Idea Hotel Roma Nomentana  

Good value for money: excellent hotel service, good breakfast, clean room, Sky Italy package on tv, good connection to the city center - bus (311,341,350 - 3-5min from hotel to Rebibbia metro station) & metro line b from Rebibbia to Colosseum 15min

Breakfast wasn't bad. Good value for money. Access to the city wasn't that bad even though the hotel is out of the city.

We had to remind the waitress all the time that breakfast buffet was out of ....something. The bus to the hotel from the metro station stops at 11 P.m so if you want to stay more at the city you can'T. The distance though from the metro station to the hotel is 15 min walking time so somebody can walk it or take a taxi.

Really large room with comfy beds. Free parking. Short walk to a Metro station, doesn't feel like a long journey from hotel to centre of Rome when in a group. Bathroom was of a large size too and the tv was a really decent size and very new.

Finding the hotel wasn't very easy due to the un-marked entrance and the building having a completely different name at the top.

The breakfast was good. Very quiet location.

20 minuts fron city centre

I did not like anything about the hotel, I have always booked my hotels from booking.com website so i always trusted to this website except this hotel..This one, the worst one ever..there is no custemer service and client satisfaction. Location is terrible but on website,it says that location is okay and it is easy to go to city center but completely opposite. It is like "end of city"..they do not even treat customers well. I do not suggest this hotel for anybody.

Easy to take bus + train to the center. The breakfast was good. Big area for free parking on the opposite site.

We requested to early check-in at 10.00 hr but it was not possible.

スタッフのテンションが高くて最初はビックリしますが、 慣れます。夜はパーティを催す事も、食事はフリー。他のホテルに泊まってる友達を呼ぶことも可能。（パスポ- ートを受付に預けた） 中心地へアクセスしやすい。 バスルームも4つくらいあって便利。

空港からバスで移動する場合、カブール通りとカブール広場だと、 場所が全然違うので、注意が必要！ スタッフのテンションについていけない方は、合わないかも！ ドミトリーに泊まったが、人数が多いせいか、若干湿っぽい！ ホテルの場所が少し分かりにくい 表示の問題。

Scortesia degli addetti alla reception orario serale; frettolosi e scortesi., Mettono in dubbio la mia buona fede riguardo il pagamento effettuato in anticipo.

Pulizia e cortesia del personale

Le camere che danno sull'ingresso sono bollenti a causa dello scarso isolamento termico delle vetrate. L'aria condizionata era praticamente inutile. Mi hanno dato un letto a 1 piazza e mezzo, al posto del matrimoniale. Il frigo non c'era e la gentilissima portiera mi ha portato un frigo da un'altra stanza. L'aspiratore del bagno, senza finestra, non c'è! Comodo ma sconsigliato.

Si vede che è di costruzione nuova e pertanto in genere è carino.

è solo grazie alla mia testardaggine che ho prenotato in questo Albergo. Prima di effettuare la prenotazione con Booking, avevo telefonato e un voce giovane maschile mi diceva che era tutto esaurito. Siccome non mi va di essere preso in giro ho provato tramite Booking e se fossero nate delle complicazioni sarei intervenuto. Ma la domanda rimane aperta, perché mi ha detto che era tutto esaurito ?? a voi la risposta.

Disponibilità del personale

Struttura abbandonata: vetri sporchi all'esterno, fessure dai vetri con spifferi d'aria, vetrata senza tende oscuranti che lasciavano passare la lice alle ore 5 del mattino.

Zona tranquillissima

Potendo restare a dormire fino a tardi, non c'era (almeno nella mia stanza) un cartello "Non disturbare"; infatti alla mattina presto le cameriere mi avevano già aperto la porta (poi prontamente chiusa vedendo la stanza buia).
