That the TV had English channels I felt the linen / interiors was dated. I travelled through Italy for 16 days and Casa Caprile was of the lowest standard. The bathroom also had a strange mouldy smell. The Hotel offered no transfers from the Ferry to the hotel and getting down fifty million steps with a suitcase was a nightmare. The staff was cold and offish at first. |

Very relaxing - this hotel is not in the center of all the activities but it is nice to relax and it was a great price. |

We we lucky to be upgraded to a better villa with a fantastic sea view for the same price. Fabio was extremely helpful: he told us exactly where to go and what to do. Without his help the experience of Capri wouldn't have been that good. The location of the hotel is very good. |

Vastaanoton henkilöstö oli aina erittäin avuliasta, joskin osalla englanti vähän hakusessa, mutta ei liikaa. Cappucino yksi tämän Italian matkan parhaita aamiaisella, tehty henk. koht. ammattitaidolla, ei automaatista. Perustelut arvosanoille kohtuulliset mukavuudet ja vastinetta rahoille: huone ei ollut ilmastoitu, ja ohjekansiossa ei enää saatavilla olevia palveluita hinnoiteltu. Kollega sai ns. viimehetken tilauksena ilmastoidun merinäköalahuoneen kun saapui pv. aikaisemmin, kun itselläni oli pihapuol. huone ei-ilmastointia. Ihmetytti, koska osall. |

La struttura ha una vista bellissima e camere ampie, gentilissimi e pronti ad offrire informazioni al ricevimento. L'accesso,x chi ha bagagli, è reso un po' pesante dai numerosi gradini obbligatori per raggiungere l'hotel, I bagni avrebbero bisogno di una manutenzione più accurata e la colazione è un po' misera. |
