Excellent location and good price.
Room was a little bit dark but it was not a big problem.
The location was very nice and safe and the room was very clean.
That the room was not located in this address but two blocks away. We also waited about a half an hour to do the check in when we arrived.
Comfortable bed and clean.
No office. If your late, no one will be there waiting for you. You have to wait for them with all your luggage. Not easy to contact the person especially if you're from other country, too expensive to call so u wait and pray that they will arrive soon. i guess You get what you pay for.
very good location close to vatican and about 1,5km to city center. clean toillete. value for money not good.
very inconvenient small room. spare rooms close to vatican area, not a hostel.
Not far from St Peters Basilica. Great restaurants and shops nearby. Apartment was large and fitted 4 of us with ease. Shower was a bit small but not unusal for Europe.
Location good only 20 minute walk to La rambla, 5 min walk to Metro
Staff not helpful and discorteous. Refused to even help us make a call to airlines. Police comes at night area of the apartment due to marijuana use. Said with aircon but not true airconditioning. You have to clean the place yourself and wash dishes before leaving or else they fine you.
Very nice room, clean, comfortable beds. I appreciated the coffee and different tea flavours + sugar on the table. Very good location, just few minutes from St. Peter´s.
There is no reception, nobody the whole day, the staff is coming only to check in the people who need to confirm their arrival time in advance. So when you need to leave your luggage at the reception before checking or leaving the town, it is not possible. No shampoo or shower gel so bring your own with you.
We loved everything about our large light, quiet room with modern furniture etc. The position so close to St Peter's was quite wonderful, and we enjoyed some excellent walks around the area.
The painting in our bedroom!
first day I had to stay in another room, because the right one was busy
Location - close to St Peters Church.
Apartment was not maintained well. Specially with the bathroom.
Wifi was so bad that you may as we'll not use!
Excellent location to the vatican, shops, eateries and easy to get public transport, the train to other locations. Also very clean and hospitable friendly staff. Think some people may be disappointed if they thought they were getting an apartment as it is a small room with ensuite but this was perfect for us.
We informed the owner of the appartements that we will arrive a little bit late because we weren't in roma that day so we arrived an hour later and we found that the owner left without giving us the keys if the room. We kept calling him till he respond with a negative point and hang out the call
The location was excellent, near the Vatican, on a nice neighborhood. I've stayed on Coral guest house, a couple streets away from house Giada, but the manager came and pick us up from the Casa Giada door! The room was confortable, clean and with a good size, we even had a small balcony! If I ever go back to Rome, this is a place where I wouldn't mind checkin in!
Our room was located in a beautiful building, very close to the Vatican and the subway, which was absolutely perfect. The room was large enough, very clean and with all the needed facilities.
The only (tiny) problem was that there is no reception and you have to call them upon your arrival.
Very close to the Vatican City and the rooms were comfortable and nicely decorated.
The late check in (after 8pm) cost €20. The electricity seemed a little bit dodgy, some plugs didn't work, there was the occasional flickering of lights and a power cut at one point.
It's the worst experience we've ever had.First of all ,it's a small, unofficial hostel ,not even a hotel. It's only a apartment with five rooms.Only one staff ,who is not helpful at all. They changed their location without giving us any information. We've waiting on the road for HALF HOUR to get in contact with them. We've spent about one hour to check in.The worst is there is never a security for the customer .no one works at the hostel,(the only staff give u the key and u would never see him again)and no one pay attention to our baggage. The toilet is terribly noisy. However,It's the worst experience we've ever had in our trip.Horrible service.
Bathroom is a disaster
perfect location, near to vatican
everything in this hotel/rooms was perfect! really comfortable and clean, amazing decoration and very frendly staff who really helped us out. the location was also very good but the best was the terrace of the building from where you can see the whole rome!
Near to metro Calm Well equiped Large rooms Good interactions with the casa giada team (very friendly / adapt to late arrival and take care of luggage on the departure day)
miss a table and some chairs on terrace
Waited 1 hour on the street to get checked in. Beds were hard, decor was nothing like in the pictures. Ask what apt you will get so you don't get surprised..
The appliances are good, nice shower and bathroom, A/C in both rooms, washing machine, etc. Perfect location for vatican visits.
As it is located on the first floor, noise from the street can wake you up easily, and italians seem to get up at ridiculous hours. Apart from that, a church from across the street plays its lovely bell a few times throughout the day. However this is only an issue for light sleepers, once you close the windows it's not such a big deal.
Proximity to most attractions, excellent value for money
A little bit noisy A/C outdoor units
