The building housing this hotel is great, with a nice garden in the back; parking was ok also, in the backyard. The staff is really helpful and kind, they even allowed us to keep the car there after check-out for a few hours as we wanted to visit some museums that day! The room was huge, a family room with 3 beds and a baby cot, the bathroom was big as well and everything spotless clean. The neighborhood is quiet, at about 30-45min walking distance from city center and there is also a bus station right in front of the hotel. As there is no meal option, the receptionist suggested for breakfast a nice small shop in Piazza Cure, 5 min away, which serves coffee, sandwiches and pastries. All in all, everything was perfect.
Friendly and very good and so nice stuff. Very clean room. Nice place. Good location (2 km to downtown, for us it was may be 30 mins by legs). Parking. Everything was really wonderful.
Easy access to downtown Florence, excellent value for the money, and nice historical house.
The place was interesting lively and clean. The staff were friendly. The garden was sooo nice. Thank you guys we liked you a lot.
Hotel concept (that was an old house), comfort
Nothing bothered me
It is a very beautiful house! Safe and clean. The employees are very nice. We love here so much.
Staffs are so nice and very helpful. The location is comfortable with the bus but it's a bit suburb. So after buses stop running (about midnight), it's hard to go back to the hotel unless you get a taxi. Next to the hotel there's a very good coffee shop. Have a try if you are there!
There's no elevator. But the staffs are there to help you with the luggages.
cleanliness, friendliness of the host
Wi-Fi was a bit shaky. Often we would lose signal and need to log in again.
Nice old well-maintained house. Relatively quiet. Comfortable room. Nice people.
Some sewer gas issues - managers offered to switch me out, but by then the issue seemed to have abated. Only one person speaks english and he's not around that much. Terrible wifi that doesn't work more than it does.
