Mario and Rosalla were extremely welcoming and helpful. The accommodation was extremely good value, maintained to a high standard, and well located. A little more cooking utensils would have been useful but we could manage with what was supplied.

Stayed there with my girlfriend for 3 nights. We arrived very late and member of staff was very nice and waited for us. Overall excellent place to stay with clean rooms, helpful staff and good location. will recommend it to anyone travelling to Sicily. If we come back for sure we will rent room in Case Vacanza Le Magnolie.

Uitstekend appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien. Niet te ver van het centrum en met Sicilianen als buren, geweldig!!! De manier om je Italiaans te oefenen.

De eigenaresse was ontzettend vriendelijk. Hadden gezorgd dat er water en vers fruit stond. Altijd behulpzaam. Schoon appartement.Veel ruimte niets

Blitzsaubere, renovierte, farbenfrohe Unterkunft ( Appartement im OG ), top Lage in der aufregenden Altstadt mit Ausblick auf das Meer. Parken unmittelbar vor der Unterkunft möglich . Wunderschönes altes Fischerstädtchen in Traumlage. Sehr gut erreichbar über mautfreie Autobahn. Bietet sich deshalb auch für längere Ausflüge an. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten & Lokale fußläufig. Man wohnt authentisch mittendrin im sizilianischen Leben. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert. Küchenbesteck ist sehr instabil

L'appartamento di Case vacanze Le Magnolie,assegnatoci,è praticamente perfetto per un'ottimo soggiorno...non manca di nulla....sopratutto è tutto nuovo,pulito...Non si può chiedere di meglio!!! Da non dimenticare la gentilezza e la disponibilità del locatore....Ps: All'arrivo,il sig.Mario,ci ha fatto trovare del caffè,della frutta freschissima ed una bottiglia d'acqua...Voto 10

Posizione centrale. (Vicini di casa carinissimi) Monolocale accogliente,pulito e confortevole. Il signor Mario e' una persona davvero deliziosa e disponibile. Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana sentendoci a casa. Consigliatissimo.

Il Signor Maltese ( proprietario della casa ) è davvero gentilissimo. I vicini sono tutte persone molto cordiali. La casa è in una posizione davvero centrale e dalla strada si vede il mare.... Molto bello.... La casa molto pulita e nuova con un bagno molto spazioso...

La posizione dà l'impressione di vivere la cittadina più che di trovarsi in zona turistica. In pochi minuti si è nel cuore di Castellammare. Splendida l'accoglienza del titolare, che ci ha fatto trovare un cesto di frutta e una piccola provvista. Al'arrivo colpisce anche il profumo di pulito. Appartamento spazioso e con tutti i comfort, bellissima la vista sul porto dal balcone

Bien situé, plutôt calme, fraîcheur de l'appartement, possibilité de se garer dans la rue adjacente Dommage que la chambre ne soit séparée de l'appartement voisin que par une porte ... cela pose problème si votre voisin n'a pas les mêmes horaires que vous.

Příjemný, jednoduchý, čistý apartmán s celkem uspokojivě zařízenou kuchyní. Majitel je milý a velmi ochotný, přesto, že neumí anglicky jsme se vždy domluvili. Klimatizace je při vedrech velmi příjemná, není hlučná. Přímo v apartmánu je umístěna nádrž na vodu, každé otočení kohoutku vyvolává hluk, který je nepříjemný večer a ráno, když část rodiny ještě spí. Není zde wi-fi.

La gentilezza e la disponibilità del sig.Mario è stata davvero ottima,l'appartamento bilocale al 1 piano è davvero confortevole nuovissimo e molto pulito;la posizione è strategica per girare con tutta tranquillità la sicilia nord occidentale;in pieno centro storico,ma pur essendo in una posizione così centrale non ho mai avuto problemi di parcheggio per tutti I 10 giorni di permanenza.lo consiglio vivamente!!

Een donkere vochtige benedenkamer (studio) op straatniveau zonder enig daglicht en zonder de mogelijkheid buiten te zitten, wel op de stoep bij de buren. Dit omdat ik bij de booking heb aangegeven dat ik een kamer met balkon wens. De booking werd door de eigenaresse niet beantwoord. Ter plaatse heeft zij verteld dat wij geen kamer met balkon kregen omdat ik het balkon niet als een voorwaarde heb genoemd!!! Er is geen prijsverschil tussen de kamers op de 1e verdieping (met balkon) en het hok beneden. Bovendien heerste er de eerste dag een sterke schoonmaakmiddel-geur dat na 2 dagen vervangen werd door het stank van vocht. De eigenaresse heeft een sms gestuurd met de vraag hoe laat wij zouden komen aangezien er geen receptie was. Haar sms heb ik beantwoord, geen antwoord. Aangekomen bij de studio (op tijd) heb ik haar gebeld. Zij zou er over 20 minuten zijn. Ik zei dat wij dus ondertussen wat zouden gaan drinken. Nadat wij vervolgens weer 1 uur gewacht hebben, heb ik een sms gestuurd. Toen kwam zij eindelijk. In plaats zich te verontschuldigen viel ze ons aan dat wij toch wat zouden gaan drinken! Wij hebben haar gezegd dat wij nog graag naar het strand wilden. Ze gaf echter ongevraagd uitleg over irrelevante zaken. Wij hebben haar meerdere malen moeten zeggen dat wij daar geen behoefte aan hadden. Buitengewoon irritant en onserieus!
