Simply an excellent place to stay for a romantic holiday in Venice. A beautifully decorated part of an old palace with balconies onto a canal. There are only 5 rooms and we were upgraded to a suite overlooking the canal for our first night so we experienced both a suite and a standard double. I would expect to pay far more to stay in a 'period' hotel in the UK so excellent value for money. Our flight arrived late at night and check in was no problem. |

The owners were very kind people. Chexking in process was weird. No real front desk for this 5 room hotel. We were to told to wait in breakfast room and took a while for someone to meet us.plus the stairs were very narrow for luggage and had to carry all up steep steps with no elevator.and room was advertised as having two balconies which were merely window seats not balconies at all. |

The location was ideal. Our room was not available so we were ungraded to a suite at no added cost. The staff was very helpful. The hotel had a chair lift, not a regular lift. Had to walk one flight of stairs after lugging suitcases through Venice. Would still go back to the hotel. |

Very quiet location. Room was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel was a bit difficult to find since the entrance is not at the listed address, but rather on a side street. It would have been helpful if the hotel's confirmation provided that information. There is no 24 hour staff at this hotel which makes it difficult if you have questions about restaurants, etc. |

Huoneet erinomaiset, sijainti hyvä. Aamiainen aika vaatimaton. 1.yö joutui olemaan toisessa huoneessa (tav. 2 hh, varattuna Junior suite), sitten vaihto varattuun. Luonnollisesti ero hyvitettiin laskussa. |

La situation prés du centre et le calme ainsi que la décoration de l'ensemble également l'accés 24h/24 Manque de place dans la salle de bain (pas d'étagères) et surtout la télévision impossible d'avoir un programme sans aide du personnel le menu de la tv est en russe..... |

Nous avons paye € 439.00 pour une soi-disant "Junior Suite" alors que ce n'etait en realite qu'une chambre double !!!!!!! Le dejeuner n'etait pas varie du tout et mediocre !!!!! J'aimerai avoir un remboursement car la chambre etait bruyante (vue sur le canal). Merci |
