takes a little time to learn your way around Venice.

Nothing to dislike

Beautiful setting in an old building, with all the charm of Venice...and overlooking a canal! Excellent staff, very helpful and caring. Francesco and Elena took very good care of us!!

We did not realize that first floor means actually 2nd...No elevator, of course!...Also, a little too far if your legs are not too good, to visit the main touristic areas of Venice. But we thought it was worth every step to have a nice place to come back to.

Francesco was a great host. Loved the neighborhood! Very Venetian and not touristy. Close to everything including bus, train and ship stations. Would definitely stay there again.

Hard to find, which is why you are met at Piazzale Roma and walked fve minutes to it.

Great apartment, spacious, clean and wonderful location with a supermarket, coffee shop and a couple of great restaurants nearby. It was a pleasure getting back to the apartment and Santa Croce after a crazy day at St Marks Square.

Kitchen could have been better equipped Second bedroom very small and really only suitable for children

The owner was very kind and gave us a lot of important information to improve our stay - the location was perfect to visit Venice but outside crowded area

Layout of the flat, ambiance. Pleasant welcome. Fairly well-placed for public transport. Delightful square nearby.

Not very well equipped had we wished to do more cooking. No sign of an electric (or any other kettle). But adequate for minimal cooking and eating. Perhaps worth telling owners that one of the recommended restaurants Osteria Mocenigo wasn't very good, although La Zucca was excellent.

Large spacious flat, short stroll from station and easy walk to all sites on the main island. Overlooked small canal, with occasional passing gondolas. Good local restaurants recommended by owners.

Flat was a little dated internally (other than bathroom, which had been recently redone). Kitchen a bit short of equipment / utensils.

Loved the big space and the closeness to everything. Was suprised by how quiet and peaceful it was, we never heard anything from neighbours and outside. Then to have the water right outside your window is not something we are spoilt with in Brussels!!! More a normal thing in Venice - of course.... ;)

The location is central yet more authentically Venetian as it is just out of the hectic tourist trail. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. Francesco is so friendly and the apartment has super information right at hand about Venice. They fetched us at the station and were always available to help - they derserve your business!

Spacious, well equipped and perfectly located in Venice to enjoy the city while not being in the middle of the crowded places. Fab restaurants and bars close by as well.

The main bedroom could do with a refresh.

Close to all attractions and highlights within few walking minutes, but not directly in the crowded tourist alleyways

You have to calculate a 10 minutes walk from the nearest public transportation

New furniture would add the extra point to be perfect

I liked the feel of the place being in a very old building. I also loved the location, with canals flowing past 2 side of our sitting room, so we could watch the boats go past.

I think for the price we payed, there should have been a starter pack of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, biscuits etc. Also a washing up brush, cloth & tea towel for drying. Especially as we arrived on new years eve.

Loved the location, history of the building. Good facilities and close to supermarket. Would stay there again.

The apartments are in an old converted palace with some original features. The hallway is particularly impressive. There is one exterior door onto the pavement and two onto canals. You can watch boats go by your window. It is a short walk (10 to 15 mins) to the touristy areas (Ponte di Rialto and then a further ten minutes onto Piazza San Marco) or if you walk five minutes to the nearest vaporetto stop, an enjoyable boat ride. The area itself has all you need (bars, cafes, restaurants, shops) and also has a nice community feel that you probably wouldn't experience in San Marco or Rialto. The streets too around the apartment are excellent for exploring with loads and loads of little courtyards and bridges and snickets.

Our apartment was overlooking the cannal. Very spacious apartment with 3 rooms. The kitchen had complete cooking tool and microwave. Beautiful decoration for tourists to experience the 1900s. Heater was working well. Near to the train station. Very nice and helpful staff, Francesco greeted us at the train station and showed us to our apartment. Highly recommended.

The apartment was exactly as depicted on your website. It was spacious, well-appointed and the guide books on Italy and Venice in particular were very useful.

Excellent location. The staff is a young man, who is very nice, patient and helpful. The map they provided is also very helpful for us. We feel like home when stay in Venice, especially there are boats passing by the windows, wonderful experience. Next time to Venice, we will still choose to stay in this apartment.

Loved the location of the apartments. A short walk from the train station and to major tourist attractions. Enjoyed being amongst the locals. Had the canal right outside our lounge room windows. Liked watching and listening to the traffic in the evenings. Francesco was very helpful on meeting us at the station and guiding us to the apartment.

The furniture (chairs and sofa) very lumpy and worn. In need of re-upholstering.
