Fantastic view, and very friendly / helpful hosts.
We had a couple of extra requests that were graciously reponded to.
The beach access is a bit hard to find from behind the property, but worth it to see the Flamingos and Herons across a long wooden bridge - perseverance paid off !
The beach with view of Tavolara is unbelievable - shallow soft sand that you can wade out a long way.
Good breakfast including fresh fruit, home-made specialities (we think) and Coffee.

The host is very kind and helpful. Excellent location, 2min away from the beach. The house is old fashioned, old furniture, it smells like old but I loved it. I always enjoy staying in locals apartaments rather than hotels because this is how I really get to taste from the local life, culture and other habits of the area.
Fly into Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport, 13km from Porto San Paolo. Direct flights available from major European cities. Alternatively, drive via SS125 highway or take a regional bus from Olbia. Journey time approximately 20 minutes. No direct sea routes available.

Small but lively little town, with shops, markets, bars and restaurants. Nice couple of small beaches and small harbour with plenty of nautical activities available. Porto San Paolo is very well located from Olbia, which is a bigger town with plenty of activities, shops, etc as well as the airport. There is really good public transport that allows you to reach a good number of paradisiac beaches in a relative short time.

Porto San Paulo is one of the precious places we ever visited. If you are looking for peaceful place to take rest , body and soul , you found it exactly between the most popular places which are very crowded and fancy .It’s very close to the most beautiful wild beaches. Real Smaragds of Costa Esmeralda . People are polite and helpful. Especially if you had host as we had in our Villa signore Marco Manera 💪

The village is split between the main road area and the port. The port has ferries to Tavolara which is highly recommended. Shops and restaurants with one main supermarket on the road towards the port. Beaches are small and pebble/sand mix. Better beaches elsewhere. Expensive restaurants. We liked the takeaway pizza best. You can walk everywhere quite easily. Our main problem was restaurants not available at childrens dinner time but this is typical for Italy.

I think Porto San Paolo is a bit different than other parts of Sardinia, we found that the money-centric holiday town to be overcrowded flashy and less friendly than other parts of Sardinia. We think that Porto perhaps suffers from being so close to Porto Cervo and the airport. It is however, undeniably beautiful, but so it the rest of the island where it is also much more chill.

This place is well connected to numerous beach spots, within 30 minutes drive you'll have plenty of places to visit for a week. The food is superb, "La conchiglia da Enrico" is definitely the best place around for grilled seafood, mussels and amazing pasta dishes.

Our holiday at Silvia's was even better than we expected! The view is simply breathtaking, we admired it every day. The house has everything you need, a supermarket and the most beautiful beaches in a five minute drive, so the location is just perfect for us. Silvia is a wonderful hospitable hostess, she gave us a lot of valuable advice on all points of our interests such as beaches, restaurants, cafes where they sell the best Italian ice cream. We definitely recommend visiting this wonderful place!!
Since we checked In everything went perfect. They made us a room upgrade which was very nice! The location is very Convenient. Around the hotel you can find a supermarket, pharmacy and some nice restaurants, Breakfast was very good however it was the same every morning but we liked it, the staff is very helpful, gentle and responsive. We definitely recommend to stay at this nice property for a nice and peaceful vacation.
The apartment was lovely, homey, very accessible, with a scenic walk to the various surrounding restaurants and bars. The apartment itself was clean and stocked with every appliance you could want for a comfortable extended stay. Maria and the other staff were especially hospitable, making recommendations for not only Porto San Paolo but Olbia and Cagliari as she knew we were spending time there on our trip too.
The hotel has very good location, close to the port and easy access to Tavolara island.
We didnt rent a car but the staff was really helpful to organise program for our stay. Special thanks to Aliessa she was super nice and helpful she helped us to book everything before our stay without her I dont know what we do. 😊
The hotel has a huge balcony with a beautiful view to Tavolara island.
The staff were absolutely wonderful. We arrived on an early flight so we were at the hotel much earlier than check in time and we were allowed to enjoy the delightful breakfast on arrival.
The room was very comfy and the view from our balcony was amazing.
We were provided with free beach umbrellas from reception as well
Great location, very close to a nice beach
The location is fantastic with a great view from the terras. Also the little town is nice with plenty of restaurants nearby as well as supermarkets. Beaches are also close by but you need to have a car for sure. It is not walking distance. Community swimming pool is great but make sure you don't sit at other peoples chairs.

Our contact person Maria was exceptionally helpful and cheerful and really went above and beyond. The apartment was great and had everything we needed for a short stay. It's location in Porto San Paolo, a small beach town about 20 minutes outside of Olbia, was ideal.
Lovey comfortable townhouse, with private veranda, great for al fresco dining. The location is also good, walking distance to San Paolo village & a short drive to many nearby awesome beaches. The hosts are very professional & very friendly. We enjoyed our holiday😊
This is one of my favorite hotels I have ever stayed at, I never wanted to leave: The views were stunning, breakfast and lunch was incredible, all of the staff were so kind and helpful. Would rate this a 15/10 if I could! Will hopefully be back to stay soon.
the property was full of mosquitos. the rooms
do not have wifi. when i discovered this, i was denied a refund without ever entering the room or getting the key. do not waste your money here. Hotel Residence San Paolo right up the street is the better option.
Relais del Borgo: good breakfast, friendly owner. No complaints, we are very satisfied. Porto San Paolo: small city but here you can find everything what you need, shops, restaurants...near also nice beach...generally good place for trips around.
The rooms were clean, the beds were comfy, the staff was nice, they provided deliciously scented soaps, and had a cafe in the hotel lobby. The price was amazing for the service we received. Our only regret was not booking a longer stay.
We liked the kitchen equipment and the furniture. It is a very convenient location for trips at the east coast of Sardinia. Very good value for the money. Especially the host Maria was very nice and welcoming.
Good food for dinner and breakfast. Nice pool. Friendly animals on the grounds (peacock and horse). And they have the only Pickleball court we found in Sardinia!
