Castello Dal Pozzo  

A gorgeous hotel, with lovely spacious rooms, meeting areas, etc. They are planning to add a wellness center/spa to make it destination.

The location--Aside from the castle, nothing really there. But it's near Arona and Lake Maggiore. Very hard to find.

Friendly staff and nice rooms. Clean and quiet.

I liked staying at Palazzo dal Pozzo and enjoyed visiting the Castle for we didn't actually stayed in the Castle.

It's dusty. It needs better maintenance in that aspect for you can smell it when you go inside the Castle and in the rooms of the Palazzo. Everything needs to be dusted out and I noticed that was not the case. Last was the Buffet breakfast. For a 5 star hotel is by no means a buffet breakfast. It could be for European Standards, not for my American Standards.

Breakfast buffet was good. Since dinner prices were excessive, we were forced to go down to Arona to fend for ourselves.

If you can find this hotel, you should deserve a prize. Our "superior" room was comfortable enough to look at but had three major flaws: The room temperature was 85 degrees fahrenheit, church bells rang literally outside our window every 30 minutes and occasional melodies are played and mosquitoes were biting. Why did we open our window? Because the a/c had been shut off for fall and their heat was due to be turned on later in the week. We thought the A/C/heat control was just working poorly rather than not working at all because the clerk was careful to show us the control when she showed us the room. They spayed for mosquitoes with an air freshener.

We stayed at in the Palazzo (annexe) building, in a junior suite. The room was excellent, as were the breakfasts. The staff were incredibly helpful, and on one afternoon, provided a guided tour of the Castello, after we had merely asked to look around. The accompanying restaurant, "le Fief", provided wonderful food on the two occasions we dined there, and the waiting staff were helpful and attentive.

What a gem. The staff was wonderful. My wife and I stayed 3 nights and loved it. We would highly recommend the Castello Dal Pozzo.

le stanze erano molto confortevoli, come il resto dell'albergo. il ristorante era ottimo e anche la musica di sottofondo era molto rilassante. la colazione era ampia e gradevole e ci è piaciuto il fatto che il garage era gratis e molto grande ed inoltre che il wi-fi era in tutta la struttura gratuita.

peccato che non è stata finita la zona spa con la piscina.

un posto davvero incantevole, comodo e confortevole. Con la tessera della stanza è possibile accedere anche al castello e visitare il parco, in primavera o estate penso che sia ancora meglio

la locotion è molto particolare, con camere ricche di charme arredate con gusto ....consigliabile a chi ama la tranquillità e ritrovarsi in un ambiente d'altri tempi con tutti i servizi dell'era moderna ....personale gentile e qualificato ...

Straordinario, ricco di glamour...curato nei minimi dettagli. lo consiglio a tutti

Нас возил таксист кругами ,чтобы не выезджать на автобан,когда мы проехали на 20 км больше,то персонал отеля сказал,что так тоже можно ехать.Утром нас повезла в аэропорт их машина,почему то правильно .

La disponibilité et l'amabilité du personnel - le fait qu'il parle français - le calme et le confort - le parking en sous-sol - l'environnement - les produits de bain.

Le fait d'avoir du réclamer deux fois pour que les poubelles de la chambre soient vidées - le niveau moyen des produits servis au petit déjeuner - le réfrigérateur qui ne refroidit pas bien -

J ai aimé le site dans cet ancien bâtiment ,très bien rénové .

Pas de balcon, pas de piscine, pas de parc, n est pas à la hauteur d un 5 étoiles

Jo pelkkä hotelli palatseineen on nähtävyys mutta vielä paremmaksi sen tekee henkilökunnan uskomattoman hyvä palvelu ja paikan loistava sijainti. Varsinkin lasten kanssa matkustaessa loistopaikka majoittua, lyhyen matkan päässä monia kohteita huvipuistosta ihastuttaviin kyliin, henkilökunta todella kielitaitoista ja palvelu ihan uudella tasolla esim. järjestivät silmänräpäyksessä ratsastusretken vaikka se tulikin mieleen ihan äkkiseltään ja hoitivat pöytävarauksetkin ravintoloihin lähikaupunkiin valmiiksi. Hinta-laatu suhde enemmän kuin kohdallaan koska paikka on todella luxustasoinen ja paikan oma ravintolakin ihan huippuluokkaa. Taatusti vierailemme uudestaan!!!

Ainoa miinus oli se että paikka oli hieman hankala löytää. Jopa taksikin kertaalleen eksyi

Плохое обслуживание , агрессивно настроенный персона, плохое расположение. Считаю , что ни за какие деньги там делать нечего. Потеря времени и денег. Очень плохой отель!
