Super Lage mittten in der Stadt ... perfekt um Lucca und Umgebung zu erkunden und zu geniessen. Die Rezeption ist tagsüber besetzt und die überaus netten Mitarbeiterinnen sind unglaublich hilfreich.

This had a great location inside the walls of Lucca! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The two bedroom apartment was perfect for a family of five (with an extra cot requested). It's the only apartment we've rented where they leave a bottle of wine at arrival for you! Such an easy walk to everything fun, comfortable sleeping, great place to stay! We would definitely come back and wish we could have stayed longer!

Proximity to station and city. We don't have a car. Self contained unit, so there was room to sit and do things in the unit. The bottle of wine was a nice touch

The shower was extremely small and we are not big people. It was difficult to raise your arms in the shower. This was a bad design. Also the only place to sit we're the chairs. A couch would have been nice.

THe apartments was very nice and convenient, the kitchen is fully equipment. The location is in the center of the city. The personal was very friendly and useful.

Nothing really. I would have been nice if there were some english language channels on the T.V. but that is not Casa Paolina's fault really.

Location, location, location and helpfulness of Roberta!

Everything was perfect , Location , reception upon arrival and lots space for a family of four , rooms were very clean and modern , no need to book meals as everything is around the corner , Lucca was perfect to visit Tuscany , train is 10 Minutes walk with links to all hot spots .

The best thing about Casa Paolina was the location. Right in the middle of town, also being an apartment meant that you had the option of cooking if you wanted.

The list goes on! The staff were rude and unhelpful. After being promised a rate and our credit card charged, we were then told she may of made a mistake and would have to check with the owner to see if she should charge us more! We were shown to the room, but not given and direction as to what was in the apartment (we thought the dishwasher was a washing machine because it was the only appliance in the laundry!) we were not told were to put rubbish....The first day when we went out the manager decided to enter the room without asking or telling us, and removed some kitchen items and tea and coffee supplies. When asked she was rude and defence. The bed like most in Europe was two single mattress' However like most places these were not joined together so they split during the night and left a big gap in the middle of the bed. The heating was also controlled by management, so if your room got too stuffy - bad luck - open a window! We then found that both the living room and the bed room had security camera's installed.

The location is fabulous. The reception staff were extremely helpful, attentive and were able to assist us with travel arrangements by organising private transfers to and from Lucca. We would highly recommend this facility.

Great location, very large apartment, highly recommended

We had a great stay in Casa Paolina. The apartment was beyond our expectation. Tasteful, modern, clean and large. A friendly welcome by the helpful staff (thanks Diletta and Roberta). It is located in the center of Lucca with all the beautiful shops and restaurants around the corner. Tip; do it....You'll be surprised.

Of course you can not park the car at the hotel...

The location of Casa Paolina is absolutely superb and we thought it was great value for the money. You walk straight out into the heart of the walled city of Lucca, which is a charming town. On our stay in Italy, we visited several famous Tuscan villages and cities, but our teenage daughters preferred Lucca to every other place. We would definitely visit again, and we would stay at this apartment! The staff was helpful and friendly and accommodated our need to arrive after office hours. They also held our luggage for several hours after check-out.

The only "flaw" of the experience was that the air conditioning unit in one of the bedrooms wasn't working. It wasn't horribly hot, but it was stuffy. Otherwise, our apartment was great and completely suitable for our needs. It seems to have been recently updated -- and we especially appreciated the large, well-appointed bathroom.

This was a lovely apartment in the heart of Lucca, right above Piazza xx Settembre and near Piazza Napoleon.... Perfect location. Diletta was very friendly and helpful and helped direct us to the hotel through the restricted traffic zone. The apartment itself was large and comfortable and perfect for families.

The kitchen could have been better equipped. It just needed a few extra things such as cutting knife, coffee maker and kettle. Other than that it was all good.

It is in the most fantastic position and the unit is large, light and airy with wonderful outlook of a Piazza. The ladies in the offices very helpful! I will definitely stay there again and do recommend it. It also has a lift!!!

Um apartamento completo com mais de um quarto, cozinha e sala de TV! Mais do que a gente precisava, limpo e bem no centro de Lucca

Tivemos que carregar as malas até o prédio no meio da cidade porque não é permitido entrar com carro no centro de Lucca.

Zeer ruim appartement, 4 ster zou ik zeggen, rustig, aan een plein, dicht bij het treinstation, volledige privacy, uitstekend bed, keukenmeubel met al het nodige.

La posizione della struttura e la ampia metratura dell'appartamento nonché la buona qualità degli arredi.

Putroppo c'é troppa rumorosità dovuta alla gran numero di giovani che tirano funo a mattina.
