Casa Mimma

Niente vaporetti rumorosi... siamo all'interno di una corte molto tranquilla. Lo staff è gentile e cordiale. La posizione è strategica per poter visitare la splendida Venezia: a 5oo mt dalla stazione Santa Lucia, a 30 minuti (circa) da Piazza San Marco. Avendo prenotato una camera matrimoniale con bagno in comune (per me è stata la prima volta) ho trovato una camera spaziosa e ben curata, i servizi igienici puliti ed in ordine. Consiglio di passare una bella vacanza in questa tranquilla struttura!

Staff molto gentile e disponibile.posizione centrale, molto vicino alla stazione e non lontano dal mercato di rialto.bello anche il giardino interno di cui si può usufruire nei mesi più caldi.

Great B&B. Very clean and quiet. It's a 10 minutes walking from the train station, with the suitcases. There are 2 bridges in between, the big one right out the train station and a little one after so you may suffer a little with your luggage, but thats normal in Venice. We got lost on finding the place but its not very dificult. Once you get out the train station you cross the big bridge that is on your left. Go straight on the street in front of the stairs and take the 2nd left (its the last one in the left cause it is a dead end street, probably everybody is going this direction so just follow them), you will cross a little bridge and go straight. At the end of this street you turn right and a few steps later, left, go straight. This is the tricky part... You have to go straight for about 100m, keep looking to you right side, when you see a passage that fits only one person and its luggage you get in. The Casa Mimma is right there on your left side, number 1412c.

The location is why we choice this hotel. We arrived by train and were to leave on a cruise ship so we wanted to be nearby so werent dragging our luggage thruout Venice and this did the trick! The Owner was very accomidating (we arrived 2 hours earlier then planned) and tried very hard to make our stay as pleasant as possible and even let us store our luggage there after we checked out for a few hours- thank you!

Mosquitos in the garden - ouch! I had read previous reviews that the breakfast wasnt good but I had no complaints. We had hot tea, coffee, 2 fresh pastries with jam and butter. Yes there were package crackers but choice the fresh ones instead. The beds were hard as rocks and the pillow might as well have been a slap of cement. Glad I had my own :)

Good location, in a quiet area but a short walk to the vaparettos and a square with a supermarket and cafes.

The manager doesn't live there so when there was a blackout and the fire alarm turned on we couldn't find anyone to sort it out. But the power came on in an hour and a half and the smoke alarm went off before then and I'm guessing this doesn't happen often.

Very good location! About 10 minutes to bus station and less to train station, a few minutes to vaporeto stop. Kind hotel owner! Nothing bad, except breakfast.

doesnt get what you pay for but I think this is how it is in Venice. poorest breakfast during the Italy visit. it is not a hotel anyway. a house with two floors and a guy who is handling everything. He is not there usually. you have give him a ring when you arrive.

A bit expensive

Great location: close to bus and train station, very quite and nice neighbourhood (Santa Croce), nice restaurants, shops, churches nearby. Walking distance from anything in Venice. Nice old building and room decoration, very nice patio for breakfast. Friendly manager, small hotel (a few rooms only). Reasonable price as compared to mean prices in Venice!

A bit noisy: our room (number 4) was just below a private appartment with 5 children, starting gymnastics at 7am in the morning (during the week), just above our head. Our nice glass pendant was shaking hard! Bathroom (shared): very very small! Luckily, we are not too fat; otherwise, we could not have entered the shower! It was also smelly at the beginning (but improved afterwards). Breakfast: terrible, as nearly always in Italy. Coffee was great but toasts and pastries were very white and industrial, jam and crackers in plastic containers. Yuck!

We've stayed one night. The hotel is very close (5-7 min walk) to the Santa Lucia railstation, which was convenient for us. There is a stop of vaporetto in 3-5 min walk, it takes 20 min to reach San-Marco. The host is very nice, and he prepared our breakfast early in the morning as we were leaving.

A great host! He was very attentive and polite and allowed us to leave our luggage after check out. Also we enjoyed our room - it was cosy, very clean and nice furnished.

Poor breakfast. And things that are common for all Venice - sophisticated streets (it was hard to find the hotel even with a detailed map) and a rather high price for a room with shared bathroom. Although I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends!

Nos gusto mucho la estancia en este B&B, su localizacion es muy buena ya que esta lejos de la zona turistica y te permite ver una Venecia mas tranquila. Se encuentra muy cerca de la estacion de tren lo cual viene muy bien pq resulta incomodo moverse con maletas por la ciudad por los puentes y cantidad de personas. La hab bien quipada y limpia muy acogedora.

Es un poco dificil de encontrar la promera conviene tener un buen mapa o guia con el gps del movil.

прекрасный отель с большими светлыми номерами, приятной белой мебелью, большой ванной. у отеля есть маленький зеленый садик, где так приятно завтракать. очень приятный персонал в отеле (приготовили нам в дорогу завтрак, хотя мы выезжали в 6 утра). отель расположен очень близко от жд вокзала (5 минут по уютным улочкам) и совсем рядом от остановки местного водного транспорта - вапаретто. ну и кроме того - очень радуют цены. для центра венеции - просто копеечные цены. рекомендую!

Albergue totalmente desconhecido na vizinhança. Apenas um pequeno cartão metalico ao lado da porta sinalizando o local .Equipe inexistente,apenas uma pessoa que abre a porta/oferece o péssimo café expresso com leite frio. Depois das 17 hs naõ fica mais ninguem no local.Nem a luz da frente é ligada.Entre as antiguidades do local deve se incluir um velho aparelho de tv 14´´ de tubo.Péssima relação custo /beneficio.Não recomendo.

Das Frühstück war erbärmlich, jedoch italientypisch.

Недалеко от вокзала, но найти легко можно только подготовившись. Но это относится ко всей Венеции. Крайне ненавязчивый персонал. Для нас это плюс. Дал ключи ото всех дверей и встретить хозяина можно только во время завтрака:-). Легко оставили багаж после чек-аута. Довольно чисто, но здание старое, поэтому и отель не сверкает.

Wi-Fi на практике есть только на ресепшене. Завтраки скудные - кофе, круассан, тост и джем. Это все. В остальном вполне можно переночевать 1-2 ночи.

Siisteys hyvä. Palvelualttius hyvä.

不知道主岛上算不算贵，每晚110欧，也是我欧洲之行入住的单价最贵的小酒店。很干净，老板很能干，就是有- 点难找。
