Hotel Jolly Caserta  

Cleanliness, friendly, efficient. Location is perfect to the Palace. Tip: get up early and arrive at the palace when it opens at 8:30am -- do the palace first, then the grounds before the coach tours arrive.

Great hotel, great service; good food.

The hotel was modern and clean. Breakfast was fantastic. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

It was conveniently next to the station and the royal palace which I was there to visit.

The hotel is is located several meters from the railway station and the castle, very good location! The room is newly renovated, very modern and clean. The breakfast buffet is very good.

The out side and the lobby of the hotel is modest, the surrounding of the hotel not agreable.

The room was much nicer than anywhere alse we have stayed in our 2 weeks tour through Italy. It looks brand new, the shower is spa like. The hotel in onlyis 1 min walk from the main attraction of Caserta and 10 min drive from very big outlet and shopping centers.

The Internet connection costs extra. Poor wi fi quality

Excellent and friendly service. The spa was lovely. Raffaele was a wonderful host in the bar. Everyone was very helpful and we were able to relax. The children loved their room and the breakfast! We would definitely stay here again.

Difficulty with the remotes for the TV/internet. Otherwise no problems at all!

The hotel is located less than five minutes from the train station. Our room was very nice and modern. The bathroom was small, but classy. The room had an eco-friendly energy system where the lights/power turned on with the room key, and off when the key was removed. The hotel has a very nice diningroom, and we had excellent wait-staff both at breakfast and for our evening meal. The continental breakfast was well presented and very nice. The hotel staff were very helpful when we had problems with the internet connection.

We had ongoing problems with the internet connection, but otherwise, had a very good stay.

The hotel is close to the Palazzo. Just a short walk to the main shopping and town centre. The room is large and airy and has very modern fittings, Touch lighting switches, computer connections, fridge (very handy), Bathroom fittings are very good and the shower is big. Great to have plenty of space to put our luggage with 2 suitcase racks. Parking was at the front door.

Very modern boutique feel to room - very high tech bathroom full of gadgets. Very helpful people. Right opposite Royal Palace and close to decent restaurants.

The bed was ridiculously firm.

Good and spacious room. Excellent location next to the palace. Public parking across the road, paid in the hotel. Good restaurant for dinner.

Hotel would benefit of some renovation

The Location was great for visiting the Place in Casserta and evening shopping in the city. Parking was convenient, Breakfast excellent, and rooms were modern newly refurbished. They gave us a room next to our kids, offered us breakfast on day of arrival, held our luggage due to an early arrival. When we lost car keys and phone they were excellent in assisting us.

Caserta is not the cleanest city butr well worth a stop north or south to from Rome. The palace is a great stop especially the falls at the end of the gardens. Great for biking. Also Americans are missing it if they like shopping as it seems to be an outlet hub. The evening shop about town was great. Limited English as it seems to not be high on foreigners lists but for one afternoon and evening visit it was great and Hotel Jolly was perfect location.
