Great location, classy building, nice pool, quiet No internet available officially but there was an open wifi point that could be used. Quite expensive for the service level, no check in the evening, no luggage carried to the room. |

We found the hotel quiet and clean, with a great view of Lake Garda.No restaurant or breakfast facilities are provided - strictly self-catering, but with well-equipped kitchen for preparing cold meals (plus microwave). The hotel is a little out of the town centre of Desenzano, so either a car is necessary or good legs to walk back up the hill. |

The location was beautiful. The pool was great. The farmhouse nextdoor had wonderful food. Overall it was a great experience. Only difficult thing was initially finding the hotel. |

The apartment was great! The rooms were large and spacious, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the grounds were beautiful -- amazing views of the lake! The staff was polite. They had a table full of information for local attractions, which was helpful. Based on other reviews we knew to bring a few basic cleaning supplies (Clorox and Windex wipes, dish soap and sponge, etc.). Still, I've never encountered that anywhere else I've stayed. It is a little out of the way and I wouldn't recommend it if you are not driving. But with a car it was plenty convenient. |

Very nice, comfortable appartments, nice position of hotel, beautiful view to lake Garda, nice surrounding, huge garden There isnt any market nearby and the hotel dont offer food. |

L'appartamento era molto confortevole, spazioso e dotato di tutto il necessario per soggiornare anche con bambini piccoli. Mancava il phon in entrambi i bagni. |

Hotellet hadde praktfull beliggenhet med flott utsikt over Gardasjøen. Hotellet hadde en fin italiensk og landlig atmosfære. Det var også et fint utgangspunkt for å reise til Milano, Venezia og Verona. Mykere senger! |

Spettacolare, la vista...il comfort...appartamenti ben tenuti...probabilmente perchè in bassa stagione ho trovato un appartamento per 2 persone a 65 euro. Ma ne vale molti di più forse migliorabili le indicazioni per raggiungere l'hotel |

Fantastico, ottima posizione non esiste alcun rumore di fondo, ho soggiornato in bilocale con balcone e la vista sul lago e sirmione era fantastica, poco lontano da desenzano e facile da trovare (si trovano le indicazioni) ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Vicino (30mt) si trova un ristorante tipico,visto che il castello ne è sprovvisto. Tutto perfetto, nonostante la presenza di appartamenti con cucina integrerei un servizio almeno di colazione a buffet. |

liegt wunderschön und die Anlage vom Garten ist sehr gepflegt also im allem eine guter Tip + den Restaurant der 30 m vom Castello ist auch ein guter tip |
