Very friendly and helpful staff!
Lack of free Wi-Fi access. It should be included in price of hotel.
quiet area, I slept very well bcoz no noise at all... in nearby also small supermarket, ice cream shop and pizza restaurant. Breakfast- very good scramble eggs- top quality! and cakes- every day freshly baked! Air conditioning - working quietly and successfully Good connection with public transport
I traveled by bus and problem is- buses do not keep to the schedule at all!! but hotel itself has nothing to do with that
Room is clean, quiet and big. Free parking just outside the hotel. We drive car to Rebbica metro station and then take lineB to the city center(~15 minutes). The breakfast is good enough for the price.
The wafer will drain into the room slowly when shower, but no problem for us.
excellent location, 2 minutes walk to the subway, restaurants, shops etc all close by. small fridge in room. nice breakfast.
very old TV.
the room was big and clean. breakfast was fine, continental one with cofee machine, pastries etc they kept for few hours our luggage the last day when we were visiting Rome. 2 min walking there's a shop & some restaurants.
location is horrible, bus (15 min) + metro (20-25 min) so it takes like 40-45 min to get to city center. the room hadnt got a fridge and the restaurant was expensive. the people there is ok, they help you but they dont smile and they dont make u feel confortable. wifi costs 7 euros per person 24 hours ...... nothing to add. if i come back to Rome i wont book this hotel again.
Wifi for 7 euro per day is just outlandish when even in coffee shops it's free... Somebody want's to just see how the weather is tomorrow when he returns at the evening and this price is just a bad joke...
The general quality of the rooms and cleanliness. Breakfast had enough variety for the price.
Extremely rude and unhelpful staff. General slowness of service, having to wait for room to get clean on checkin day at 4pm. 7€ a day for internet access is absurd.
- No free internet - 7e per 24h (incredible nowadays) - Payed TV - air condition not working - extremely simple breakfast (1 type of ham, 1 type of cheese, no vegetables), but when 5-7 businessmen appeared in the morning there was more types of ham/salami, vegetables. Once they left lady changed jam, nutella for worse one etc.. - Guests are not allowed to take cups of tea/coffe to the room
Got fresh sheets and towels daily, very clean rooms/facilities. Staff were friendly on the whole. The spread for breakfast had a wide variety on offer. Would recommend!
Would have been nice to have breakfast served until 10:30 or 11am. Wifi access was prohibitively expensive, would have been nice to have a short period of free wifi per day. Not much information on offer to guests, a guest information booklet in the room would be greatly appreciated.
The hotel is located out of Rome center and, unfortunately, is not in a nice area (especially between the hotel and the tube station). The staff could be a little more "professional".
Not very suitable if you don't rent a car as it is quite far from city center and you will need to take a train and a bus to reach the hotel. Wifi is'nt free so be aware of this. Breakfast is really nice tho.
You have to pay for wifi 7 euros !!!! In all other hotels it is free.. And no tv broadcasting the world cup !!!
Big room....really comfortable.
They charge for the internet and it's very expensive per day - 7 euros. The location is really bad.....far away from the city center.
Free parking place next to the hotel; the best room we had during our 6 nights in Italy!
No Wi-Fi included in the price
Nice clean hotel. Friendly and very helpfull staff both in Restaurant and reception. Unlimited breakfast portions. Early breakfast at 06:30 AM untill 10:00 AM. Room service on request.
location of hotel isnt great. To the nearest tube station people had to travel on local bus for 10-15 minutes. Rooms not air conditioned. Wireless internet payable at extra cost 7 EUR per 24 hours which is expecsive. At least free wiifi should be available in reception. Guests are not allowed to take cups of tea or plate with cakes in room for later consumption.
Good price, nice staff, fair facilities and cleanliess, good breakfast and restaurant
a bit far from the center, not far from the metro though you need to take metro to the end of the line and take bus for about 10 mins so might be a bit far for traveler without car. Also the door lock of the bathroom door was a bit broken, it should have been fixed. The rest is all good.
The location of the hotel near public transportation was very nice, also the ability to switch between Italian and English audio on the TV was nice. The complimentary breakfast was excellent.
There were a few inconveniences: -Having to pay for Wifi for only one device for one day seemed kind of cheap. -The hotel did not own an iron. -The bed came with sheets but no comforter, that could be a problem during the colder months.
the sink in the bath, water kept rising during shower
good breakfast; nice staff
far to city center-about 30min;
Breakfast is very simple, shampoo in the hotel had a very bad quality after using my eyes become red for whole trip i gonto haspital and still i have problem,no wifi is very anoying
Size of the room
WiFi for 7€/day Bad restaurant
* Window locking - impossible * Window lock fixing - (during trip) never taken in account * Disturbing noises (I had a chamber next above/next the resto area) * No explanation when the acces card had been desactivate
Very nice breakfast!large rooms with large beds cleaned every day!digital channels in tv!the staff very polite!
Wifi its not free,7euro for 24 hours unacceptable!!!its far from the city centre 15 minutes walking to the metro station and then 10 stops with the metro.
The front desk man at night was very unpolite
A large, very comfortable bed! Clean room, good buffet breakfast and helpful staff. Very good price for the Easter break!
The room and the hotel give a cold feeling because of the lack of aesthetics, although the room was too hot as the heater was probably broken and was working continuously. On the other hand, the water was always lukewarm to cold, even after we had tried what the receptionist advised us.
