The castle was amazing and a lovely place in which to wander and simply be. The grounds were beautiful and spacious, wonderful for relaxing. Unfortunately, the kitchen was a disappointment. The castle currently has three chefs and there is little consistency from nite to nite, even in the same dish. Also, though the waiters were charming and attentive, they are generally not well informed about what was supposed to be arriving from the kitchen, which often did not arrive with the ingredients listed on the menu. Also, the room in which our friends stayed was rather musty and caused their allergies to flare up.

The Castello looked wonderful, a castle in lovely ground on a hill above Perugia. The interiors were atmospheric, and stylish. Nothing matched the look of the Castello. The staff were almost non- existent, once we had checked in. Quality in the dining room was very uneven, and service poor

Very comfortable and in peaceful surroundings. Staff helpful and fluent in English. The room rate gives excellent value for money; we were sorry we stayed for only one night as there's a lot to be seen in the area and this is a good place from which to do so. Teenage sons thought it was really cool.

The castle is nice and well preserved. Booking for a castle room will not guarantee you that you will stay in one!! We booked for a special occasion and, without being informed beforehand, we were told that a mistake caused an overbooking and we (booking.com clients) had to move and sleep in some other hotel (close by, no castle) for the second night! Romance turned to disappointment.Having our 5-months old baby with all her staff with us made moving difficult. We still cannot figure out why we (from booking.com) had to move to another hotel and not the other client.

Il Castello è situato in una località panoramica e beneficia della tranquillità della campagna. E' molto vicino alla città ed è quindi comodo anche sotto questo aspetto. I servizi sono moderni. La struttura è invece pregevolmente antica. Si raccomanda una visita al Solarium che abbraccia il panorama a 360 gradi. L'accoglienza è cordiale.

L'atmosfera un po' romantica....anche se un po' decadente Il bagno non era assolutamente all'altezza di un 4 stelle. C'era ruggine sulla struttura della cabina doccia, lo scarico non funzionava benissimo, c'era calcare su tutta la rubinetteria.

Meraviglisa struttura, da un castello non puoi pretendere di più. Scarsa professionalità nel ristorante, penosi I menù. Non puoi presentare un foglio fotocopiato per la descrizione delle pietanze!!!

Ottimo il ristorante per la cena, il personale alla reception è sempre disponibile e cordiale, i particolari della hall principale e la biblioteca sono davvero eccezionali. Il personale che prepara la colazione non è sempre attento alle necessità degli ospiti e molto lento nel servizio.

Posto suggestivo, romantico, fiabesco. Siamo stati accolti benissimo, tutto molto pulito e curato. I bagni divini con vasca idromassaggio. Un posto molto strategico per visite a perugia, assisi, spello, gubbio tutto nell'arco di 20km Colazione abbondante. Se proprio devo trovare una pecca la piscina del castello piccola, le sdraio e le sedie non sono sufficienti quando la struttura è piena. I giorni trascorsi in questo meraviglioso Castello sono volati.

Situation idéale pour visiter la région. Havre de verdure où l'on se montre soucieux de satisfaire les désirs des clients. Nous sommes très contents de notre choix. La formule proposée pour le dîner nous a paru trop coûteuse ( nous sommes restés toute une semaine). Il a donc fallu que nous ressortions le soir, heureusement nous avons trouvé un ristorante pizzeria dans un village voisin.
