Absolutely a beautiful little B&B with a great location in central Venice. The artwork in the rooms were very tasteful and the location quiet. 3min to St Marks, the Vaporeto, and great Osteria next door. Elizabeth, the manager was very helpful. A great value in an expensive place. |

Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, even leaving us a breakfast tray as we were leaving very early before breakfast service, and room was clean and beautifully decorated. VERY hard to find with instructions from Booking.com which was no fault of the wonderful staff at Casa Fenice. Staff said we could've called them to guide us but that helpful information wasn't included in the poor directions found on Booking.com. We were very frustrated to follow such poor directions. |

Hotel was central to all major tourist attractions. Very good location, lots to do and see. That there were no bathroom facilities to use following having to vacate your room at 11am. This is especially a problem if you have an evening flight. |

The room was splendid and very nice furnished. We felt like two royalties. Our host was friendly and nice, she spoke English and explained us easily how to get to the main points.The hotel was near to San Marco and Rialto Bridge. Please offer a more consistent breakfast. For two persons 2 croissants, jam and butter was not enough. |

Very pleasant stay: very well situated (central, but not crowded area), not hard to find, warm rooms, hospitality. Wireless Internet and a more consistent breakfast are some ideas. |

Very nice and cosy small hotel in Venezian style, small but very nice room and bathroom. Great position, very close to Pizazza San Marco, but not in the crowded area. The room was very clean, the hotel owner really nice and helpful, we enjoyed our stay and would come back for sure. There is also very good 'osteria' in front of the hotel were you can find real Italian food. no, I liked everything |

Good central location, very tastfully appointed in "early venetian" style A little hard to find, also there is a restaurant immediately across the lane with outdoor seating (literally 10 feet away) - this is very noisy until about midnight when the balance of patrons are ushered inside. If one was to have an early night, this would be a definite issue - apart from this, a really great place to stay |

分かりにくい場所にありますが、慣れてしまうとアカデミア橋やサンマルコ広場にも５～１０分ほどで行けます。ダブルベッドは小さかったですが、部屋にクーラーや冷蔵庫、テーブルがありました。 スタッフから最寄のスーパーはリアルト橋近くのCOOPと教えてもらいましたが、カ・ドーロ近くのBillaの方が断然お薦めです。朝食は部屋で食べます。パンのみなので、朝食用にハムやチーズやサラダを買っておくと充実度が増します。 |

Das Hotel hat eine wunderbare, zentrale Lage und ist mit der Wegbeschreibung sehr gut zu finden. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung sind liebevoll gewählt und das Bad sehr schön.Das im Zimmer, auf einem Silbertablett mit Spitzendecke servierte Frühstück ist zwar ein italienisches Frühstück aber gut und ausreichend.Das Personal ist ausgesprochen hilfsbereit und freundlich. |

Hotel idéalement situé en centre ville , à proximité des monuments, assez facilement accessible. Souplesse d'utilisation. Chambre assez petite, peu de rangements. petit déjeuner fixé au début du séjour peu varié. |
