Friendly staff and spacious room The superior double offered a jacuzzi in the bathroom however it was not very practical, a bit old fashioned and it took at least half an hour for the bath to fill with water. |

The only thing we liked about our stay were the views from our hotel of the lake. Where do I start? No parking - we were constantly moving the car to paying car parks, even though we were told they were free. Impossible to find in the historical centre. No comfortable bar for an evening drink - everything very poor, really, for a 4* expensive hotel. |

The room and hotel were very clean. Breakfast very basic. Rooms small but that seems to be normal in Italy. Taxis a rip off - €35 for a 3km journey! When we asked the staff how we could get to the airport other than using a taxi they weren't very helpful - train station below the hotel serves the airport and they sent us off to get a bus that never arrived! |

What a view. Very peaceful. Excellent location. I really enjoyed the single night we spent here. Never had to walk more than 200m to our car. Friendly and helpful. The std lake view room was as small as the hotels photo indicated. Comfortable bed. Loved the nearby towns and the porchetta di Ariccia which is famous. Nearby restaurants looked and smelt good. Air conditioning worked. |

The staff were friendly and helpful and attended to every need (Valentino in particular). It was a very clean, quiet and peaceful place. It was beautifully situated for everything and just 5 minutes from the Popes summer residence. We had the best of both worlds - a quiet idyllic place to stay and after a 40 min train journey, the hustle and bustle of Rome. No major complaints. Everything was immaculate, but a more varying breakfast would be nice. There were lots of sweet cakes/pastries which were lovely but we prefer a savoury breakfast. |

Quiet charming village with good train access (35 minutes) to the centre of Rome. Beautiful views from balcony of room. Excellent refurbished clean hotel. Access was not possible on the first night due to road works on outskirts of town and a wine festival which blocked off the alternative access. We paid 220 Euro for that one night at an alternative hotel outside the town. The manager at the Hotel Castel Gondolfo would not refund the night we were obliged to miss at his hotel. He said the poor access was an unusual circumstance. |

The view is very plaisant, the room is nice and modern... but very small! The service offered is not that good... There is no restaurant in the hotel. The breakfast is served inside, so sad when you have such a nice view.... |

Si trova in posizione dominante sul lago Albano e molto vicino a Roma. Lo staff dell'hotel è molto gentile La colazione è forse un po' scarsa per le 4 stelle dell'hotel |

прекрасный вид на озеро, тихо и романтично - именно то, что я и искал. завтрак - скромный, но много хороших (но, увы, недешевых) ресторанчиков рядом с отелем. сетка на балконе от комаров очень не помешала бы . |
