It was very conveniently located close to the train station, royal palace, and the central downtown area. Our room was large, comfortable and attractive. Breakfast at hotel was very good. Price was very good for the room we stayed in. It was convenient to go from the hotel to the Naples airport by taxi on departure. The elevators are a bit small for the traffic they carry.

Since long many years I come to this hotel.But last once came the rooms was changed ..new generation decorated... Very nice looking with high comfort.the desadvantage is the Internet and the wi-fi was very poor.the restaurant staff also is qualified. I like as I write upper the location the facilities the new rooms design

Great location to the palace and they have free parking. Local shopping district is nearby as are a selection of various restaurants. The breakfast had a very good choice of food, an array of hot items were included in the buffet. Rooms were spacious and quiet with all the amenities that you could possibly want.

Room clean and comfortable. Too much technology without signs to understand, e.g. lights next to the night table kept flashing, reason was that card was inserted. Volume of TV was loud in the bathroom until we could discover the volume button in the bathroom; lights in the shower without indication of purpose.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. It was large and very modern. It was a ten minute walk to the old city and a two minute walk to the palace. Our room was a corner room and a bit noise, due to the traffic. Some of the "high tech" features of the room were difficult to figure out (like turning on the shower), and there was no written explanation on how to use them.

Excellent location close to the Palace. Wonderful large comfortable room. Excellent restaurant with accommodating staff. Close to centre of town with many nice bars. A nice surprise! Good value. Parking is limited - we were lucky and got one of the few spaces available in front of the hotel.

The hotel is is located several meters from the railway station and the castle, very good location! The room is newly renovated, very modern and clean. The breakfast buffet is very good. The out side and the lobby of the hotel is modest, the surrounding of the hotel not agreable.

Excellent and friendly service. The spa was lovely. Raffaele was a wonderful host in the bar. Everyone was very helpful and we were able to relax. The children loved their room and the breakfast! We would definitely stay here again. Difficulty with the remotes for the TV/internet. Otherwise no problems at all!

The hotel is located less than five minutes from the train station. Our room was very nice and modern. The bathroom was small, but classy. The room had an eco-friendly energy system where the lights/power turned on with the room key, and off when the key was removed. The hotel has a very nice diningroom, and we had excellent wait-staff both at breakfast and for our evening meal. The continental breakfast was well presented and very nice. The hotel staff were very helpful when we had problems with the internet connection. We had ongoing problems with the internet connection, but otherwise, had a very good stay.

The hotel is close to the Palazzo. Just a short walk to the main shopping and town centre. The room is large and airy and has very modern fittings, Touch lighting switches, computer connections, fridge (very handy), Bathroom fittings are very good and the shower is big. Great to have plenty of space to put our luggage with 2 suitcase racks. Parking was at the front door.

Spotless freshly renovated room with a modern design and a lot of hi tech features. It was even amazing to get this great type of hotel in such a small city of Italian outland. We was traveling across Lazio for a week and this was one of the best hotels we got apart from the Rome. As almost everywhere in central Italy - poor breakfast, but I think it is more about Italian tradition than about the hotel itself.
