Staff was very friendly and informative about available activities and dining options. Hotel was in very peasant location a little out of the way but still with nice views and comfortable rooms. |

Staff was accommodating. Hotel was clean and well kept. Charming atmosphere. I am recovering from a broken foot and was in no was prepared for the inconvenience of the countless steps winding down the hillside to get to the hotel. Didn't sleep well as I was worried about how I would get my bag back up the hill. Location is not convenient for older people with luggage Front desk person delivered my bag to the top of the steps. Very nice of him. Wireless is a plus as well. |

The atmosphere, the view, the cleanliness Terrace area downstairs looks a bit shabby - it deserves a cleanup as the view is beautiful |

Il personale è cortese e l'ambiente circostante è carino. Le scale che vi sono da fare dalla strada per raggiungere l'hotel che non hanno scivoli per le valigie e sono molte. Dato che l'albergo non dispone di strutture tali da consentire una lunga permanenza in hotel, è necessario dover continuamente salire e scendere da queste scale per raggiungere la piazzetta. La struttura ha carenze manutentive e la colazione è ridotta. |

Mooi, klein hotel op goede locatie. Ze hebben een erg mooi en groot terras/ tuin maar het terras is slecht onderhouden. Dit is zonde. |

Casa are foarte multa personalitate si ofera un raport corect pret-servicii. Gradina este superba, iar daca treci cu vederea patina timpului sau daca tii cont de ea si te bucuri ca atare, atunci vei simti ca esti intr-un loc deosebit. Din camerele 31-34 sevede marea, cu toate ca aceasta facilitate nu este prezentata pentru nicio camera. Intr-un cuvant...deosebit... pentru cei pretentiosi, poate ca ar trebui zugravita pe afara casa si putin cosmetizata gradina, dar si-ar pierde din farmec si sigur pretul ar fi altul... |

Hotelli oli romanttisen rauhallinen ,klassinen,siisti ja riisutun "ylellinen". Henkilökunta ystävällistä,mutta mutta ei kovin altista kertomaan alueen palveluista,ym. Sijanti oli oikeasti Anacaprin päätepysäkin tuntumassa.Internetpistettä ei ollut lainkaan-olisi pitänyt olla oma tietokone mukana. Erittäin hankala saapua ja poistua varsinkin matkalaukkujen kanssa helteessä,mutkainen hankala laskeutuminen epätasaisia kiviportaita,huonot opasteet,välillä meni tullessa usko että onko koko hotellia lainkaan olemassa( "ei sovi liikuntaesteisille maininnan lisäksi olisi voinut olla maininta-sovi laukkujen kuljetuksesta jos et halua kuntoilla todella ! Huoneen hotellikirjassa oli maininta omasta kuljetuksesta hotellilta satamaan,mutta tieto olikin kysyttäessä(2v) vanhentunutta ja poistettiin. Maksoimme hotellin virkailijalle lähtiessä laukkukujen kannosta vaikka hän ei tätä vaatinut.olisimme ehkä vaihtaneet caprin puolelle hotelliin,mutta meille kerrottiin peruutusehtojen olevan maksu koko ajalta,vaikka poistuisimme heti alussa. |

Gentilezza dello staff e la disponibilità a suggerire itinerari di visita all'isola; La posizione della struttura in un luogo abbastanza tranquillo. Lo stile della mobilia: sembrava di stare all'inizio del secolo scorso. L'aria condizionata Il lavello aveva un problema di intasamento e si riempiva subito di acqua; le persiane forse necessitano di un po' di manutenzione: non si riusciva a chiuderle completamente; il letto piccolo (una piazza e mezzo). |

Excellent accueil, La suite de la villa Sole avec sa terrasse de 110 m2 vue mer et jardin géniale. L'appartement super agréable. Le calme à Anacapri et l'authencité de ce lieu contrastent merveilleusement avec le luxe parfois un peu tape à l'oeil de la ville de Capri... Merci à l'hôtel... |

El precio. El nivel es muy alto en la isla. Lo mejor es alquilar una moto para poder desplazarte. El hotel en si esta bien, pero al entrar a la finca da la sensación de que esta deshabitado, esta muy dejado. Las escaleras que hay hasta la recepción son horribles pero si entras por la parte de atras las evitas y el acceso es por una rampa. Esta a la otra punta del embarcadero. |
