Great location, close to St Marks square and convenient for the vaporetto stop, friendly helpful staff sorting out a train timetable for us for our day trip to Lake Garda and making a reservation at the jazz club, breakfast plentiful enough to set you up for a days exploring. |

Brilliant Location in the heart of Venice, Very pleasant staff, Comfortable bedroom, Excellent base for a 3 day trip We had a basic bedroom with a window looking out over a inner 'courtyard' that was very dark. Not a big issue in the autumn |

The receptionist who checked us in was pleasant and tried to show us places to see in the city. We specifically boooked to stay in the main building they must have overbooked. We were sent to a second building that had just 4 rooms in it but no reception. The rooms were nice enough. But we booked for the wireless and there wasn't any. YOu had to walk to the other building for breakfast and when we couldn't get internet access we had to sit outside the rooms on the second floor of the main building. I am sure we would have had amuch more positive review if we would have stayed in the main building. |

The air conditioning worked very well, as that is not the case in some European hotels. It seems we were in control of the temperature instead of them being. The bathroom was comfortable larger than a lot. It was nice a dark at night for sleeping. Not too far to walk from the water taxie, if you get off at the right place. The room was small. TV very small. Not real sound proof, and older building. Breakfast was good, but simple. They have one computer for guest, and charge 3 Euro for 30 minutes. |

The main hotel itself was very nice. It was exactly as I had hoped it would be...charming, full of atmosphere, unfortunately we were booked in the extension called Casa Kirsh. While it was clean and nice it had none of the charm or old world feel of the original hotel. we also had to walk about 50-75 meters to get to it. Even with a map and description it was difficult to find and there was no elevator. We had to walk to the main hotel for breakfast each morning. It should be made very clear that if you are booked at Casa Kirsh that it is not the same as the main hotel that is pictured and advertised. It is as if it is a completely different hotel. |

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated, although a bit small (as you would expect in Venice). They gave us a room with our own private balcony that was bigger than our room! The bathroom was clean and modern. Very conveniently located to St. Mark's Square and a Vaporetti stop. I would stay there again. Nothing to speak of. As mentioned, the room was a bit small, but we only slept there so it was not an issue. |

My wife, 2 teenage daughters and I arrived at the hotel about 110:00 am, about 3 hours before the usual check in time. Claudio, who was on duty at the front desk, confirmed our reservation and allowed us to drop off our suitcases in the lobby until our rooms were cleaned and ready for our return after lunch. We were given rooms #305 & 306 on the 3rd floor, and top floor of the hotel. Our room, 306, was a nice sized room, with windows overlooking one of hte small canals below. There was a small flat screen tv in the room, and a large, modern, private bathroom. Venice was very hot & humid, but the room had a thermostat to adjust the central airconditionig, and the room quickly cooled off quickly and quielty. Our daughter's room, #305, was not as large as ours, had 2 glass, floor to ceiling doors, which opened directly to a private balcony, which contained outdoor chairs and a large unmbrella, also overlooking the canal. The furniture in both rooms was very nice and comfortable. Room 305 also had a modern, private bathroom. We had a wonderful Italian breakfast on the outdoor, 2nd floor patio. The indoor breakfast room was very nice, but we preferred the outdoor patio to enjoy our breakfast, which opened at 8:00 am. There were italian meats, cheese, cereal, fresh fruit, bread, yogurt, and coffee, as well as freshly brewed cappuccino, which was all included the price of the room. Our only concern was how we would carry our 9 pieces of luggage to the airport in the morning. Pier, the day manager at the hotel, arranged for a private water taxi to pick us up at 9:30 am. It was barely a 5 minute walk to catch the taxi, which showed up on time. Pier also had a member of the staff help transport our bags to the taxi. Without his help, it would have been a real chore pulling our suitcases throught the streets of Venice. St. Mark's Square is maybe a 10 minute walk, and there was a little piazza about 2 minutes away that had 2 nice outdoor restaurants. No complaints. Staying here was more like having your own private Italian aqartment than a hotel. |

We stayed in the Casa Kirsch annex which was very spacious and private. The room was clean and very nicely decorated in a modern style. Breakfast was included and came with fdelicious freshly baked croissants as well as a good selection of other items. The breakfast room and adjoining balcony were quite elegant and welcoming. |

Accommodation in Casa Kirsch and breakfast at the Casa Verardo. The hotel and accommodation is nice. The staff very pleasant and helpful. Ideal if you are searching for central place and good starting point to visit the main sights of Venice (few minutes walk to the San Marco square, the Basilica and the Tower bell of San Marco). Very good croissants and caffè latte. tireless bathroom fan |

The warm welcome and homely atmosphere. It was a perfect setting for the venetian ambience. Service was very good. There were no charging points for laptops in the room. |

Enjoy real Venetian accommodation in an 18th-century building with traditionally decorated rooms overlooking the San Moisé canal. |
Hotel San Moisè is composed of 1 building located 200 metres from Venice’s La Fenice theatre with its own private garden and another 16th-century building offering lovely canal views. |
Locanda ai Santi Apostoli, housed in a 14th century building, has breathtaking views of the Grand Canal and is only a short walk from Rialto Bridge and St. Mark’s Square. |
Hotel Lisbona is located at 100 metres from Piazza San Marco, in the heart of Venice. The hotel is surrounded by the magic atmosphere of a 1000 year old city. |
