Very friendly and helpful staff! Had a problem with the appartment we were originally put in - a gas leak - that began a few hours after we arrived and we didn't notice until late evening. I emailed and they came tothe flat very quickly and moved us into a new one. Staff are always friendly and helpful!
The toilets don't flush very well.
Proximity to Via Roma/Toledo. I liked Maisonette-type room: the bed was on the upper floor, making it more roomy
The soap in the bath was already used. And apart from that, there was nothing else to wash with. The WiFi was strange: a complicated system with user login. But the worst: an internet connection could basically not be provided.
basic kitchen, nice location in the quartiere spagnoli.
the wifi was running very very poorly in the apartment 11. maybe it needs an additional (or closer route) to provide a better signal.
Checking out, it meant we didn't have to sleep another night in the dump.
Hotel is set within a noisy slum, loud music, drunks and traffic noise constantly blare out from outside. On arrival we were forced to pay an extra £50 because they had not understood that the booking was for two people, even though the booking confirmation and advert on this website says quite clearly that the room is for two adults. The utilities and cutlery provided were filthy and old, they looked as if they had not been cleaned since the last person stayed in the room. The room was small and cramped and does not look anything like the pictures on the website. Even the elevator is too small to use as you can barely fit any luggage in it (we only had two small cabin bags). In summary this is the worst place I have ever stayed and I suggest a cardboard box on the street as better value for money when you visit Naples
Staff were very nice
Apartment was not as picturedno tv no sofa downstairs only place to sit was hard kitchen chairs no cleaning materials provided 2 towels one roll of toilet paper provided for. 2 people 4 5 days. Neighbourhood very noisy at night and street was very dirty
Good location. Bed was comfortable. Nice to have a fridge, cooker, cutlery and plates etc.
There was no soap provided, kettle or microwave.
The apartment is situated in a narrow street, which is quite nice. It gives you the feeling of living among Italians. The staff is also very friendly, although they don't speak that much English and it can be hard to communicate with them sometimes. It's close to a lot of things in Naples: you can walk to the harbor and Via Toledo. Also, there are lots of cute supermarkets and restaurants nearby. I would definitely recommend staying here.
Can be a bit noisy during the weekends (lots of scooters racing through the street). If wifi is important to you, you might not want to stay here. The wifi on your phone will probably not work, or work very poorly. However, wifi on your laptop will work just fine (I guess this has to do with the strength of the wifi receiver in either your phone or laptop).
Nice location, right between Via Toledo and Via Chiaia, safe place. For Italian standards the apartment is good. Relatively quiet. Wi-Fi worked always. Late check-in (midnight) was no problem, well organized, but costs additional 15 euros.
Staff was friendly and helpful, location excellent.
wifi was very poor
There were cooking facilities, very charming old building, it was nice and quite given the location was on a very busy street. Close to all shops, metro, lift train, lovely gallery with plenty of cafes just opposite the hotel.
Very small lift, i could not get a buggy in, so we had to dismantle every time we go out and come back and do 3 trips each time. No tv. It was advertised it has toiletries, but it didnt. Make sure you bring your own shampoo and wash up liquid. They didnt change the towels for 6 days. They didnt clean for 6 days. When we said we have small baby and we need the room cleaned, they said was 25euros charge. The shower room would block every time we showered. Overeall It is quite expensive for what you get. It really is all about the location. I would not stay there again
It is very well located. People were nice, friendly and they were ready to give me some information about the city.
No TV !!
