I liked the area. Frascati is closed to rome but it is also closed to the volcanic lakes and beautiful other places. The appartment is closed to the center of Frascati. The appartment is clean, beautiful, quiet, comfortable, good location, near shops and restaurants It wasn't easy to be in contact with the owners. It was cold for me in the appartment and the air conditioning wasn't strong enough but I am israeli so I am not used to the cold weather of Europe in January

It's an apartment with kitchen and all, quite at night If you drive, this is a nightmare, we could not find our way in the maze of very narrow roads and one ways without a local guide and there is no parking space nearby.

L'appartamento e' molto carino e funzionale, dotato di tutti I comfort, situato in una posizione centrale della citta' anche se il parcheggio e' problematico. 4 rampe di ripide scale, senza ascensore. Molto scomodo per muoversi con bimbi piccoli e bagagli. Difficoltà a trovare parcheggio nella piazzetta dove si trova l'ingresso della palazzina: su 5 parcheggi disponibili, 3 sono riservati ai disabili. Bisogna quindi andare a cercare posto lungo le strette vie della città.

Posizione eccezionale in una piazzetta per nulla trafficata nel centro di Frascati ma nel silenzio più assoluto, quasi surreale. Lo consiglio a quanti cercano un soggiorno nella quiete più assoluta a due passi dal centro. Completamente accessoriato di tutti I comfort. Scorci di una Roma bellissima al tramonto dalla finestra della camera.

C'est un appartement type 2 pièces complètement rénové de très bon goût (contemporain). Le rapport qualité/prix est intéressant. Et puis une très bonne situation dans le coeur de Frascati.

L'appartamento ci è piaciuto molto: è in centro, e comodo per la stazione. E' proprio come si vede nelle foto e all'interno c'è tutto, dagli elettrodomestici, alle stoviglie.. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile. Lo consigliamo per chi vuole andare a Roma e allo stesso tempo godersi la tranquillità dei colli romani. Noi lo consigliamo.
