The rooms and baths were clean. An off season October visit yielded a ghost town effect with many hotels restaurants and businesses closed until spring. The location was a few blocks from the beach. There were limited 'sea' views from only a hand full of rooms. Other views of the sea were blocked by higher buildingse narrow street. |

The location was very good. The Staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Marco and Mario spoke good English, and advised us of the best places to eat out - ( and with the exception of one, were very good). The restaurant on the beach was very good and a very relaxing place to spend an evening. More choice at breakfast, eggs would be a good idea! and a facility to toast your bread. If you are staying out of season - mid September onwards or you experience bad weather you will need to hire a car as there isn't much to do in the immediate area. |

The hotel is very clean, modern and built with very good quality materials and fixtures. All areas were spotless and the staff very friendly (although the patron could do with learning to smile and say hello) . Reception staff spoke english and french which helped a lot. The room was just as good and everything worked. Breakfast was fine but not exceptional. Right in the heart of the beach part of San Paolo most things were close to hand. The fish restaurant on the beach was really good and the little bar just down from the hotel, excellent for a beer and sandwich. Not overly impressed with the other bars/restaurants in the town and tended to go to San Teodoro in the evenings. Quiet local beach with great view. No internet access in the hotel or anywhere we could find in the town. Found a very good free wifi bar in San Teodoro. Parking can be difficult and watch out for badly signed no parking stretch at the end of the street. Looked like a good revenue generator for the town police. Went to Olbia once but a traffic filled hell hole....avoid! |

The Hotel was very Tidy, it is family-run und therefore very friendly. The rooms and bath are spacious and you will get a very well breakfast with Fruits, the Best Italien Coffee, croissants, Yoghurt and as well bread and ham. The staff gives you helpful hints to get around. Some members of the Hotel-staff speak a very good English (that is not always the case in Italy). The town is very pretty but also very nice. The Hotel-Bar offers drinks to a very good price. Prices of the Restaurants in the Town are pretty high - but we found out that this is in this region a standard-price (€ 35 per person) |

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly which created a relaxing atmosphere. The location was great for the small Port, beaches and restauarants, and also as a base for exploring the region. |

Friendly staff and god clean rooms. One thing for improvement would be to have a proper meal service apart from breakfast. |

We very much liked the efficiency of the staff and the cleanliness of the room. The hotel was ideally situated for the beach, the port and the town. If we were to make a criticism, it would be the noise from the plumbing in other rooms. Also in Room 104, there was an intriguing piece of tubing hanging from the bedroom ceiling. |

The hotel has been recently renovated and is a very very clean and tidy place. There are many reastaurants nearby so it's easy to choose somewhere to eat out in the evening. The staff are are very helpful. There are free beach umbrellas for the guests so you don't have to buy one or pay for it on the beach. Some of the employees speak very little English. It was not an issue for us as we speak Italian but we witnessed some situations when guests had big problems getting across what they wanted to get or be informed about. |

Enjoy the view across the centre of Olbia from the roof terrace at Hotel Panorama. Opened in 2009, this modern hotel features a luxury wellness centre. |
Our recently-built hotel is situated in the small village of Murta Maria on the SS 125 eastern coastal road, near Costa Smeralda Airport, the port and the centre of Olbia. |
The hotel is ideally situated both in the centre of Olbia and tucked away from the noise and traffic on a peaceful road near the main street, Viale Aldo Moro. |
Hotel Maxim offers a relaxing environment and elegant rooms in Mediterranean style. You will be within easy reach of central VIa Aldo Moro, gateway to the Emerald Coast. |
