The breakfast and the staff

The general state of the room - broken mirror, dirty fridge, no air conditioning, damaged bath.

Staff were very helpful. Decent location for the price.

The website should tell you which 2 buses you can get from the 2 closest metro stations. Once we knew it was easy.The beds were horrible, needed replacing. Pillows way too thick. We had 2 roms and both had bad beds.

It was near the bus stop which took you to the metro where you can go anywhere..also they have a shuttle from the hotel to the airport...good deal

On the website they forgot to mention that the hotel off the main road is behind a large building.....so you wouldn't know it was there.

Delicious brealfast with a good variety,
The ladies in the breakfast-room very nice and polite.
The reception area ibbeing recinstructed but still works fine. the people very nice and helpful

The internet did not work and it was very bad because it was a business trip.
The room was too hot and it was not possible to change the floor heat. I had to have the window open, but it is quite noisy outside,

παρα πολυ ωραιο και πλουσιο πρωινο!!!μιση ωρα απο την πολη με το
λεωφορειο 341 εωσ ponte mammolo κι απο κει μετρο ωσ το τεrmini.

βαψιμο δωματιων,επισκευη παραθυρων,ελεγχοσ στα στρωματα.καποια ειναι

El trato de todo el presonal, muy amable. El desayuno perfecto y la ecuación calidad precio, muy buena

Demasiada luminosidad por la noche, tiene unas ventanas muy grandes y no se puede eliminar la entrada de luz,ruido. Esta un poco lejos del centro, aunque si esta comunicado por autobuses hasta el metro
