Friendliness Service Good advice View Location Wines
Ricardo and all the staff were warm, friendly, caring, and incredibly helpful. The inn is part of the family's acclaimed winery, and the wine-tasting experience is not to be missed. Wonderful location, with fine dining steps away.
The fit out and furnishings of the apartment were excellent with kitchen, bathroom and bedroom of good size, in beautiful country surrounds Riccardo couldn't do any more to assist and left fresh bread and croissants on the doorstep every morning and we had a winery tasting and tour with him as their home, the winery and the apartments (3 I think) are all in one! Truly memorable stay and we hope to go back one day 3-7 days is a great get away a Here and to see the local towns and areas
It's not that we did not like anything but anyone considering staying there needs to understand that you need your own transport to get to the region( we trained into Turino and picked up the hire car from there). Once there plan for either eating out in the local towns or picking up provisions in the beautiful old centre of the central town Alba. Or better still mix it up and do both
I felt at home right away! It's a beautiful property all around. Ricardo was fantastic in all regards of hospitality, from our welcome, to our onsite wine tasting to recommending perfect local festivals, wine bars and restaraunts. I would go back in a heartbeat!
I really cannot say anything bad.
Views, wine tasting with owner, walking through the vineyards, apartment was fantastic, very comfortable.
Nice and friendly atmosphere. Location is great. We had a large and very tastefully furnished room. Very helpful staff giving advice where to go, eat and which wine cellars to visit. Ricardo was always around to help or provide information. His wine tasting and explanation of wine production was one of the best we ever had.
We usually prefer an accommodation with breakfast and restaurant on site. However, owners provided everything so we could easily prepare breakfast ourselves. Many restaurants are in a short driving distance.
Gréât art of living and sharing the respect for nature
Ricardo was an excellent host. Walkable to town.
Staff and good wifi
Church bells across the road.
Lovely and extremely comfortable; beautiful setting in vineyards; supremely warm and accommodating hosts
Perfect place for visiting Barbaresco, and the fact that Cascina is also a proper vineyard, makes it even better. Great for cycling, wine, food/restaurants.
Good breakfast, but perhaps some fresh fruit and other healthier options (i.e. not croissants) would be nice.
A beautiful and charming family-run bed and breakfast on a vineyard with views that will take your breath away. I can't say enough about how gorgeous the vineyard, and its scenery is, and how wonderful the family (Giovanna, Riccardo, and Davide) are. No question/request will go unanswered. The sleep we had in the room was divine and uninterrupted. We very much look forward to staying there again.
