There is nothing much to like about this hotel. Address of hotel cannot be found in GPS, hotel looked spooky from outside, there is no elevator service and therefore definitely a no-no for elderly travellers with luggages. Room is nothing fantastic and sound insulation is bad, bad insulation with cold air rushing into the room from under the slit of the door. The bare feet almost suffer from frost bite touching the tile flooring. I wonder how in the first place they gotten a FOUR STARS rating. This is definitely wrong.

Very quiet stay. Staff couldn't do enough for me. Nice walk up to the monastery in the evening. Far from town but that was good because I like silence :)

Prachtig kasteel in een rustige omgeving. Het ontbijt is ondermaats. De badkamer, en dan vooral de douche, was veel te klein. Onze kamer was nogal ouderwets en kaal ingericht.

Belle restauration. 1. Un seul membre du personnel (nombreux) est efficace ! 2. Arrivée : Airco ne fonctionnait pas - Il manquait les essuies de bain - le coffre-fort ne fonctionnait pas ....(piles !!!!) A chaque fois : 2 étages soit 6 au total !!!! (+ 2 pour les bagages, mais on est aidé ... heureusement) 3. Hotel de 12 chambres et à 13 h j'avisais que la chambre n'était pas faite. On mange jusque 15h30 (1 plat!!!!) puis on me demande d'attendre en bas, car on va bientôt faire la chambre !!!! qui était plus que minuscule. Et par ces températures l'airco n'a jamais fonctionné à mon goût, car ils sont bridés !!!! 4. La piscine est minuscule et je n'ai pas osé m'y aventurer vu la clarté douteuse de l'eau. 5. Les 'lettini" sur la piscine sont lattis en bois !!!! c'est un peu dur pour y prendre un bain de soleil. 6. On vous offre l'apéritif (pro secco et un petit quelque chose ?) mais si vous prenez vos repas au restaurant c'est le "coup de fusil" 7. A part le bâtiment (beau), mais sans ascenseur, je ne recommanderais pas cet hôtel 4 étoiles avec le même service qu'un 2 étoiles à Termini, mais avec des prix exhorbitants (140 euros/par nuit !!!!) A ce prix il me semble qu'on peut espérer mieux ? !!!! Il me semble

La posizione, la gentilezza del personale Pulizia camere da migliorare, camera matrimoniale ma alcune dotazioni erano per camera singola, fastidio per le zanzare. Tutto migliorabile con un minimo di attenzione in più.

Das Castello ist eine Oase der Ruhe , Ideal auf dem Weg zum Urlaub oder der Heimreise um nochmals zu entspannen.Das Essen ist absolut das Highlight , der Junge Koch weiss wie man seine Gäste verwöhnt mit einem exquisiten Essen. Wünsche dürfen angebracht werden . Ich hatte halben Hummer dann ein wunderbares Rindsfilet , zart und auf den Punkt gebraten wie ich es haben wollte ( das ganze habe ich auf der schönen Aussen Terrasse gegessen die sehr romantisch angelegt ist)Das Dessert ein Traum, Sckoladenkuchen mit Schoko Eis. Preis Leistung mehr als gut. Das ist Personal sehr aufmerksam , man fühlt sich sehr wohl .
