We were very fortunate to enjoy three nights in this wonderful B & B. The location was ideal and the staff could not have been more gracious. We had the opportunity to meet people from all over the world at the delicious breakfasts and we're made to feel like family by Alessio and Ronnie. We will return to Rome and look forward to staying at Casa Fabbrini again.
1. Small staff (only 1 person each day) no one is staying after 19:00. 2. Shortage of soap. 3.The safe is not fixed to the wall. 4.The breakfast is very poor ( no vegetables, no eggs, no fresh juices) most of the breakfast is composed of cakes. 5. The hotel is located near the academy of music very noisy during the whole day and they don't know how to play... :-( Prefer to take real hotels and not pseudo hotels.
Tastefully restored 16th century building, beautifully modernised, cute kitchen diner on the top floor, comfy bed, great location (quiet but central), friendly staff, freshly baked cakes 24/7!
Not cheap, but considering the quality and the fact that it was a peak season stay in central Rome, it was worth it.
It's a beautiful, tiny boutique hotel right in the heart of the city, yet nestled in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The staff (every single person we came into contact with) was very friendly and accomodating! Excellent personnel. Free wifi, delicious breakfast with freshly baked hommade cakes were all good. What else can you ask for! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome.
Too many steps to room!
all staff makes cakes for breakfast, using of owners recipes, very friendly and helpful staff, the best place to stay if you want to have access to all attraction in the centre.
Location and common space were great, as was breakfast. Staff were very helpful during the time they were on site.
Our room was smaller and darker than we anticipated, and Internet access was unpredictable. While not problematic for us, others should be aware that staircases are steep (no elevator) and staff are not on site in the evenings or overnight.
Pottery Barn type room decorations, great location, super friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast, beautiful common areas, kitchen and dining area, snacks available 24/7, within walking distance of major attractions. Looking forward to coming back.
Depending on the room you get you might have to walk up a few floors of narrow stairs. If your room is under the common area you may hear people walking. Limited closet space. When blow drying my hair the hair dryer hit the ceiling and there was allot of dust that came down.
Location is excellent. Staff is kind, and helpful. Very clean room, and beautiful decor. Wi-Fi is free and works well. Breakfast is freshly homemade every day. More than a B&B, it felt like being hosted by a friend.
There is no elevator. It was a minor discomfort for us, but it might be a problem for mature couples.
Great staff and accommodations in an excellent location. Charming building with a home-like feel. Excellent breakfast in the upstairs dining area. An excellent alternative to any larger hotel - but a much better experience!
Stairs were tight and thereby difficult with the luggage, but it was of no consequence to our overall impression of this great hotel.
very friendly and helpful. room was ample and very comfortable and spotless. location was perfect.
- Great design throughout - Super friendly staff - Felt like home - Freshly baked biscuits - right in the centre of great shopping/eating area - Really clean and comfortable - Great choice for breakfast - worth the extra money
the atmosphere, unique concept , very cozy , peaceful
no parking, the closest parking is 15 min walk distance (40 EUR per full day)
Like staying with friends, only better. Our room was generous in size and extremely comfortable with beautiful pure linen sheets. The position was perfect and very quiet. A very stylish property.
Not one single thing.
Casa Fabbrini Roma Boutique B & B has lovely rooms, a gorgeous sitting area, bright kitchen and very helpful and accommodating staff. There are designer touches throughout and it is located in a quiet street just off a main shopping area, not far from the Spanish Steps. Would very happily stay there again.
We liked everything about this place. The only point to note is that people who find stairs difficult might struggle. No problem with bags though - the lovely staff carried them to our room.
Modern style with homely feel.
Location, breakfast, lounge areas
Wonderful homely atmosphere in beautiful surroundings , the central location perfect for whatever you would choose to do in Rome . Staff thoughtful and helpful don't be afraid to ask for warm food at breakfast.
Booking details suggested room with sofa the room we had was lovely but just check with the staff on arrival
This was an outstanding location to stay for our trip to Rome. Within walking distance to all the big sites. The staff is outstanding and the food (breakfast included) was some of the best we had in Italy. I wish we could have stayed here longer and look forward to staying in their sister location in Tuscany!
It was a very relaxed atmosphere, you could come and go as you pleased and help yourself to refreshments. There was a wonderful selection of freshly baked homemade cakes on offer. The communal areas were comfortable and homely.
Our room was a little small
Everything about it Comfort Furnishings Food Staff Location
The place was small and very friendly
There were times that no staff was at the place. Also th little side street that it is on is so small that some of the cab drivers didn't even know it.
Excellent staff. Beautiful house, especially the communal areas which are a real treat after a hot day of sightseeing. Roni made the most amazing breakfasts and cakes while we were there, fantastic! We were travelling with our 1 year old and this place was a great, quiet and easy option for Rome.
Nicely furnished rooms. The salotto on the top floor. The breakfast - staff will almost cook anything to order and there were lots of options. As the realtors would say: location, location, location. Very, very quiet in the heart of Rome!
Stairs - narrow and ceiling was height challenged. A/C control given to us on arrival didn't work - which we discovered on returning after dining and there was no staff around to assist.
Great staff and wonderful breakfast with all day access to cakes made on the premises. Gorgeous linen? Sheets and pillowcases. A very homelike feel .great eclectic design features
Would have liked bar soap instead of liquid, bath towel a bit thin/worn
