Basic principles of this restaurant are the quality search of food, as well as an organic selection of all the ingredients.
Its traditional and creative dishes are made of simple and accurate elaborations, while their decorations exalt taste, scent and colour of food without altering their identity.
Bread is made of selected flours and baked in an old wood-oven; extra-virgin olive oil is homemade, vegetables and herbs cultivated in the castle’s garden.

VILLA:

Rome can be reached easily along the SS.3 Via Flaminia with a rail connection via Falconara and Orte.
Fano is 45 kilometres away from Raffaello Sanzio Airport at Falconara (Ancona) where there are daily flights to and from many national and international destinations.

For pilgrims, there is also the famous Sanctuary of the Virgin Mary at Loreto, one of the major pilgrimage destinations during the year 2000 Jubilee and, a short distance away, the Umbrian city of Assisi, where St Francis was born.
