Wonderful ! This is one of our best stay in Italy. According to the price we payed we received more than we expected. The Apartment is very clean and bright new, with view on the square, the church and the sea. The breakfast is not buffet but is packed, this is normal because it is an apart hotel and we had the kitchen. There is a big flat screen TV and even Internet wi-fi and washing... |

Its location It was extremely noisy, especially as the door would not open with the key, lock defective, so we were woken up by other occupants to open the door. It is near a church which starts ringing loudly at 7 am. |

There are cooking facilities, Do not expect breakfast (even if it is included), ants are everywhere (keep bread in a plastic bag), do no park car outside if you do not want to get scratches. |

We like the character of this place, my husband cooked delicious dishes in the kitchen and we buy food in the nearby street market. We eat grilled fish in the inexpensive restaurant nearby. The staff was very kind an satisfy all our request . The room spacious and rich of equipment, we cleaned our clothes in the washing machine inside. Location is very central. We will come back for sure. |

It is a very nice bed & breakfast in a beautiful and quiet place in Palermo near the main attractions of the city. The apartments are very big and well mantained. There are also a kitchen and a laundry. I suggest it. The shower is a bit old... but it's absolutely not a big problem! |

Central location Impossible to find! The website did not make it clear that this is not a hotel at all but a few one-room apartments scattered around with no on-site staff. You have to contact an off-site person and wait at at local bar until they arrive. The room was spartan, the bed uncomfortable. They don't take credit cards and we had to run around to find cash!! |

Muy buena relación calidad/precio. Excelente ubicación. El dueño nos orientó sobre lo más interesante de la ciudad. Para quien le moleste el ruido, hay una iglesia cercana que toca las campanas desde temprano. Pero creo que ésto es común a todo Palermo... |

Questa e' stata una delle nostre migliori esperienza: La posizione centralissima, la camera con angolo cottura e bagno con asciugamani soffici e pulitissimi, Lo staff gentilissimo e a completa disposizione. Abbiamo parcheggiato gratuitamente senza problemi, Si tratta di appartamenti arredati e corredati di tutto punto. Abbiamo chiesto una padella in piu' ed e arrivata subito. Consigliatissimo |

Tener espcio y estar cerca del centro de la ciudad. Sería necesario mejorar el equipamiento de la cocina (toallas, cubiertos, vasos etc.), y poner una cortina en el baño, para no mojar todo el suelo. |

la città che è cemplicemente meravigiosa. scarico del lavandino e della doccia praticamente tappati, letti scomodissimi, pentole che non si potevono assolutissimamente usare, colazione inesistente. |

prezzo interessante la casa all'interno è accogliente ma la zona molto degradata e nelle foto non mostrano la zona che è in condizioni pietose, solo il palazzo dove c'è la casa è ripulito e rimodernato, le vie intorno sono da evitare. |

Es handelt sich hierbei um ein Appartement und kein Hotelzimmer, was von uns auch bevorzugt erwünscht war. Das gebuchte Appartement im Kalsa-Viertel hatte einen Wasserschaden und deshalb haben wir ein Appartement im Vucciria-Viertel erhalten. Die Lage war genial und das Appartement für palermitanische Verhältnisse sehr ruhig. |

Отель расположен в центре. Зимой в комнатах было очень холодно, кондиционер не спасал. Горячая вода шла не всегда. Летом , наверное, таким проблем нет |

posizione, vicinanza con ristoranti buoni ed economici tipo da Peppuccio e al caffè-letterario Kursaal Kalhesa frequentato volentieri il dopo cena;insieme al poco tempo a disposizione i motivi per cui non siamo andate via. una chiave unica per tre persone, la stessa per aprire e per il quadro elettrico per cui uscendo la casa rimaneva al freddo e al buio,ci è stato risposto per motivi di sicurezza in realtà per risparmiare, il citofono non funzionava ,non c'è targhetta sulla porta.Uno dei 2 materassi era sfondato,i punti luce scarsi e distanti dai letti,acqua calda doveva scorrere parecchio... |

La posizione centralissima, la cortesia dello staff e la disponibilita' di un appartamento completamente arredato completo di cucina a nostra disposizione. Una hostess e' venuta a prenderci in aereoporto ad un prezzo molto ragionevole. Ci siamo sentiti a casa ed immersi nell'atmosfera siciliana. |

Lage. Kalsa ist ein uriges Viertel, in dem zur Zeit eine Menge passiert. Nähe zum Hafen. Nähe zum Zentrum. Extrem hellhörig. Man konnte den Gesprächen in den Nebenappartements regelrecht folgen!!! |
