The two guys who run the B&B are fantastic, so much helpful and nice. They explained us everything and suggested a delicious restaurant just round the corner. Room was beautifully furnished and comfortable

The location is very close to city center, near by Bellini park. Good and not very expensive restaurants around the location. Gerardo was very helpful by giving us directions starting with day one.

Breakfast was ok, but with not much diversity, as this is normal for italian style (croissants, sweets, juice)

Very helpful host. Nice room. It was a bit cold in March but fine once we turned on air-con. Good location in the city centre, not far from the railway station.

Bathroom is private but outside the room.

It is a realy great bed and breakfast! The room was clean and cosy. The owner- Gerardo- was very helpful and friendly. The price was very good for the quality that we got. It is well situated, in not noisy neighbourhood. For breakfast you can get o croissants, yougurt, juice and black coffe. All in all, we loved staying there and definetely would recommend it for others!

There could be a bigger variety of food for breakfast. We had many mosquitoes in our room, but, afcourse, its not the owners fault :)

We have had the pleasure of staying 9 days in the B&B Casa Etnea. The B&B is very well located in a quiet street, near a lively market, in the centre. The B&B looks fantástic, the style and details of the interior are just breathtaking. Every morning we enjoyed lovely sweet breakfast. Our room with a private bathroom, was a cool and tranquil oasis in the city, which we sometimes did not want to leave ! But the best part of the Casa Etnea is that it is blessed with a wonderful host named, Gerardo. Gerardo welcomed us with true Sicilian hospitality, we felt right at home when we arrived in B&B Casa Etnea. After 9 days, we were definitely reluctant to leave the B&B Casa Etnea ánd Gerardo ! We would definitely go back if we have the chance and we would recommend anyone to stay in the B&B Casa Etnea for an unforgettable stay in Catania, Sicily. Ciao Marcia & Ron

We liked everything at this place. First of all, it looks gorgeus, situated on the top flor of an old building. Second, the host, Gerardo, is amazing- helpful, nice, disreet. Breakfast is also very good. Overall, straight A+.

Location is perfect for city sightseeing - we were able to reach all the main "must see" objects on foot. The BB is tastefully decorated and the room was spacious with airconditioning, good Wi-fi and perfect mattress (especially important when you come back really tired and sleep like a baby). The owner - Gerardo was very friendly and welcoming, late in the evening we asked him to organize the trip to Etna and Alcantara Gorge and next day we've been travelling here :). Moreover, he speaks English!!!

The only minus - you can hear your neighbours. But if you come for sightseeing and not going to stay in the room all day long, it's not a big problem.

This was a marvelous surprise. Really elegant, tasteful as well as comfortable and welcoming. They should be charging so much more! The room was large, airy, cool and the private bathroom had been recently renovated completely. The owner Gerardo was very friendly and pointed out good places to visit and to eat. I'd certainly go back.
