Size of rooms, bathroom and shower cubicle - small and poorly assembled.

It was hard to find the hotel. We had to cross the corridor to use the washroom, we didn't has to share it. The whole installation is not up to date. No lift, but long stairs till to the second floor (the rooms are very high).

No tea making facilities in room and unable to get hot drink on premises except at breakfast.

The location is very convenient to the city centre.

Premises was very difficult to find. Room was not ensuite. Bathroom across the corridor from room. Did not know this at time of booking. No lift in premises. Breakfast was terrible. Staff most unhelpful. Parking was very poor. Overall very poor rating, even for a budget premises. Would not recommend.

I liked the reception area because it felt like a living room.

My room was not very cheerful and breakfast wasn't great.

The hotel owner was cordial and quite helpful. The fact that we could leave the car at the hotel while we explored the town was an advantage.

The house is old and not very well groomed, with outdated decoration and an unkempt outside space. There is no tv in the room, the common sitting area is next to the reception desk, all the fixtures are old, and the breakfast is very poor. There's also a very poor choice of places to eat nearby.

Good price. Lovely room with shutters on the windows. Good selection for the buffet breakfast and enjoyed sitting outside in the sunshine to eat breakfast. Nice hot showers.

Location was a little far out from centre of Florence. Takes a good 20 minutes to walk, managable, but maybe just a tiny bit too far for comfort!

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Toselli!!! it is in a quiet area.The rooms are well designed and warm. reception and dining area is cosy.The sevice was good.Break fast was good.

Little away from the city center. Hot break fast should also be served.

Отель очень трудно найти - 15 минут ходил по улице туда-сюда, пока не догадался завернуть в узкий дворик, где и спрятался отель.

Prachtig pand, rustgevend midden in de stad, op loopafstand van historische centrum en bushalte dichtbij. Fijn voor kinderen om er te spelen. Grote kamer ook fijn.

Op eigen kamer geen tv (wel onder bij receptie), maar dat vonden wij niet erg.

Di Casa Toselli ho apprezzato la vicinanza dal Centro, circa 15 minuti a piedi, la cortesia e la cordialità dello staff!

Letto con materasso scomodo e un odore poco gradevole in alcune ore della giornata!

Si pagano tutte le notti al momento dell'arrivo. Avevo prenotato 4 notti ma dopo la prima sono dovuto andar via. Ottenere il rimborso delle notti non godute è stato problematico. In camera non c'è la tv, nemmeno una dei primi novecento. I dolci caserecci e il cappuccino italiano decantati nella descrizione su booking non erano nient'altro che torte mulino bianco e il cappuccino era tremendo. se siete ragazzi che hanno pochi soldi a disposizione e vogliono viaggi avventurosi potete anche prenotare qui, tutti gli altri noooooo

Hotel położony około 20 minut marszu od centrum Florencji. Prowadzi go bardzo miły Włoch. Dobre miejsce na jedną noc, raczej nie na dłuższy pobyt. Trzeba trochę pokrążyć po okolicy aby wypatrzeć malutki znak do numeru 67 pod którym jest hotel.

Pokój I łazienka dosyć małe. Strome schody. Ubogie śniadanie.

Tiene muy buena relación calidad-precio. Antigua villa de veraneo en medio de la ciudad. Sencilla pero limpia. Queda a 10 minutos del centro en Autobús y caminando es un paseo. Además justo al ladito hay un restaurante italiano lleno de italianos que no comían ni pizza ni pasta, sino que el plato estrella era el pulpo! "Trattoria Santa Lucia". Una experiencia muy interesante.

El único punto negativo es la distancia al centro por el hecho de que si a media tarde estás cansado de visitar Florencia y quieres ir a descansar al hotel, pues da pereza volver al centro para cenar o tomar unas copas.

L'accueil était très bien : possibilité de venir nous chercher à l'aéroport, disponibilité de l'hôte, petit bar, le silence car l'hôtel ne se situe pas dans une rue. Possibilité d'aller à pied au centre ville

Le confort est désuet. Il faudrait quelques travaux pour rénover. Manque de brochures sur la ville de Florence pour nous guider tellement il y a d'endroits à voir et pourquoi des lieux moins touristiques mais plus typiques

Le très bon accueil et l'emplacement : le centre de Florence accessible très rapidement en bus et assez rapidement à pied (10 à 15 mn) La surface de la chambre : suffisamment grande et la propreté de celle-ci. Le petit jardin d'agrément. La possibilité de garer notre véhicule en toute sécurité.

La salle d'eau : coin douche vieillissant : joints à refaire : traces de moisissures. Emplacement WC : place trop réduite. Dans le coin jardin d'agrément, les nappes sont à renouveler : réparées avec du scotch !!
