The room was really cosy and romantic...the fact that there is a self service mini bar and you put the money in an ashtray, you cant find these kind of stuff anywhere, its really quiet and the breakfast was ok, you can find worst Maybe the location, but to be hones its seven minutes away from the center by bus, and bus cost 1,20 5euros for 24h, so its not really something..No tv in the room, its kinda nice after 10hours walking through the city but not really necessary |

the room is really nice and clean. it is off the main road and is really quiet. the only down side is the location. it is about 20 minutes walk from town center, which is not too bad and there are bus really near to the hotel. but for those who prefer to walk, all attractions are on the other side of the town. |

Very unusual settings, like visiting a relative and living in their house. Fairly big room, but make sure you reserve a room with its own bathroom. Exotic stay - you get the keys from the gate, the main entrance and the room.. 30 minutes walking distance from the center of the city. Works fine if you there just to explore the city. The only problem are the beds... No back support - to soft and springy. |

Charming B&B, excellent service, free WiFi, removed from the hectic downtown area... an ideal choice if you want quiet and you don't mind the bus ride from town (10 min, line 17, from Piazza Dell'Unita Italiana near Santa Maria Novella station) Might only be an issue during the summer (stayed in June), but watch out for mosquitos... the hotel is aware of this and offers free "mosquito-repellent incense" burners and sprays |

Best value we found in all of Italy. Large room, excellent breakfast, cold AC, quiet location, helpful and friendly staff. easy walk to the center of town. The staff kindly let us leave our car parked all day at the hotel after we checked out in the morning, which made sightseeing much easier. Small shower and lumpy bed--didn't bother us, but might bother some. The hotel is not well labeled and is difficult to find from the road. |

Beautifully quaint and rustic B&B. Very charming decor with peaceful garden to have a quiet breakfast before heading to town. Carpark was safely tucked away on hotel premises behind private gate. We took the double room with separate bathroom. The room was big, clean, comfortable & air-conditioned. Unfortunately, our bed was very soft, offering close to no back support. It's a 30min walk to the Duomo. Better to take the bus which stops just in front of the hotel and brings you straight to the Duomo and back. Travel time about 8 min and tickets cost 1.20 Euro per trip. Take note, towels & linen are only changed every 3 days or so. |

Small garden in the yard, especially when temperature is 30 degrees - garden gives nice shade.Rooms decorated stylish. Staff helpful. Very good location - 1,8 km from train station. Breakfast was a little bit poor. |

Good staff It is little bit out from city center (30 mintues walk) so if you are with children or with laguage or have little time then it is better to pay 10 euro more for room and stay in city center. |

accueil sympathique (en Italien surtout), style de la bâtisse (avec salle de bain rénovée), chambre triple spacieuse et jolie, climatisation réversible, arrêts de bus (n°17) à proximité, place de parking (privé et fermé) devant la maison manque d'insonorisation (entre chambres surtout), petit-déjeuner à améliorer |

La parada de bus esta cerca. El precio no esta mal para los precios que piden en Florencia. Esta algo lejos del centro,unos 20 o 30 minutos andando y por la noche da algo de mal rollo los personajillos que puedes cruzarte. Pillamos dias de bastante frio y solo nos enchufaron la calefaccion una noche. Al menos en la habitacion donde estuvimos el mobiliario muy viejo, el local necesitaria alguna reforma puesto que restaurado seria bonito, Desayuno flojo. Personal algo seco. |
