Enjoy complete independence in these modern self-catering apartments on the southern coast of Sicily, just 110 yards from a sandy beach in the heart of Val di Noto. Case Vacanze Pomelia was built in 2007. Each apartment features everything you could require for a relaxing vacation in total freedom. Each kitchen has a fridge, freezer, washing machine, plus each apartment has its own reserved parking space. At Case Vacanze Pomelia you’ll find your apartment already stocked with breakfast items and basic cooking ingredients. All this is just 110 yards from the Mediterranean Sea in the UNESCO protected area of Val di Noto. Casa Vacanze Pomelia may only be reserved for long stays of 2 or more nights. During summer the hotel may only be reserved for 7 nights, from Saturday to Saturday. Hotel Rooms: 9

Certainly one of the top places to stay in Marina di Ragusa if you are looking for self-catering apartment. Impeccably clean. Complete kitchen; laundry. Well-managed. Safe, gated, reserved parking in front of your place, secluded from street noise. This was my fourth stay - all good. I hope to be there again in April 2012. No complaints whatsoever.

Well equiped apartment in excellent condition. Very close to a lovely beach, 3 restaurants and a 20 minute walk into the village square. Not many negatives; 1. Garden (Scirroco) was pleasant but smaller than most over apartments 2. Building works were taking place between the complex and the beach 3. Instructions on arrival were not great, especially in the poring rain. 4. Probably a EU100 overpriced for the time of year.

The appartment is relatively new and equiped with everything one has at home in a very good state, a fully equiped kitchen with modern cooking gear and big fridge. Excellent klimate control system, two bath rooms with shower and toilet, enough towels to last for a week, two spacious bed rooms with small terras, a washing machine with powder ready to use. Big terras connected to living room, private car park in front of appartment. The apparment as we founs it was very clean. We fully enjoyed our stay

Some beatiful and new apartments in one new real estate developement, close to popular beach. Apartments are equipped very good, even bottle of cold wine is in standard :D. Its in very pleasant and quiet neighborhood, but very short walking distance from lovely Marina di Ragusa centre. Good, big, sheap shop 500 meters away. Every apartment have own personal parking place insaid the property wall. Hard to find even with gps, no receptions at all, you must know ecactly when you`ll arrive, so somebody can wait for you and give to you keys for apartment.

Case Vacanze Pomelia is new and very comfortable apartments with all you need equipments for vacation, 5 min walk to good sandy beach. We were met by very friendly people. We so liked very relaxing atmosphere both inside and outside apartments, that we stayed there 3 days longer, than planed before. apartments on the 1st floor have not very good soundproofing

L'efficienza del servizio, la presenza di comfort, la location, la qualità dell'appartamento e della mobilia, il design. L'unico neo è stato far la doccia in 7. Lo scaldabagno non riusciva a sostenere più di 2 docce per volta.

Il posto è confortevole, nuovo, pulito e molto vicino al mare. Il cancello elettrico di accesso garantisce la sicurezza dell'auto e della abitazione. Piacevoli veranda e giardino esclusivi al piano terra. Posto auto riservato e coperto da pensilina di fronte all'accesso all'appartamento. Frigo e dispensa forniti con occorrente per la colazione. Condizionatore e riscaldamento efficienti. L'acqua calda non è sufficiente per un soggiorno al mare di una famiglia, perchè il boiler elettrico è troppo piccolo.

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen, Die Wohnung sehr sauber,gepflegt und modern eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden von Ersatzwäsche, Küchentücher bis genügend Toilettenpapier Wir fühlten uns gleich wie zu Hause. Schöner gepflegter Garten. 5 Min. zu Fuss ans Meer.

Appartamento dotato di tutto il necessario. Ottima la dotazione degli appartamenti per la prima accoglienza: Olio extravergine di oliva, aceto, sale, zucchero, caffè, acqua, coca cola, nutella, marmellata, fette biscottate, latte, biscotti, sacchi immondizia, detersivo lavatrice.

Sehr gute, ruhig und strandnahe Lage. Bei der Ankunft waren für das erste Frühstück z.B. Kaffee, Marmelade, Brot, Wasser, Cola vorhanden. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Küche war sehr modern eingerichtet und es war sogar ein Backofen vorhanden. Wunderschöne große Terrasse. Unterkunft ist aufgrund mangelnder Beschilderung im Ort selbst nicht leicht zu finden.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und in Top-Zustand. Zwei Bäder in einer Wohnung fanden wir sehr schön und praktisch. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles was man braucht ist da. Alles sehr sauber, genügend Badetücher, Handtücher, Bettwäsche usw. Wir hatten eine Wohnung im ersten Stock mit großer Terasse, wo sich ein Tisch mit 6 Stühlen und eine Liege befanden. Von der Terasse hatten wir einen schönen Blick in den sehr gepflegten Garten. Es war sehr ruhig und erholsam. Wenn wir das nächste Mal nach Marina di Ragusa kommen werden, wird unsere Adresse Case Vacanze Pomelia heissen.

Appartement was opvallend compleet ingericht incl. extra handdoeken, extra beddengoed, WC rollen, 1e ontbijtbenodigdheden, Kwaliteit bedden is uitstekend. Rustige ligging.

La casa è fornita di ogni confort - doppi servizi, aria condizionata, lavatrice, forno elettrico, freezer, viveri per la prima colazione, ricambi di lenzuola e salviette in abbondanza, stoviglie e biancheria per la cucina. E' arredata con buon gusto e disposta in modo ottimale. Vicinissima al mare. Ideale per una vacanza rilassante e piacevole. Lo staff è sempre molto disponibile e gentilissimo.
