On the first day the aircondition was not working, on the second day we were given another room, the rooms and especially the bathroom is very small, on the website of the hotel it said that it was renovated recently which i do not think it is true. |

The hotel is perfectly situated in the city center of Rome. It is clean and not expensive. When we booked the hotel we were very clear about the inportance of having a functional air conditioner. We got the confirmation that that wouldn´t be a problem. The second night wasn´t the airconditioner on. When we pointed that out to the staff in the morning, they said that they were aware of that, but that it had been repaired. But the following night it still wasn´t on. |

The location is ideal. Close to shops, sightseeing, bus transportation Too noisy, almost impossible to sleep with open windows. An improvement could be airconditioning. Our room was small. We would also suggest renovation of bathrooms. |

We booked a room with airconditioning because at this time of year it is very hot in Rome but when we got there the airconditioning was not working and they were unable to repair it in two days so we had to shorten our stay and leave a day earlier. The room was also extremely noisy. |

The staff were fine. The hotel has small rooms that are too hot and located in a noisy area. The washrooms are small and poorly designed. There was no shower curtain so the whole bathroom was continuously soaked after having a shower. Transportation was difficult and it was a long walk to everything. We would gladly have paid more for something better. We thought we were going to be somewhere nice and we were wrong. |

Location. The hotel is right in the middle of Rome. Really just a 10 minute walk from the Colosseum, Trevi and the Pantheon. Perfect for people who want to see the city. The room was Tiny and had no window. This hotel is no more than a place to sleep and shower. |

The location is excellent!!!The best! Room was newly renovated but quite dark. For couple nights it was ok, for longer stay it's too small. The bathroom was really small. Cleaning ladies were quite noisy in the mornings. |

location, clean, refurbished 11/08. Third time staying there. Can't beat the location. Could walk everywhere. Vatican bus stops out front. This is a typical European hotel with small rooms. It is not an American hotel with large rooms. In the summer it is air conditioned. For a fee they will send someone to pick you up and take you back to the airport. no breakfast but place to get breakfast next door |

Great location! Just over 5 mins walk to the Trevi Fountain, opposite Piazza Venizia and 10 Mins walk from the Colloseum. Within easy reach of the train station and bus stop just outside for the Vatican. Very good value for money. Room was very small and crapmed and only had 2 very small windows. The bathroom was also very small and cramped. There was also no mirror in the bedroom. |

Location is great, price is good, but.... The rooms are extremely small, the shower was tiny (for real). You can hear everything from one room to another. At 3 a.m. we heard a man running all over the floor, breathing fast, who tried to open crazzily all the room doors! We panic! In the morning we asked at the lobby and they didnt even know what we were talking about...(for real). |
