Nice and welcoming stuff, wonderful location near the important monuments and museums:)
The location is very nice,by the side of the Colosseum. Room is very clean. And the breakfest is nice, many kinds of drinks provides.
The room is a little small, and no television.
Clean room. Helpful staff. Good Breakfast. Safe and secure place. walkable to station, Colosseum.
nothing to say..
-Centrally Located -Very friendly staff who went above and beyond the call of duty to help make my stay comfortable!! -Quaint hotel located on a Piazza (so it can be loud, but hey, you're in the middle of Rome, so shut the shutters!) -Everything you need for a place to sleep and shower so you're fit for sightseeing and partying.
location clean bathrooms nice staff
poor breakfast terribly noisy at night, could not sleep at all no carpets in the room narrow beds heating turned off at night
A very nice hotel with a lot of attractions in a walking distance. Friendly and helpful staff Very clean and excellent value for money.
My room was very clean and quiet and the staff did their best to accommodate me. This is a convent hotel run by the nuns who do their best for you even though their English is limited. The location near the Cavour metro station was quite convenient and the area had a lot of bars, shops and restaurants.
The breakfast was not that great; perhaps some yoghurt and fruit would help. There is far too much 'white food.'
* Location-close to all sights of rome. Very safe area , vibrand ,as many young people gatthered to have fan. * good breakfast and the cleanliness in the hotel
There is no tv and also no refrigerator in the room. Old furnitures (need renovation)
The place is soo clean, the sister in the reception is very helpful, you can walk to all the tourist attraction except Vatican . I saw/met Pope Francis when I was in Rome. Can't believe it.. Blessed!!!
Thee is nothing negative with this place
Cleaning is done every 3 days. The room and the sheets are dusty. Covers are old and smelly. You have tha same towels for the whole stay. Breakfast is poor.
I enjoyed the great location and cleanliness, the bed is very comfortable and the breakfast was adequate and very enjoyable
very poor wifi meaning very hard to connect after 4:00 pm, no TV and extremely noisy Saturday night people partying outside...it was ok for the rest of the week
Nice location. Good price.
Great price location and cleanness
Great place right in the heart of things. We could walk everywhere from here, even to the Vatican. A stones throw from the Colosseum. The room was small, but we knew it would be. We requested a room at the back of the property due to the square out front. Lots of locals gather there every night, and it is quite a lovely convivial atmosphere, (albeit noisy). The breakfast, even though it did not look big, kept us going till way past lunch time. I love those big hollow buns!! I stayed here 40 years ago as a teenager and was so glad to have rediscovered it. Not much has changed inside and many memories ebbed and flowed. They had a nice seating area downstairs with a TV where we spent quite a bit of time. Spent 4 nights here and really loved it. Just be prepared for a convent life style. Simple and to the point. Forgot to mention the lovely chapel on the ground floor that brought tears to my eyes at service time with the nuns lovely singing!! Check out the balcony of the chapel as well.
The shower is truly tiny. What would help is a heavier shower curtain that would not blow in on you and thus make the space even smaller. But a trifle comment. Don't shower every night and all is good.
Price ! In centre for this price Is goooood!
Good location, very clean, suitable room size, good WiFi, good breakfast (coffee, tea, croisants, muesli, jam..), helpfull staff.
If room windows look at fountain square it can be noisy on weekend nights; no TV if it is needed.
The location is good near the Roma termini and the colosseum. Bus routes near the hotel are good as well to get up to the terminal and also down to the shopping streets Corsa.
Mosquitos in the room. Small rooms.
1. the man waiter's attitute is really bad. He is rude and unpatient. Probably because his working time is always at night. 2. there is no water pot in the room, which is really inconvenient. 3. Really noisy at night. I have submit the application for a quiet room. But the man gives me a noisy room facing to the street in a lower floor.
We were late from Switzerland due to heavy rains an the closing of trains. We ended up getting to Rome around 11:35pm and after a phone call one of the staff members actually waited almost two hours past when he was supposed to leave just to allow us to enter the hotel. Talk about customer service!
The location was great. The staffs were friendly. Breakfast was good.
It was very noisy at night. I couldn't sleep the first night.
I had a short pleasant stay (one night) at Casa Santa Sofia. The room is simple but ok, and although the noise from the square was quite loud I slept well. The staff was very friendly and the wifi of the hotel even worked in the very nice bar across Casa Santa Sofia.
Great location. Good value.
Very slow WiFi.
Great location! In the middle of Monte's square, it was noisy, but we love it :) Near to colloseum, in the hart of Roma! Brekfast is continental: coffe, and croissant. We don't know, that apartaments are near the church, I should say- almoust in church :) It was clean.
