Our stay in Castello Di Gabbiano is one of our most memorable moments in our Europe Trip. The place is so enchanting, marvelous, magnificent. We felt like Prince and Princess even in a short while. The ambience is perfect for honeymooners. A perfect venue for a wedding! The food and wine is great. This hotel is highly recommended. Great value for your money.

Excellent, Breath taking. Plan to stay there again for more than one night. The restaurant was superb.

This was my favorite place in Italy. It had a lot of charm. The wine is great and the restaurant was fabulous. The couple who manage the castle and winery we very gracious and friendly. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

This hotel is a castle on a hill in a working vineyard. The room we had was comfortable, clean, spacious, and simple. The setting is very serene and beautiful and quiet. Pictures on the website do not capture the gorgeous views of Italy's wine country or the secluded swimming pool. A vehicle is necessary unless you plan to simply enjoy the quiet country setting for a few days. We enjoyed driving to a few of the small villages nearby and the Tuscan food at the restaurant within walking distance (closed Mondays). The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and I would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely gorgeous location -- beautiful outdoor grounds and the castle was brilliant.

We stayed there on a Monday night and most of the city was closed. The restaurant was closed and there was no where to get food. But Cornelia (staff) personally drove us out to get food. They were so hospitable and made sure we were ok. If we did it all over again, we'd rent a car. And would avoid Monday!

Great location for seeing the Tuscany area. Welcoming venue with an excellent restaurant and wine tour at the castle. Rooms are a good size and accomodating.

The building was fantastic and a great back drop The local scenery was delightful and being in the middle of the vineyard was excellent The room was spacious and well decorated Breakfast was excellent and a delight to have it on the lawn in the morning Great gardens for chilling out Pretty looking pool

Reception staff were not available all the time, and we did need help that we could not get The wine from the vineyard is available but it seemed at a 50 % premium to what it is in the local shops which seemed wrong.... We paid double the external cost for a wine tasting tour which didn't make sense.... No one in reception to help with directions to florence or the local area. Help not available when needed The noise from other guests echoes through the castle

the geographic position and style of forniture

The price is not fair because it`s an agritourism and not a hotel. There is no service, the garden was not ready for guests. There were no sunchairs - only after request - and the poolarea with the wonderful view over the tuscany hills was closed. Even the restaurant was closed. So we had to trive a lot for eating. If you compair the price to other agritourism facilities in the region the price is more than unfair

Der Service, das Zimmer und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis (zu teuer)

... die exquisite Anlage in ausgesprochen schöner Lage; ... die Ausstattung mit zwei großen Sälen zum Aufenthalt im Haus; ... der aufmerksame Service; ... die absolute Ruhe; ... der Hofhund, der sich durch nichts aus der Ruhe bringen lässt.

... kein Telefon und kein TV in den günstigeren Zimmern.

Il vino!!!

Il castello è molto bello, l'esterno è bellissimo! il bagno era grande, bello il giro per la cantina e buoni vini, peccato per l'accoglienza e le stanze brutte e vecchie!

Le stanze molto vecchie, con degli arredi molto usati! terrbile accogleinza, per neinte gentili, quasi irrispettosi, servizio -10! peccato perchè è un luogo molto bello, si vede che per loro è più importante la loro cantina che i loro ospiti!

WLAN-Erreichbarkeit in den Zimmern war nicht ausreichend

A une dizaine de kilomètres de l'axe rapide Florence - Sienne, le château offre une vue panoramique sur les monts toscans avoisinants. La piscine est grande et chaude. Le dîner le soir au restaurant Il cavaliere situé au milieu des vignes est très agréable.

Les portes de chambre très anciennes n'apportent qu'une faible isolation acoustique. Il est difficile de bouger sans réveiller le conjoint (qualité du matelas à revoir)

El entorno es espectacular. Finca rodeada de viñedos con una piscina con vistas a los mismos. El restaurante merece la pena probarlo.

Le falta cuidar el ambiente un poco. Música, velas, ... El producto es fantástico aunque le faltan esos pequeños detalles que lo harían francamente especial.

Plassen var helt fantastisk. Må oppleves. Dyrt var det, men vi bodde som kongelige, og suitene var fantastisk. Vinsmakingen må oppleves. Disse vinene er blandt de beste vi har smakt. Bassenget var helt topp, og frokosten var bra.

Do castelo , tinha uma vista maravilhosa, fui bem tratado , apesar de um numero reduzido de pessoal, o quarto e o banheiro eram otimos.

Na minha reserva constou um CEP errado e fui parar em outra cidade.
