The apartments are 9 miles from Catania. Set in a pretty little fishing village, Santa Tecla, the Maia Volcani offers 6 well-equipped apartments. All apartments have beautiful sea views. The sea, where you will find both public and private beaches, is just a short walk from your apartment (165 yards) and there are also tennis courts just around the corner. Restaurants, shops and cafes can be found a 5 minute walk away, in the center of town. Friendly staff at the Maia Volcani will be happy to arrange boat rental, hiking or off-road excursions to nearby Mount Etna as well as a range of tours and shuttle service. Hotel Rooms: 6

Our apartment was great. The furnishing is nice and modern, the kitchen is normally equiped (though they didn't have wine glasses). The best thing is the spectacular view from the terrace. The bathroom was not 100% clean. But our biggest problem was Santa Tecla, the village itself. First it is good to know that it's only approachable by car. On the other hand there are almost no facilities for tourists. The beach is small, not very nice, and not comfortable either. The private beach part is very depressing - it was a big and ugly structure made from wood. There are almost nothing in the 'center', I mean we found only one supermarket, one ice cream shop, and two restaurants (one of them was great!). And that's all...! Taormina is also quite far, so if you don't want to sit on your terrace every night, you will have to drive a lot. All together the accomodation is ok, but I won't recommend it because of the location.

Il panorama è senz'altro il punto forte della struttura..le camere sono ben arredate e attrezzate di tutto ciò che serve. Il piatto doccia è insufficiente x contenere l'acqua che sgorga quindi sul pavimento..la stradina per giungere al residence è impervia e pericolosa(anche se per un breve tratto)...il frigo non funziona come dovrebbe,il frizer non congelava.

La vue de l'appart hôtel. La décoration de l'appart. La terrasse grande et bien agencée Pas de caution à verser Il font confiance aux locataires ! L'accés à l'appartement est difficiles en voitures La douche est petite et la porte n'est pas en trés bon état Peu de vaisselle, évacuation des poubelles difficiles Manque de couverture et 1 couvre lit plein de poil Sur 5 couches 3 était bonnes par contre le canapés lit pour les deux autres était en mauvais état

Красивый сад на территории резиденции. Тищина и спокойствие. Красивый вид на море. Удобно добираться до ближайших населенных пунктов. Прекрасная, приветливая хозяйка или менеджер, точно было непонятно, т.к. мы не знали ни одного языка, но договорились сразу о продлении отдыха на один день и оставили деньги на столе при отъезде. Трудно было найти эту резиденцию даже с навигатором, т.к. она находится в закоулочке. Были рядом с ней, но сами не смогли найти, т.к. это не отель, а дом с квартирами. Пришлось прибегнуть к помощи местных жителей. Очень помогли, даже позвонили сами хозяйке.

De locatie is prima te noemen, mooi groot appartement met uitzicht op de zee en de omgeving. Echt heerlijk om zo wakker te worden, de dubbele deuren te openen en de zon en de zee je slaapkamer in te zien komen. Fantastisch. Het dorpje Santa Tecla stelt niet veel voor maar je moet ook een auto hebben om de omgeving te bezichtigen. Rotsstrand op loopafstand.Er zit op 200 meter een fantastisch restaurant waar je heerlijke Italiaanse gerechten kunt eten. Supermarkt op 5 minuten rijden. Ideale locatie om vanuit hier de omgeving te verkennen. Tips: Taormina, Catania met de trein vanuit het nabijgelegen mooie dorpje Acireale, Syracuse. Prima locatie!!!!!! Het enige nadeel aan dit verblijf is de badkamer, die is hoognodig aan een nieuwe kitbeurt toe!

przepiękne widoki z tarasu, dużo zieleni, duży apartament, Maria (chyba właścicielka) bardzo miła, klimatyzacja ale w zasadzie nie była potrzebna apartament w ogóle nie był sprzątany podczas tygodniowego pobytu, brak środków czystości, brak zmywarki, brak ściereczek do naczyń, brak papieru toaletowego, do apartamentu dochodziło się wąskim przejściem obok drzwi do innego apartamentu, daleko od plaży i jednocześnie najbliższa plaża kamienista i brudna, parking dla samochodów ze złym podjazdem plus pełen pyłu - już wsiadając do auta było się jak po zejściu z Etny, mały i brudny i zniszczony prysznic

Sencillo y funcional, tal y como se ve en las imágenes. Ideal si se va en coche y con gps. El entorno es muy agradable y dejar el vehículo dentro de la finca es cómodo y seguro. Algo justo de mobiliario.

Proche de la mer, la maison se trouve en pleine nature. Très bon accueil. La maison est magnifique de même que l'appart. Notre appart est refait à neuf. Tout est là ! Avec evidemment une magnifique terrasse avec vue sur mer !

Traumhafte Lage, nur bei Wohnung mit Meersicht super Aussicht. Ruhe. Grosse Räume. Mangelhafte Ausstattung der Küche, es ist eine FeWo, hat jedoch kaum Utensilien zum Zubereiten der Verpflegung oder diese sind alt. Fünf Personen Whg., nur wo sollen diese schlafen. Sehr schlechte Betten resp. Bettsofa.

la situation de la maison est remarquable Nous sommes arrivés dans un studio très froid 15°C. Nous avons été obligés d'appeler pour dépannage du chauffage. la quantité d'eau chaude ne permettait pas de prendre une douche (nous ne laissons jamais couler l'eau pendant le savonnage). Elle ne permettait même pas de faire une petite vaisselle pour 2 personnes.

La vista espectacular de la costa, la cercania a la autopista, el intorno muy acogedor, nada de ruido, sólo el sonido del mar y de lo pajaros por la mañana. Me hubiera gustado encontrar jabón para la ducha y papel igienico, o que me hubiesen avisado de llevarlo.

Las vistas ,la situacion geografica ,pese a su complicada localizacion Falta de profesionalidad total en la persona encargada de recibirnos.DIFICIL Contacto con dicha persona por lo que pequenos problemas convirtieron nuestra estancia en algo desagradable pese a las cualidades del sitio.
