We were looking for budget accommodation for a family. This property met our expectations. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were excellent. The owner as friendly and helpful. The location was excellent.
The view from the loo must be the best in Siena, great views from the bedroom too! Decor stunning & welcome warm & friendly, sharing breakfast with other guests added an unusual dimension as we usually stay in hotels. Thanks Stefano & Piero
We thought the breakfast was limited, the room rate was the same as a small hotel. Having said that, and you did ask, we loved your place!
Stefano was an amazing host. Location was perfect, bed was comfy, room spacious and breakfast was just right. Nice, friendly grocer just across from the B and B. We will happily return to Siena and would not think of staying else.
Just a bit more light in the room for dark and rainy days but otherwise perfect.
The location was fantastic. Stefano the owner was very helpful and full of advice on Siena. I loved the thatched roof of the room - such character!
Good beds, nice rooms, good size bathroom, great view, fairly quiet. Was able to use laundry which was great.
Only thing I would recommend is some more hot foods like eggs for breakfast plus maybe some meat and or cheese....Stephano was a great host
Great, small, intimate hotel in a family run atmosphere. Excellent location friendly people, Nice rooms, good feeling.
Nothing. I really enjoyed my stay.
Casa Centi exceeded my expectations. It's in a safe and charming area, with a rustic feel to it. It's only a few steps from the Duomo and is in the middle of everything. The owner, Stefano, is very likeable, with a quiet dignified air about him. My room was lovely with an amazing view. It was very spacious, charming and clean. I really enjoyed my stay here and will not hesitate to recommend it or go back.
Very good place located right near Duomo of Siena. You can leave your car at the parking Fontebranda and then easily get to the hotel using the elevator (is located in 150 meters from the parking).
Sefano was a perfect host for our one night stay. He welcomed us about noon on our arrival day with a Happy Birthday sign and a bottle of moscato brut for my husbands birthday. Very beautiful, clean and comfortable accommodations. Excellent location!
Well located flat offering nicely decorated rooms. The bathroom is big and clean, the bed is comfortable. Nice stay overall.
Breakfast could have been better.
charming host, gorgeous view of Sienna, value for money! couldn't ask for more except maybe to stay another day!
slightly off the beaten road so it wasn't easy to locate (it's worth it for the view though). for convenience, suggest to take a cab in from the main bus station if you are not driving.
Everything ... Location ( only 1minute to Cathedral) 5mins to the central square. Spacious rooms and bathrooms immaculately presented . Very comfortable . Breakfast simple but adequate. Lovely helpful host . Would definetley return and recommend to my friends.
Small, very centrally located and Stefano is a lovely owner who has lived in Sienna all his life.
Be aware that it's 2 flights of stairs with no lift.
Very comfortable B&B. Stefano was most helpful and loved the view from our room of San Domenico Church was lovely - beautiful listening to the bells tolling. Location very central.
Owner is extremely nice and helpful. Beautifully built up from an old home. Our room was with one of the most inspiring view.
We stayed only one night! But is was our decission made forehand.
Stefano was a kind and gracious host. The room was conveniently located in an old home that was completely remodeled. It was brightly painted. Bathroom was large with all new fixtures. Very clean. Night view was spectacular. Great value. Will stay again if we come back to Siena.
Church bells during after noon nap!
Beautiful clean room with great view of the city and church.
Proximity to main attractions. Very nice host.
We didn't know about the rules of driving through Siena. A suggestion would be that on the website there is a link with information for those arriving with a car (map of where to park, the city entry rules, etc). Our experience was horrible. And parking is not that close.
Stephano, the owner was great. We really got to know him after our 4 nights at his B&B. We slept in the "pink" room which was the room tha Stepano was horned in. The view was spectacular... And the size was huge. The bathroom was also very roomy. A small fridge is in the room as well. The breakfast was very nice as he was there every morning to make us capucinnos, americano cafe, toast... He also had sweet pastry, juices, cereal, yogurt... A very nice variety. A washer (and maybe drier but we did not have to use it so I don't know) is available any time. We did washing twice during our stay. Finally, the location was great, just a few feet away from the Duome. A nice little store is 5 feet away from Casacenti if you wish to buy water, birra and vino. Also, a very nice restaurant is 1/2 block away in a "cave" Antica Osteria da Divo. Extremely nice. We will recommend this B&B to all our friends. 10/10. Ciao
Absolutely nothing. 10/10
Location, location, location! Very friendly and helpful host. Best night's sleep!
Central, helpful host. Family-type atmosphere. Right next to the automated escaliers to come up from parking outside the walls.
3rd floor walk up.
The owner was extremely helpful and made us an early breakfast and arranged a taxi for us as we were leaving early. The apartment us in a lovely location in the centre of the Old Town and has lovely views.
Right in the heart of the action. Clean & newly renovated. Great Breakfast.
Loved being so close to the main attractions. We also had the pleasure of witnessing the celebrations of the local contrada. Stefano and his staff were kind and so helpful for us. We were made to feel so welcome. Breakfast was also so delicious with homemade specialities provided. Well worth the walk (up scores of escalators) from the station where we parked our car for 2 Euros a day! Bargain.
Having to leave.
The owner is friendly, very welcoming and nice. The house is in a fantastic location, very close to the cathedral and barely five minutes walking from the main square. Absolutely worth the (cheap) price.
