Friendly owner, beautiful accommodation. Great breakfast and such a pleasure.
Fabio is a great host - very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious very clean and comfortable. Great breakfast in a delightful setting. Great location, 10-15 minute walk to Ponte Vecchio and close to great restaurants and local piazza. A great BnB.
This is my first time to feel so comfortable and relaxed that I feel at home while I'm travelling outside my own country! The room is spacious and the shower room clean!Every little thing can show you how much love Fabio has put in his lovely B&B,such as scented reed diffuser in the room, lovely decorations in the breakfast room, etc. Fabio is a kind and welcoming gentleman who speaks English very well. So there is no communication problem at all!Every morning, he prepares rich and delicious breakfast, such as pie, boiled egg, yogurt, coffee, juice, cheese, fruit, etc. They all just give you a brilliant mood every morning and cheer you up for your whole-day visit later on.We highly recommend this B&B to everyone, because it is not only a comfortable B&B to have a sleep, but a great place to feel the life of Florence from the bottom of your heart!Sincerely wish the B&B a great future and Fabio happiness. Thank you very much!
rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was plentiful with good choice. Location. Free loan of bikes.
Creaky bed a bit annoying in the lower of the apartments, but rooms on upper floors are superb. We stayed in both.
Fabio is a fabulous host. He made us very welcome and we loved our stay at casa di annusca. We had a lovely breakfast in his charming garden, the rooms are spacious, airy and very comfortable. The house is about a 15 min or so walk to the ponte vecchio and we loved our stay there. Would recommend to anyone
The room was large and comfortable. The breakfast large and delicious with great coffee. Most of all, the host Fabbio was welcoming and helpful with good recommendations of where to eat and site see.
nice garden, excellent breakfast, good location, close to main attractions
noisy room, really thin walls, less comfortable bed, still i think that we were a little bit unlucky because there were other rooms with the view towards the garden which seemed more comfortable and less nosiy
Enthusiastic welcome by owner 'Fabio', quaint and artistically inspired corridors and rooms -the perfect appetiser for exploring Florence. More than adequate breakfast and use of fridge/freezer.
Tea/coffee making available in common area -would prefer availability in room.
Fabio was just amazing. Very friendly and helpful. He came home from work for our late check in. Nice big room. We had the downstairs room. There were coffee making facilities in the room. Excellent location- 5-10 min walk to Palazzo Pitti. We left our luggage all day after check out- we were given keys to get in. Very fast wifi. Would not mind staying there again.
Just a few things- Take your own toiletries. There is no mobile reception in the downstairs room- you need to stand by the window to get some signal. The breakfast was just ok- bread, jam, boiled egg, coffee, juice, fruits. The fruits did not look freshly cut. Not the ideal breakfast to start your day with. Our euro adapter did not fit the power points as the holes of the power points were too small. The hair dryer adapter in the bathroom could be used but that meant only one device being charged at a time.
ever thing.fabio is an amazing host and his little bnb is lovely. it is situated away from the tourist area over the bridge, and was very very quiet. in the morning we had a lovely breakfast. i would recomend this bnb to anyone staying in florence.
no complaints to make
We had a short stay at C. Di Annusca and enjoyed it alot. The owner is kind and has good reccomendations for food. We also loved the breakfast which included a wonderfull apple pie in a gorgeous interior garden. In short , peaceful .
Owner was very welcoming and makes the best breakfast set up! Comfortable bed and great location.
Wifi signal is poor at some areas of the room
I loved the fact that we were close to everything yet away from the chaos of the mass tourism, I loved this side if the river as apposed to te other side. The local cafes and restaurants close by made us feel lime locals rather then a number in the hoard of tourists
There were quite many mosquitoes.
Nice staff (owner). Breakfast was fabulous. walking distance to florence central.
Shower would not drain. The room smelled of cat urine. On the last day we found that the pillow had been urinated on.
Everything. Best guesthouse in Florence I've stayed at. Beautifully decorated and Fabio is a perfect.
Location for price was great, and breakfast was first rate. Most helpful Inn keeper.
What's not to like in Florence. Maybe better weather.
Cozy, comfortable. An avsnt garde place to stay.
Some difficulty getting in and out in the evening.
We were given a very warm welcome by Fabio who runs the B&B, we had a really lovely traditional looking room on the 1st floor which was very clean. The location is on the less touristy side of town which means you have to walk to the river then cross over to see the sights however I think this is a good thing because there was less noise and traffic than other streets that we saw. I would definately stay here again and recommend it to everyone who is visiting Florence.
It's a little further to walk than some places but quieter streets overall.
All i want to say is that this is the best B&B i've ever stayed, the owner is a nice and meticulous person, always at our disposal. The room itself is well-decorated and facilities very well maintained, shower room is spacious and the temperature of the water for shower is unexpectedly stable for that we can enjoy a nice shower after a day out. Toilet flushes very well. On top of that, the packed breakfast prepared by the owner for our day tour was just fabulous, food was tucked in the aluminium foil boxes for that you could take away in the early morning. Yes, we highly recommend this B&B to other travelers in case they would like to find a place to stay in Florence.
