Up the street from a good resturant. The bath tub and splinters around the drain. The hotel was hard to find and way from bus stops or metro stations and even further from the exhibts. The window in the bathroom would not close at all and the airconditioner did not have any knobs to adjust. So when we would get back from a really long day it would be really warm in our room. |

Friendlyness of the hotel staff. Everyday new towels were given and the room was kept clean. I liked the presence of the mini bar in the room breakfast team tried to please each individual but sometimes it was too busy and it would be more efficient if they just filled up the bread/coffee level without small talk with the guests |

there was nothing to really like about the hotel. I thought the hotel would be in a nice park of town, but it seemed sketchy and made me nervous. Hard to get to from the airport. My room was dirty, really hot (I arrived at 11PM and the room was 80 degrees with no air), and reeked of smoke ( I asked for a non-smoking room). The hotel staff at night spoke English well, but not the morning staff. |

Staff really polite and all of them speaking English, have a nice cheap garage for the car. Breakfast is nice. It is under remodeling so it is not very clean, walls in the room were very dirty with stains as well as the floor in the coridor. The AC in the room was too loud and the temperature couldn't be changed, it was on the coldest possible all the time. It is too far from the city centre (8-9km). It is not a very good value for the money you pay to stay. |

The only good thing about the hotel was it's breakfast. It was very neatly served and the staff was very polite as well. Rooms were defintely cleaned everyday. For the price which I paid I would say was worth just for the breakfast :-). The room was small, clumsy without any ventilation. Although the hotel was pretty close to the main road but I have never seen a hotel without a single light on at the night(it even made me wonder whether they are operational?). During the night it was sometime difficult to breathe as well due to poor ventilation. |

The breaksfast was very good altough they should alternate the food, they always had the same things the entire stay. The staff was pretty good. Nice lobby area It was kind of far from the city center, after the third day I was tired of taking the metro and then waiting for the bus to get to the hotel. I requested a room with 1 double bed, and instead we were given two single bed together which is very unconfortable to sleep on since you are always falling between the two matresses. So the price is reasonable, but keep in mind you will be about 45min away |

the breakfast is good with a variety of food. The staff are friendly. The location is also okay, not too far from the city centre. It will be better if they can offer hot water for drinking or an electric kettle in room |

From experience I find that the star ratings and prices of hotels in Italy do not compare with the normal standard in the rest of Western Eurpe. |

Staff were very helpful. Decent location for the price. The website should tell you which 2 buses you can get from the 2 closest metro stations. Once we knew it was easy. The beds were horrible, needed replacing. Pillows way too thick. We had 2 roms and both had bad beds. |

Venligt personale i restauranten under morgenmaden. Lampeskærme manglede på lamperne over sengegærdet. Myrer i restauranten. Morgenmad ikke varieret nok. Kold scrambleeggs. Ofte var der kun kold eller lunken kaffe. Personalet i receptionen virkede uinteresserede/ligeglade. |
