Beautiful facility and spectacular views. We wanted a glass of wine before dinner and the bar was not open. The young woman at the front desk brought two glasses of wine and a bowl of olives to our room. Restaurant had limited menu. No porter available upon arriving. |

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff were helpful and friendly and the hotel itself is quite striking with panoramic views. Being a late riser I was happy that my room was cleaned around my routine so I was never disturbed by noises in the corridor. I would definitely stay here again. It was a shame that the pool had not been cleaned the days I would have liked to have had a swim. |

Il paesino di Loreto Aprutino al quale l'hotel fa da corona merita, come del resto i dintorni, una visita. Gastronomia eccellente ovunque ed estrema cortesia. In particolare l'offerta menù dell'hotel è davvero imperdibile. Cosa dire di più. Io ho promesso di ritornarci. |

Il Castello Chiola e il panorama che offrono le sue spaziosissime camere, vi lasceranno senza fiato. La gente del posto è molto cordiale. Per gli amanti della carne c'è l'imbarazzo della scelta, perchè in tutti i ristorantini della zona è di ottima qualità. |

Bardzo miło wspominamy pobyt w Castello Chiola. Pokoje są odpowiednio wyposażone, przestronne, komfortowe. Basen przy hotelu niewielki ale czysty, stoliki, leżaki, parasole oraz ręczniki są dostępne dla gości. Obsługa kelnerska przy basenie również. Serwowane śniadania przepyszne. Atrakcyjne okolice do zwiedzana, muzea. Niewielu turystów. Uważam że kuchnia, potrawy jakie oferowane są w restauracji nie są atrakcyjne. Niestety nie spróbowałem niczego co chciałbym zjeść ponownie. Ponadto obsługa kelnerska nie posługuje się językiem obcym (angielskim czy niemieckim) w związku z tym nie ma możliwości dowiedzieć się co oferuje restauracja, porozumieć się i zamówić to na co rzeczywiście miałoby się ochotę ! To było dużym problemem! Dyrektor hotelu mało kontaktowy. |
