no heating in the room in november poor breakfast
location It's perfect ration of price and quality , and perfect if you are going to search city all day instead of sitting in hotel. There are plenty of good cafes nearby. Colleseum is in 10 minute or even less. Would recommend.
last day there was problem with hot water, but it wasn't a great problem for us.
location is excelent, big room and clean inside.manager was nice too.
i traveled with disabled 7 year old child and had a special needs buggy so elevator was too small to fit it in.lived in 5th floor and needed to carry this buggy all the way up and down by myselve many times a day.that was a disaster...:-((( buggy weights 30kg so my own weight is 56kg.complete disaster.if i knew about NOT suitability for disbles i would never boocked this hotel
-friendly staff -good location
-not very clean -shower not working properly -cold, no heating -fridge not working -tv remote not working, etc.
Localization is good and don't have many neigbours.
The room ist not good cleaning, and the towels stay 2 days without washing. It's cold, the heater don't work and the window close not well. The bathroom is very weat and don't get dry from one day to another.
Very poor hotel. Nothing to say. .. even rates of hotel. . .
No air conditioning. Horrible wifi. Very loud street noise.
The only good thing i can say about this place is the location. Its close to the Rimini station, about five minute walk.
-They never vacuumed the room. Full of dust and we found insects in our bed. -The sound from the AC was terribly loud. -The warm water was not working for 1 1/2 day.
Great location from Termini Station. All other things are moderate, not good not bad.
Good location and wi-fi connection. Beatiful view of the square form the window. Amit is nice person. Fantastic and historical building and elevator.
So dirty rooms, uncomfortable bed and bad&dirty shower and toilet. Hot water was problem. It is not a hotel it is a bad pansion. Too expensive for the bed and this adequte breakfast facility. Not enough air-conditioned
The room was a great size for two of us and the view was fantastic. you are in a good area for walking to all the major attractions. The host Amit was friendly enough and we were grateful he assisted us in holding our bags after checkout. the place has huge potential however the host should be available for a set time every day as is the norm with most b&bs.
the room was not very clean (bottle caps under the bed, filfthy notworkng fridge and dirty cups for coffee) and we had one towel between two for 2 nights. we were very disappointed that the wifi was not working and that we were not told prior to arrival - particularly as i had to work on my holiday. breakfast was average with pastries that bordered on inedible!
The location. If you only need somewhere to sleep while you are visiting the city it is fine.
There is no formal reception area and the manager is difficult to reach.
The Location is perfect and good wifi
a disaster. the bath was dirty and full of hairs in the shower. in the freeze there were old, rotten fruits. the sheets for the bed, in the wardrobe, where not folded but messy, like someone use them and just trough them in.
We stayed four nights. The sheets were never changed. The towels were partly changed only when we deliberately asked. The promised Wifi was not working in our wing. (It was working in the office-wing) , which caused a lot of trouble. The kettle contained filthy water. The key to the main gate needed a lot of practice to use. We found other guests of this hotel waiting at the gate for someone to go inside. The staff was amiable but had no intention to do anything.
The location, the view, the atention
for summer a no permanent a/a is not enough to keep the room cold, and the breakfast is just only a coffee and a sweet pastry
Location if you want to be around basilicas and other historical sites. It was about a 15 minute walk to the Colliseum. Also, if you want to be with the locals, the bed and breakfast is located in a building where residents live.
It was difficult to find, staff were not available on site (only during the check in), there was no space in the rooms (just space to sleep), toilet area was tight, breakfast was only a drink and type of croissant and you had to go outside of the building, the bracket that holds shower heads was broken so in order to take a shower you had to hold the shower head in your hand in an already small space, toilet seat moved around because it wasn't the right size and the cups they provided in the room were dirty.
no fresh clean towels stinky bahtroom lowsy air conditioning
The suite was dirty, no space at all, troubles with water, a horrible hotel.
+ locality + wifi
- top floor and the broken elevator - small breakfast (one croissant + coffe) - very small rooms - noisy air conditioning - broken lock on the front door (hard to open) - almost impossible to park - it seemed to me not clean enough
Great staff, great location, great price, would definitely go again
Good location, internet connection.
No signs and pointers.
No sign board about hotel. Difficult to get into building if your phone is not working
there was no wifi connection poblem. Amid the recepton guy knows English, and he was helpful. location is good for historical places by walk. not so busy noise. you have a chanc to rink coffee, tea in room, it was free. price is acceptable, and rooms were clean.
reception and room in different apartment. reception is in A blok, rooms are in B blok. Dont forgot it is a hostel, dont want so much things.:))
Service good, but need a reception desk
The breakfast is complete insane, better don't offer it.
