We need just a place to stay before morning ferry to Corsica, this hotel offer was reasonably priced. The location was great, very close to the tower. Personnel was friendly too.

Everything is very dated and dust is everywhere. Beds are just a kind of matrasses not attached to frames which are itself very cheap, so everything was constantly moving. But anyway for one night stay and money paid it was absolutely ok!

Rustic design and simple. Not typical of the outdated garbage you would normally find in places like Pisa. (I know, I stayed in a few).

The place was clean, well positioned very close to main attractions, friendly staff and very quiet.

the shower needs to be ripped out and replaced, it has dark stains on the edges and grouting . Looks unhygenic but otherwise everything was very clean.

Staff were not especially friendly but could be attributed to the language barrier.

It was easy to reach the hotel by phone really late in the night and to get directions when we got lost.

right near sites we wanted to see signs easy to follow got to park right outside door could walk around sites after dark very cool able to walk to restaurant. Really enjoyed location.

Wi fi not very usable weak signal couldn't turn down heat had to open window to cool room off wuld have liked one english channel boston marathon bombing on TV but couldn't get english news station

The hotel is located in a quiet street very close to Piazza dei Miracoli. It is very clean, and has a warm traditional enviroment.

Lack of breakfast.

The Location Of The Hotel Is Perfect. Just A Few Minutes From The Leaning Tower, The Street Is Calm away From The Main Turist Zone. The Room Is very Small And Simple But Sufficent For Young People And No Plan Trip.

Wi-fi signal is very low in the room. Tha Wall Are Not Isolating The Noise From The Other Rooms. Breakfast Is Not Served in The Hotel And Is Not Included In The Hotel Pride. For 2€ You Get A Coffee And A Croissant In A Caffe 100m From The Hotel.

Very close to the tower. Very friendly staff. The hotel gave us a twin and triple room next to each other on the top foor which was nice that we weren't separated.

Only the location

Very bad, not clean, and very old, and the room smeels dust and rust.

For some reason the heating was turned up all the way and couldn't be turned down, so without opening the window, the room was hot.

- It was really close to the Piazza dei Miracoli and the tower. - The receptionist was really kind. - The room was big and clean

- Do not buy the breakfast!! It is just some credit for vending machines. - Be extremely careful, the hotel is INSIDE de Limited Traffic Zone and you will be fined if you get inside. If you are going with car, make a reservation for the access.

The room is very clean and traditional,which is not far from the learning tower and tourist places. The staffs are nice, and the price is good.

I was living on the ground floor just close to the lobby, the room is not quite sound proof and I could not fall asleep because of the noisy TV programmes in the lobby!

Big room, they gave (upgraded) us a room with 3 beds. We arrived around midnight and the receptionist responded quickly when we pressed the door bell. 5 mins walk to the Pisa tower.

Strong smell of (old) wood. But its just my preference. Some people may like the smell.

Loved the building and location

The bed was very hard and made a lot of noise. Our Neighbours were noisey it seemed to travel through the walls

Excellent value for money, good location in a very quiet place within the historical downtown, a few minutes away from the tower.

It seems to be owned by the local catholic archbishop ("Ente Arcidiocesi di Pisa", as written on the receipt of local taxes) and apparently registered as a "no-profit" organization (as stamped on the breakfast coupon I was given). This is probably aimed at tax avoidance (not to be confused with tax evasion). I'd prefer that every commercial initiative would pay taxes, but this is just a personal matter of principle, that has nothing to do with the quality of service which was good.

The location. It was basically "around the corner" from the Leaning Tower of Pisa. The front desk clerk was nice and helped our friend with her luggage. They give a voucher for a "free" pastry and coffee in a little cafe around the corner for breakfast. It was very good. They have parking right outside the hotel although you must park and walk to the hotel to get a pass to enter the restricted area. This was not a problem as we just found a place to park, went to the hotel for the pass, and then drove to the hotel. Parking could be a problem before getting the pass but if there are 2 of you one could just stay with the car. It is a quick walk from the main road. The GPS got us right to the street. I would not let this deter you as for the price it was a clean and a great location.

The stairs. We were on the top floor and no elevator. This however, happens in many hotels in Europe. Just part of traveling over here.
