De locatie is schitterend en het personeel is vriendelijk. De schoonmaak kan beter. Jammer dat het ontbijt binnen wordt geserveerd (slechts 1 raam, laag bij de grond gelegen). Voor een 4 sterren accommodatie is het ontbijt te karig. Jammer dat het water in het zwembad niet gefilterd wordt (geen roosters waardoor het water in beweging blijft), het water zag er niet aantrekkelijk uit om een duik in te nemen. |

De ligging van het hotel is fantastisch. Het zwembad is ook erg mooi; erg landelijk gelegen met een fantastisch uitzicht. Rust is hier zeker in ruime mate aanwezig. Goede uitvalsbasis om steden als Siena en Florence te bezoeken. Er was een keuken aanwezig volgens de website, alleen geen keukeninrichting. Toen we hierom vroegen vertelde men ons dat je hiervoor moest bijbetalen? Uiteindelijk hebben we 2 borden, 2 glazen en (2) bestek ontvangen, maar dit ging m.i. niet van harte. Op jullie website lijkt me het beter om hier melding van te maken. |

L'accueil et la réception tout au long du séjour ainsi que le coin piscine La chambre 19 qui nous a été allouée est une dépendance située à 200 m en contrebas du castel ce qui ne nous a pas été signifié au moment de la location |
