Hotel merveilleusement situé à Florence à 150 mètres du Dome et 300 mètres environ de San Marco. Très calme cependant. Accueil particulièrement chaleureux et attentif de la direction et du personnel. Petit déjeuner buffet parfait. Etablissement à recommander tout particulièrement. Parking payant . Rien, tout était de nature à vous rendre le séjour à Florence inoubliable. |

Très bien placé. Obligation de se garer à 600m environ, la zone centrale étant à circulation limitée dans Florence. (On peut quand même déposer les bagages !) L'hôtel est situé au deuxième étage dans un immeuble en cours de ravalement. Les chambres, sauf 2, ne donnent pas sur la rue très bruyante. A vérifier avant la réservation. Petit déjeuner correct. 160 euros pour 2. Le prix. |

Wow -- best hotel ever, and I've traveled to over 30 countries. We visited for our 30th anniversary. From initial contact to our last goodbye (they came outside just to say goodbye), the staff was amazing. They booked reservations at a local museum, helped us warm up our room, drew maps for us to get to various things we wanted to see, greeted us always and warmly. The hotel was very clean and quiet (a rarity in Italy). I can't praise this hotel enough. If we go back to Florence, this is the place. And you can't beat the location. Leaving. Seriously, there was nothing about this hotel I didn't like, and I can't think of another non-five-star hotel I can say that about. |

Everything. The staff were really friendly, and helpful. The buffet breakfast was very good with a variety of food to cater for all tastes. Fantastic location, within walking distance of the railway station and all tourist sites. Comfortable clean room. We really cannot find anything negative to say about the hotel. A real home from home. Thank you Hotel Casci. |

The very accommodating and friendly staff make this rather simple hotel worth a look. Potential guests shouldn't let the somewhat uninviting exterior deter them. Once inside, the very welcoming hosts along with the extremely clean accommodations make this one worth the trip. Breakfast was a bit uninspired but the service was outstanding. |

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is incredible - close to museums, sites and shopping. Breakfast is a great start to the day and rooms are clean and larger than most European hotels. My room (#2) was located over a busy street. I didn't mind, but someone else might. Most of the rooms are located on a quieter corridor. |

Excellent breakfast. I stayed at 4 different hotels during this trip. This was the modest one of all the hotels but had the best breakfast than much fancier and more expensive hotels. The rooms are clean but don't expect beauty. That's ok, bec you're not staying in the hotel rooms when you're florence. But the bed was hard. I'd probably stay again for the breakfast but I will have to think about the bed... |

Location was excellent, staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean and the breakfast was the best we had in Tuscany. The hotel is not glamorous but is excellent value for money and I would recommend it for a city break on a budget. |

The service I received at this hotel was probably the best I've ever had in my life anywhere, and I've stayed at plenty 4 star hotels before. The staff were polite, efficient, hard working and extremely helpful. The room was clean and rich in facilities that even included a TV, DVD player, fridge and balcony and breakfast was excellent. The location was perfect. |
