the hotel is built on an amazing location, overlooking the lake; even the cars in the parking have a breath-taking view! from the entrance level there are three storeys above and one storey below; our room was on the storey below (below the parking, that is); it looks like the rooms on this level are carved in the rock; there was a verandah between the room proper and the balcony overlooking the lake; when we arrived at the hotel it had just stopped raining and there was incredibly intense rainbow at our feet! breakfast is good and the waiter was extremely kind! having to pay for WiFi access

The views from the jotel terrace are stunning. The hotel needs some refurbishment- you can see the ambition to be fancy, but unfortunately it is all in the past. The room is a bit small, the staff is a bit arrogant. Was OK for one night, but would not recommend for a longer stay.

It was very nice. Unfortuantely we were there while a wedding padding was there so it was noisey, but everything else was lovely, especially the view over the lake. Perfect for weddings and romantic weekends thin walls so quite noisey if a lot of guests

The hotel wap rally nice with very serviceminded staff and the people in the reception was realy helpful and friendly. The hotel had à Great location in Castell Gandolfo with an extraordinar and wonderful view overlooking Albano Lake! I was a little disappointed with the rom we got. It was à very nice view overlooking the lake but we were placed in the area of the conference dep. Which was à little bit off. The, so called, swimmingpool at the terrace of the hotel was very small and dirty. We didnt want to use it at all.

La posizione èPessima la pulizia della camera,ragnatele e polvere dappertutto toglierei e butterei le mantovane ricoperte di polvere per non parlare dei mobili intarsiati con polvere e un tavolino che in origine era nero ora è grigio sempre ricoperto di polvere. Nel bagno non c'era nulla o quasi, un solo asciugamano per la doccia,luce bassissima,addirittura il dispencer con il sapone liquido,roba da autogril. Quelle grepe...ricordo che quella è zona sismica...chi mi risponde? La signora rosa sarà andata in un altro hotel.

Nel complesso raccomanderei l'hotel, le stanze e il bagno sono confortevoli e puliti, e il personale è gentile e disponibile a dare consigli su dove mangiare, come muoversi nei dintorni. La vista dall'hotel e dalla sala colazione, peraltro valida e abbondante, è spettacolare. Non considererei però quest'hotel come un 4 stelle, avrebbe bisogno di una buona ristrutturazione! Il prezzo che abbiamo avuto tramite booking tuttavia non mi sembra neanche da un 4 stelle, quindi nel complesso siamo rimasti più che soddisfatti.

Ottima posizione, parcheggio interno, spettacolare vista lago direttamente dalle stanze. Nel complesso la struttura e' molto bella e signorile. Necessita di un po' di manutenzione in piu'.

In bellissima posizione ed in paesino pulito,pieno di fascino e di storia. Apprezzato il ricchissimo buffet delle colazioni. Buoni i collegamenti con Roma.Simpatiche le numerose osterie L'hotel necessita di interventi di restauro degli intonaci estreni

La posizione dell' hotel è molto comoda sia per raggiungere il centro di castel gandolfo sia per scendere giù al lago.La camera che ci hanno assegnato era bellissima con una vista lago mozzafiato. La colazione era abbastanza soddisfacente. La signora alla reception è molto gentile e disponibile. Torneremo sicuramente!
