The house is constructed of antique stone, hence the name Casale Antiche Pietre. The bedrooms on the first floor all have wooden beam ceilings and one bedroom has a bed on a mezzanine with a lovely wooden staircase. The spacious garden has a terrace with a view over the hilly environment. And the swimming pool is next to the house, equipped with easy lounging pillows for the sun worshipers. The house is located just outside of the small village of Gemmano. In the nearby surroundings there are lovely hiking and cycling paths. The village of Montefiore Conca with its castle is nearby, where you will also find multiple restaurants. The sea is about 20 minutes' drive away from the village and the caves of Onferno are accessible within 10 minutes.
