Charming hotel, excellently situated (especially quiet now the street has been pedestrianised) right in centre opposite the Terme, great breakfast, very friendly and helpful reception Hard to find - but easy when you know how! Private car park is 150 metres from hotel though you can drive to the hotel to unload/load luggage if you can fathom out the special traffic lights in the new pedestrian area... Internet cost €5 for 3 hours!

going to the beautiful old spa building and having a massage over the road from the hotel! The temperature was 27 degrees but the central heating was still on in our room and there was no airconditioning. This seemed a bit unimportant to the hotel staff. we would recommend the hotel but with some doubts!

Ottima posizione, praticamente in centro a Salsomaggiore con davanti le terme e vicinissimo al teatro. Colazione scarsa non da 4 stelle, bagno con vasca idromassaggio non funzionante, frigo bar scarso e parecchio costoso

Se vi aspettate un 4 stelle di una catena come nei centri delle grandi cittá, dimenticatelo. Qui si é a Salsomaggiore, e l'hotel rispecchia le caratteristiche tipiche dell'Emilia; la conduzione familiare e l'attenzione alle necessità che l'ospite esprime rendono il soggiorno speciale e se si desidera lasciarsi coinvolgere, ancor piú. é questo un hotel dove si privilegia il lato umano delle relazioni sociali ed é questo che lo rende speciale. Se si desidera un ambiente asettico ed impersonale, non é questo il luogo.

non saprei dire l'aspetto positivo. l'ho scelto per le bici e le bici erano dal meccanico, l'ho scelto per la spa e non capisco come la si puo' definire tale. Oltretutto il rapporto qualita' prezzo trovato in altri alberghi prenotati con booking era eccellente qui invece e' immeritato almeno questa e' la mia opinione

L'ottima struttura, la pulizia che offre che è impeccabile, la gentilezza dello staff.... Posizione a 50 metri dalle terme berzieri!! P.s. per accedere alle terme occorre prenotare molto in anticipo per avere l'orario preferito... noi non avendo prenotato abbiamo rischiato di rimanere fregati ma la padrona dell'hotel ha fatto di tutto per trovarci un posticino!! estramamente gentile! il prezzo dell'hotel è un po' caro per offrire solo pernotto e colazione ma si viene ripagari dalla posizione, pulizia e gentilezza... hanno a disposizione un ristorante interno ma nn ho avuto modo di assaggiare i loro piatti perchè abbiamo preferito cenare fuori!
