It is in a very convenient location, within walking distance to most important areas of town and very near many good restaurants. It should be noted that a private taxi costs 140 euro round trip and less costly transportation isn't very convenient especially when carrying bags. |

Went to Venice to propose to my girlfriend. Paid over 200 euros per night for a room on the groundfloor with a view on a small internal patio (ie, little light) and giving pretty much straight on the breakfast room (when in the booking I had mentioned I would have wanted a nice room given that I intended to propose). I am sure the hotel has other nice rooms but we didn't get one. Don't know if that's because Venice is just overpriced in general. |

Perfect location: Within 5 minutes from San Marco and from Rialto, but still in a quite and beautiful area. Rooms are very nice with antique furniture and lovely 'authentic' atmosphere. This was the second time for us in Casa Nicolo Priuli. But next time we would (like our first time) ask for a more expensive room again (see also remarks below) Quality of rooms differs a lot. Some rooms are very, very small and dark. We declined the first room which was designated to us, and asked for another -larger- room, which was available, happily... Breakfast (buffet) is nice, but not great for a 3/4 star hotel. (we enjoyed our breakfast in the lovely breakfastroom of the Palazzo Priuli, which is right next to the Casa Priuli) A lot of sweet breads, but no dark bread, yogurt-naturel often already forgiven...But then again, the meager breakfasts appear to be a typical Italian problem... |

Excellent location within walking distance of all major 'must see' places. Booked canal view room and had a bonus view of 2 canals. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. Difficulty in finding where to check-in - eventually in the Hotel Palazzo Priuli - which was not at all clear in any booking information, even the map on the website puts it a long way from where it actually is. Reception staff on checking in were brusque and uninterested, but on checking out were charming and helpful. |

Proximate location to main sights and free wireless internet access. Hotel location was confusing and hard to find as listed house number was different from actual entry where reception, making it hard to find especially for arrivals at night. Staff at reception isn't particularly friendly. |

We have enjoyed our stay at this nice hotel. Staff is flexible, we wanted to change room due to maintenance work taking place at the road next to the hotel room. Hotel is easy to find. |

The canal view from our small but comfortable room was lovely, and breakfast was served in a beautiful room in the palazzo. The elevator was a somewhat spooky. |

good service, polite and helpful staff , good breakfast, although we were in the annex right on the top floor I liked the wood and timber effect, lot of originality . In my future stay I would like to stay in the main building. the batroom in room 505 was a bit too small. |

excellent location, nicely decorated rooms in an old historical building with antique furniture note that Ca' Priuli and Casa Priuli are separate houses standing apart from the Palazzo itself which is not quite clear from the description |

Convenience to transport, shopping A/C did not work on arrival & we informed the hotel staff, but it was not fixed, We're not moved to another room on the first night when temp. Reached 45 degrees Centigrade. We had to open the windows and we're bitten by mosquitoes and there were also bed bugs. We complained we're goinig to check out should we not be given another room with air cond. On second night we're moved to another room where the air cond. Worked. This should be only 2-3 stars hotel. Lift not working properly. |

Arrangements were made by the front desk for the water taxo. This was helpful The beds were uncomfortable, there was no instructions on using the phone (to contact the front desk) had to go to front desk personally to request a wake up call. The airconditioning did not work properly, the room was warm hot and muggy. We were told by the night clerk that we could pay for the water taxi via visa card at the front desk at check out. To our surprise, we were told at check out that credit card was an acceptable payment for the water taxi, and we would need to pay cash. We were appalled, we were due to get on the water taxi in 5 minutes; therefore, we had to run to the nearest atm in order to make the water taxi on time to catch our flight out. |

the hotel was exceptionally clean, the breakfast was always fresh and plenty of choice for a continental selection. The room I was given was not as advertised on the website. We were told we would be guaranteed a canal view when in fact we had a view of a window opposite and on looking down, a plentiful view of copious amounts of dog dirt which we had to avoid every day! We thought maybe the hotel staff may have considered cleaning this up when it was immediately outside the front step of the Ca Priulli but it didnt happen. Also we booked the Casa Priulli and when questioned the staff were quite abrupt and insisted it was all the same. The website however, clearly states there are the Palazzio, Casa and Ca. Finally, as we had to leave before breakfast on our final day, we requested coffee in the room and were refused!! This isn't good policy at all. |

The location was excellent(in the heart of Venice), and the attic room gave a surprising scenic view from above Venice. Free internet access in the lobby was nice, and the breakfast hall was beautiful. It was an attic room, so a bit cramped for someone of my height. Also, we booked the Venice in Love package, but none of the inclusive package was ready when we arrived. The free champagne was served warm, they provided free transport to Murano island glass factory (which was quite anti-climatic) but not a return, and the room had big stains on the carpet. Also, having the multiple buildings was a bit confusing on arrival; it took a bit to find the welcome desk. |

wonderful staff! we wouldn't have been able to find the hotel on our own...so they sent someone to pick us up at the water taxi station! great stay in venezia... except...that one of the hanging end tables fell on my friend's foot...it just came out of the wall...it was probably an isolated incident, but it is of note. |

Room was highly well presented and clean, excellent toilet/shower facilities including a bath. Location was convenient to restaurants. Had trouble locating the hotel, once the hotel had been found I didn't realise that the actual reception desk was at Ca' Priuli (about 50m left down the street) rather than at Casa Nicole Priuli itself, so spent 10 minutes trying to find someone who could help. |

It was a great place to walk to St. Mark square in Venice. The service was very good. More information on getting from water taxi to hotel would have been helpful. |

Great location, very helpful staff. Room was very big and spacious, overlooking the canal. Breakfast was excellent. The airconditioning in the room was not quite strong enough to cope with the hot Venetian weather. |

Very convenient location (close to San Marco), lovely room (not in main building but lots of space) and wonderful breakfast Although we had the "Love in Venice" package, because we stayed just one night, we were not able to enjoy the benefits - and we never did receive the expected letter with the explanation of the package. |

Enjoying a privileged Venice location, in front of St. Mark' square and few steps from Doge Palace and the Bridge of Sighs, the Residence is your key to the Lagoon. |
Completely renovated in 2006, this elegant 16th-century palace offers 4-star services, clean rooms, helpful staff and a very central position in Venice, between the Rialto Bridge and Saint Mark’s... |
Hotel Concordia is probably the closest establishment to Saint Mark’s Square you can find in Venice. Overlooking the square, the family run Concordia enjoys the magic ambiance of its surroundings. |
Comfort Hotel Diana is housed in a completely refurbished, 15th-century building (with lift), set in the heart of the city. Enjoy the cosy atmosphere of a Venetian home. |
