Everything was lovely about this hotel. The breakfast was very good, the room was spacious with a new bathroom that was big and clean. Close to all tourist sights. |

Excellent sized family room, clean and elegantly designed. Wonderful location, gondeliers punting on the canal outside the window, close to restaurants and St Mark's square. The beds for our children were rather small. |

It is specific hotel in the specific city of Venice. Therefore i like its architecture and interior with furnitures, paintings etc. For the reason stated above rooms are rather small and dark. For some reasons the floor in the room is made of concrete with little white stones with polished surface ( we call it lastrico) instead of wood. It does not fit to the room interior. Also no view through the window - next bulding 2 metres away :-) |

The room was a good size for a European hotel and was very clean. Location was excellent, and directions sent by the hotel made it easy to find. We had a room looking onto the canal with shops and resturants opposite and although busy during the day, at night was extreemly quite. Staff were helpful and the breakfast was one of the best we've had in Europe. The shower ran hot and cold alternatly, probably depending upon who was flushing the loo within the hotel. |

Roomy comfortable for 4, breakfast was great and location was off of tourist madness which was great extended 2 nights to 4. Air condition was so nice and cooling. hotel staff were nice and helpful. The moldy smell of towels and sheets but I guess all hotels in Venice are like that. |

During my stay, I enjoyed resting in the beautifully furnished room. The quiet location was very pleasing after a day of visiting the city and enjoying a quiet dinner at a small cafe. This is a trip to definitely repeat, including the stay at the Priuli. |

good location. even the room seemed a little small for 3 persons, canal view was great when leaning out from the window. The receptionist at the night shift was terrible. We didn't know that in Italy you put your pajamas under the pillow and couldn't find it after the room cleaning. So we called the reception for help, but not only he didn't tell us to look under the pillow, but when we requested him to ask the cleening lady what happened to our pajamas, he first refused that he doesn't want to call her, and when he finaly accepted to call her, he slamed the phone. We also had ants marching in our room coming out from a hole on the floor, and the receptionist send a bellboy to clean it but we didn't have a single word of apology. |

The room was recently renovated, very cosy and spacious. We had a separate entrance with only three rooms at the same hallway. As all the buildings/ addresses in Venice, also this hotel was quite difficult to find- you should look for a place called "Palace Priuli" on the map. I have seen better and more versatile breakfasts. |
