rooms are large and comfortable, breakfast rich and in the beautiful patio; hall and reception very nice too. 5 Minutes away from the harbour no elevator, but hotel staff is so kind that we didn't really miss it |

Large, comfortable room. Location is quite close to the beach as well as the Ferry/Catamaran port (10 mins walk) for going to Malta. Staff was very friendly and helpful. |

very helpful staff; quiet and generous sized room; pleasantly surprised by the generous continental breakfast. like so many hotels, including 5 star, the room was not well lit. |

The location is close to the port and very easy to find, also it is in the centre of Pozzallo. Good parking in front of the hotel. Staff very friendly. |

It is a very nice, excellent hotel., With large suite rooms. It is a very clean hotel. The staff were excellent, helping you 100%. I am recommanding it to friends of mine and we certainly visit this hotel in Pozzallo once again. No. The Silkania Suite was just Excellent. |

The staff were very helpful and friendly making the stay very enjoyable. We were able to park our car directly outside the hotel. The location was excellent, in the high street, 5 minutes from the beach and near enough to the bars without them being too noisy. The parting gift of a bar of chocolate was also greatly appreciated. |

Family atmosphere and willingness to help in every way. Although one had a parking permit in front of the hotel, which is great as it is closed to traffic at various times,due to being a very busy shopping area, not as safe as I would have liked it. Still acceptable due to the continuous surveillance of the management. |

La comodità dei letti, la pulizia della camera e del bagno, la qualità delle saponette e dello shampo, il riscaldamento. La colazione è ricca di ottimi dolci e frutta ma manca il pane fresco e non ci si può servire di caffè (americano) o tè a volontà. |

Grosszügige, sehr schön gestaltetes Zimmer. Zentrale Lage. Für italienische Verhältnisse sehr umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet. Betreuung durch Rezeptionspersonal nicht optimal, könnte verbessert werden. |

Il mio soggiorno in questo hotel è stato piacevolissimo. Poche camere, la mia era grandisima e molto bella. Personale efficentissimo. Mi sono sentito subito a mio agio e coccolato da tutto il personale, roprietari compresi. Un grazie di cuore al Sig. Giovanni, alla Sig.ra Concetta e poi a Gina, Giuseppe e Simone, che hanno fatto di tutto per accontentarmi. Grazie Nessuno, tutto più che perfetto |

Ideal ist die Nähe zum Zentrum und trotzdem ein ruhiges Hotel. Ein sehr nettes und überaus gastfreundliches, familiengeführtes Hotel. Das Frühstück fällt für italienische Verhältnisse sehr umfangreich aus. Auf Hygiene und Ruhe wird großen Wert gelegt. |
