It was at the very centre of Rome. It wasn't what I expected to see. The photos in your site are not real. |

the hotel has a great location and good coffe shops near by. at first we got a terrible room... but after we complained about it they switched us to a superior room with no extra fee - nice and clean room. the hotel is very expenssive and offers very little in return, accept for the very good location. do not fall for the pictures on the website. the hotel is very old and dull. I think it would be nice if the hotel offered its guests at list free coffe/tea/water and t.v in the sitting room (there is no breakfast) |

On the plus side, it was always clean and cleaned; the bed was comfortable and the bed, bed-head and lights were of a good quality. Towels were changed daily (they had to be as there was no ventilation in the bathroom). The positioning was perfect – right in the middle of the City; we could and did walk everywhere. Our room was appalling: There was no window in the room, which was under the eaves. A skylight in the lobby was covered by a blind that fell on my head - metal casing and all - and was dangerous. The bed was tucked under the eaves, giving very limited headroom and I bumped my head many times. The power-point for the television was broken and there was no remote control (the janitor did fix these two items). The sole provision for hanging/storing clothes was a rail above the mini-bar (more later), which was too short and fell down whenever you tried to hang things from it. Lots more wrong; no space to say so. This hotel should have its three stars removed. |

Easy access to the city from the hotel location No access to control the ac at the room, I had to call the room service every time to increase or decrease the room temperature. The housekeeping staffs were very loud talking every morning at the hallway that didn’t have any carpet and which made them even louder due to the echo and their loud laughs and that made it impossible to sleep (unwanted weak up call). Inside the Room. The rooms are extremely small with no facility what so ever. Thin bed covers, not good for winter or cold room temperature. Only Italian TV channels. No closet, just bar to hang your clothes. Bathroom, reminds me of Barbie house. It was not clean when I arrived just like the room’s walls. Over all experience, this hotel got nothing but its locatio |

Great location, a short walk from any of Rome's major tourist attractions. Hard to find. Small rooms. Bed sheets were too thin and it was difficult to get extra blankets. Bad smell from a/c during the night. No internet access. |

Hotel staff was more than wonderful. So helpful! The location was perfect! Really in the centre. Bathroom was terrible, small, old, not functioning good. Elevator was hot like a sauna! |

excellent location the air conditioning was horrible, sometimes worked sometimes didn't. When it did, it was like the north pole and when didn't like a desert. The room didn't have any windows either. For the money you pay, I think you expect to have something better. |

The closeness to all the main attractions It was a little too cold at night. The Air Con did not have any adjustment buttons to ensure that I was happy with the temperature at night. But once I had a duvet cover I was happy. The shower was slightly too small. |

convenient location the first night they gave us a no air conditioned room under 34 degree Celsius. it was so hot and noisy to the point that we couldn't sleep at all. So we complained and then the next day they gave us another room with very little air conditioning. Their website on 'how to get there' is wrong, the metro station stated is 25 mins walk away and there is another station just 10 mins walk that they didn't state. |

Det må opplyses at det er flere hotellrom som ikke har vinduer, det er derfor ikke mulig å lufte. det var vannskader og råte på flere av rommen. Vi måtte bytte rom og personlatet var sur og litte villige. |
