Location was okay, a bit difficult to find the place but we managed :) the apartment was clean and comfortable with nice bathroom. Good value for money!
I would appreciate more kitchen stuff
clean, silent nights but shops and restaurats, markets, sport facilities gives options for activities. You can get to the citycenter with cheap local bus. The stuff speaks languages.
the kitchen is very poor.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location with parking, close to bus stop, 10mins to central Rome. Very nice buildings and large apartment, felt safe and secure. Clean and with a good shower.
Kitchen was a bit under-equipped: no kettle and few cooking utensils.
Great for access into visits to Rome, easy bus route. The apartment was spacious, modern and clean.
i can recomend that apartments. Stuff is Avery GOOD and helpfull. Avery GOOD place to stały in Rome.
I'm delighted by the fact that when we came back to the apartmant the dishes were clean and we left them dirty when we went out.
There should have been a larger number of dishes to choose from.
outside the city centre
Even if the residence is quite new, our sofa was in very poor situation and air conditioning was not working. Also a microwave is missing in the equipment.
The studio was perfect and huge the reception was helpful to us...like the kitchen its very helpful to budget people like us because we can cook.all in all we are satisfied and had a great leisure in Italy.
Quite, nice location to reach city center
Clean apartment. Friendly staff. Even though its slightly far (25 min) from the centre, its pretty well connected.
Squeaky bed. Kitchen is not well equipped.
The apartment was very clean and comfortable
We were surprised that there wasn't any dishwashing liquid to clean the dishes. Is this a standard European thing? In Australia accommodation with cooking amenities will always provide dishwashing liquid, a new dish cloth and clean T Towel. It seems silly to us that if you are only there for 1 or 2 nights you aren't going to buy those things. Also no milk, tea or coffee. A welcome cup of tea on arrival that you can make easily is always nice for weary travellers.
Enjoyed staying at the Borgo Papareschi.Staff were helpful and fascilities are new and clean. The location is handy to supermarkets and to bus stop.
Location is pretty good, close to bus and tram stops.
they do not have staff in the office until 9am or something. It is difficult for you to check out early.
If you are willing to get up half hour early to prepare for your travel, the compensation is spacious room and home-feeling with kinds of facilities. Really worth the price.
can't complain except there is no AC
The apartment was spacious, lovely terrace. Staff were very friendly.
The location was far from centre, plus was not perfectly safe. We missed the bus one night and had to take taxi, were told by local people that the area is not safe and we (two women) should not walk alone.
Nice apartments with good cooking facilities, quiet location, friendly and helpful staff
Location could be better - it's reasonably well connected, but still takes 30-40 minutes to get to interesting parts of the city
Friendly staff, quiet location; the apartments were clean and spatious. Very highly recommended.
The first night was overbooked, but they solved it by making other arrangements & giving back our money. Superb service!
The size and cleanliness of the apartment were excellent. Easy access to buses to visit sights in Rome.
The apartment is rated for 6 people, but that is with 2 people sleeping on the sofa bed, which is not very comfortable.
Apartment was spacious with garden table and chairs. Bed extremely comfortable, Apartments serviced regularly. Laundry service. Use of PC with wii fi. Staff very helpful. Good value professional chauffeur service to and from airport. Nearby food and flower markets wonderful. Good flea market.
Half hour's bus to town, infrequent service at night.
Nice appartament, friendly staff, good connection to the bus and train station.
What you don't see on the pictures is the surrounding area, which is unfortunately not very pleasant.
good neighborhood, relatively good public transport connections
Secure parking (absolutely necessary for the location) Elisa and the maintenance man
Noise from above, barking dogs and noisy passers by at all times of the night and day. (Actually knocked on upstairs door at 11.30pm and asked them to stop the noise) Bed - two old creaky single wire frame beds pushed together with separate mattress protectors. Had to ask for a kettle. Also asked for a toaster but our suite didn't qualify for a toaster?? Intermittent smell of gas in the kitchen area. Air conditioning didn't work. Sky TV not available for the entire four days. No dish towels - couldn't dry our dishes Hot towel rail was cold even although we tried turning it on. Not what you would call a "nice" neighbourhood We asked for an iron and ironing board and the staff insisted I surrender my driving licence as surety. I offered €100 instead as I was reluctant to give them my licence but they insisted!! I wouldn't stay here again!!
Close to Rome for a fair price. Fairly easy to get to the sights without the iner city hassle. Parking was secure. We had 2 apartments for the family, and both were clean if sparsely equipped with the essentials.
nice and clean and good parking
