Hotel buildings group around a green courtyard - somewhat of an oasis in contrast to the city. Little noise from streets and courtyard. Nice design of the big room. Good chance to get a parking space right in front of the door. Perfect base to leave the car somewhat outside the centre and go down by bus. Really nice personell, especially regarding our baby. Much noise through the room's door (guests shouting about in the middle of the night), lift to be reached only after several steps, Staircases and floors barracks-style, breakfast in the cellar with atmosphere of a public canteen. Hotel resembles the city - would be even greater with more tender loving care... |

Well located for Palermo's city visit. Closed to the "Parque de la Favorita" and "Mondello". Maybe the less difficult area to drive at Palermo's city Noisy bathrooms. |

Very friendly and helpful staff (in particular Davide at the reception). Very large room, lovely gardens. Location was not the best, hotel was a bit difficult to find. Environment of the hotel is not beautiful (in the middle of tall buildings). |

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, we had a few problems with our room on the first night, but the staff arranged a more suitable suite for us and we thoroughly enjoyed the rest of our stay. The setting was very pretty, the area was quiet, we were close enough to walk to local amenities and the nearby town, and my partner was happily able to visit the football stadium. We had a bad first night -we requested non smoking, but was given smoking, so the room had a bad odour. The walls were very thin so we could hear our next door neighbours tv until the early hours, also a panel connecting our two rooms let in a lot of next door's light, also keeping us awake. But the staff were extremely helpful and managed to find us a more suitable suite. |

We were first put in a rather run-down double room, but on my request to have a double bed (instead of twin beds) we were moved to an apartment, which was spacious. The place is somewhat run-down and far from the centre (you have to change once to go downtown by public transport), but nevertheless adequate value for money. |

therritory of the hotel, the room was unusually furnished, I felt like Alice in Wonderland ) the only disadvantage - twiin beds instead of a double, for which we asked. organizing a pool would be wonderfull! |

Also die parkähnliche, extrem ruhige Lage und doch so zentrumsnah gelegen, war beeindruckend. Die Schnaken stellten des Nachts ein Problem dar. Ich weiß leider nicht mehr, ob ein Fenstergitter vorhanden War. |
