The position/location was excelent. The staff were vey helpful. The food was dire far too 'mass catering' No lounge or space for your visitors to relax without in private ( without the function clients). I am saying I would recommend the hotel but not the food. |

Very nice hotel with a luxury touch. Beautiful view over the lake. Ciampino airport in easy reach made it a perfect overnight for our family. |

Only two points: the vew on the lake was really wonderfull and the receptionist was professional and really good. The hotel(especially room and BATHROOM) is extreamly old and urgently need renovation!!! It is not 4 star level at all. The breakfast was quite poor, and more then this: tomatos were finished one hour before the end of the breakfast and waitrests told us that they do not care, they can't help anything, there are no more tomatos. But after rigorous promise to complain to the management, tomatos were appeared. This story was very bad for the begining of the day. The chambermaid was not cleanly and careful too. |

location with wonderful view on the lake. Swimming pool and breakfast room with breathtaking view. Free parking facilities. a bit noisy until late if the room is on the first floor, above the restaurant. |

Commute distance from the airport and Rome, providing a relaxing stay in a very plesent and scenic area. View of of lake Albano was fantastic. I had a room with a balcony and it was perfect not all rooms has this facility The breakfast was served in the roof garden and this provided a very plesent view of the lake. The character of the hotel is period style however a touch up on the paint especially the outside is required, it provides a very bad first impression that changes once you are in the hotel. The pool was small but adequate however it was not cleaned of insects etc. |

We were amazed that we were able to stay in a hotel this nice for the price we paid. This is a beautiful building in a stunning setting right by the lake. The dining room had good service and the food was excellent for the price. The view from the dining room and upper deck, as well as from our room, was one of the best we have enjoyed from any hotel. |

Stunning location & well decorated & clean hotel. Ideal for a quiet location outside Rome. I'd recommend Castel Gandolfo - a very pretty & quiet location - although I imagine it is very busy around religious events/dates/festivals Due to being built into the side of a very steep hill, there are a lot of stairs, but there is a lift to most floors and the views compensate for the steps! |

Man hat einen tollen Ausblick vom Restaurant aus der dritten Etage auf die Umbegung. Nur ein rein italienisches Fruehstueck. Wurst und Kaese oder ein Ei nicht zu bekommen. Bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel erwarte ich da mehr. |

Lo staff era gentile, la colazione era buona. Le sale per maggiare erano belle. La piscina era carina. La tv in camera non funzionava bene, lo stesso per il ventilatore. La camera era troppo buia. La possibilità di utilizzo della piscina era vincolata agli orari dell'albergo. |

La piscina all' aria aperta con una panorama meravigliosa. La tranquilita del lago. Lo staff non ci ha parlato mai. Non c'era un atmosfera molto accogliente. C'erano tante vespe nella stanza dov'era servita la prima colazione. |

Ho apprezzato solo la posizione geografica Albergo obsoleto in decadimento. Camera terribile. Sulla Vs. ricevuta di prenotazione avete indicato camera di mq. 12 con balcone e vista lago. La camera assegnataci era al max di 8 mq. con arredamento preistorico e difficoltà ad aprire la porta del bagno (anch'esso obsoleto) e quella del balconcino che era sporco (con erba dalle piastrelle). Fortunatamente c'era almeno la vista lago. La cena è stata poco piacevole con prezzi non consoni al cibo datoci. Insomma una porcheria. Scarsa pure la colazione. Consiglio di cancellarlo dal Vs. elenco degli alberghi consigliati |
