!!! location was great
room is very small shower is tiny with mold the bread in breakfast wasn't fresh the staff aren't there after 6 pm
Unique architecture, side street location and artistic interior design. On-site staff did as well as they could do.
Mobile telephone and wifi access very poor. Extreme noise generated from guests clomping around in room. Why no rugs? Owner defensive when provided feedback.
Romantic, silent, central location, nice building, typical italian street, friendly crew,
overheated (OK there is an air conditioner you may open window, but still), too soft bed, a bit overprized room
Location Design concept Friendly personnel
Bed not too comfortable Given the type of structure, unfortunately the property it's not sound proof

Too many stairs for elderly people
everything,place, location, service,
location the wonderful, wonderful staff small room but really rustic and clean open kitchen, the really wonderful home made breakfast
nothing, it was surprisingly outstanding
outstanding location, very comfortable, quiet, clean, relaxing. wonderful homemade breakfast in cozy kitchen. owner of the place took great effort in making his guest feel at home and to offer advice for a great time in Rome. would highly recommend this place.
Suite has very little closet space, I guess an easy issue to fix.
Amazing location! Incredibly cozy and cute.
The tiny staircase to the rooms.
It feels that it could be your own house! Breakfast facilities and atmosfere are unique. Very picturesque and quiet street and sweet building. A place you end up wishing to live in. A sort of nest in the centre of town.
The bedroom was a bit small for two... but general comfort of facilities definitely made up for it.
Everything was really great. Excellent location - nice staff. Strongly reccomended!!!
staff food location room decoration
The staff was very helpful with restaurant recommendations that were not touristy spots. Breakfast was excellent every morning. Very centrally located to all of the sites to see.
We loved the decor, stylish and quirky, the hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, delicious breakfasts, very comfortable bed, snatches of music coming from the St Cecilia music school nextdoor. Great location in a very quiet side street, but 5 mins walk from Spanish Steps, Piazza del Popolo etc. Would happily go back any time.
Hadn't noticed at time of booking the 50 Euro charge for late arrival (after 8pm) - perhaps I should have looked more carefully.
Lovely accesible quiet street
This is a wonderful place to stay. Close to Spanish Steps but on a lovely quiet street where cars are not allowed. Great service from incredible staff. They are super helpful and also cook and bake really well. Re built ancient building and great rooms. Breakfast conversations with people from around the world. This was a highlight experience.
We liked everything.
great staff, lovely welcome. Food was excellent, nice atmosphere around breakfast table. Rooms very stylish and clean. We asked for extra pillows in our room only because i have a bad shoulder. Nothing seemed too much trouble for staff. Great attitude overall.
I would have liked an ironing board ,iron in room, however there was one available in the house if i needed one. 0verall I couldn't fault this lovely b&b
We were very fortunate to enjoy three nights in this wonderful B & B. The location was ideal and the staff could not have been more gracious. We had the opportunity to meet people from all over the world at the delicious breakfasts and we're made to feel like family by Alessio and Ronnie. We will return to Rome and look forward to staying at Casa Fabbrini again.
1. Small staff (only 1 person each day) no one is staying after 19:00. 2. Shortage of soap. 3.The safe is not fixed to the wall. 4.The breakfast is very poor ( no vegetables, no eggs, no fresh juices) most of the breakfast is composed of cakes. 5. The hotel is located near the academy of music very noisy during the whole day and they don't know how to play... :-( Prefer to take real hotels and not pseudo hotels.
Tastefully restored 16th century building, beautifully modernised, cute kitchen diner on the top floor, comfy bed, great location (quiet but central), friendly staff, freshly baked cakes 24/7!
Not cheap, but considering the quality and the fact that it was a peak season stay in central Rome, it was worth it.
It's a beautiful, tiny boutique hotel right in the heart of the city, yet nestled in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The staff (every single person we came into contact with) was very friendly and accomodating! Excellent personnel. Free wifi, delicious breakfast with freshly baked hommade cakes were all good. What else can you ask for! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome.
Too many steps to room!
all staff makes cakes for breakfast, using of owners recipes, very friendly and helpful staff, the best place to stay if you want to have access to all attraction in the centre.
Location and common space were great, as was breakfast. Staff were very helpful during the time they were on site.
Our room was smaller and darker than we anticipated, and Internet access was unpredictable. While not problematic for us, others should be aware that staircases are steep (no elevator) and staff are not on site in the evenings or overnight.
