The garten is beautiful and we liked the cats wandering around in the garden. For our purpose, that is as an exibitor in the Florence Biennale, the Fortessa de Basso was nearby and very easy to visit every day. The hotel is also very close to the inner city and no problem to walk in the vicinity. The room was cosy and the linen and towels were always clean and fresh. The prints (etches) in the foyer are beautiful. The breakfast was really very boring. A variation of bread or buns would be very nice as well as some fresh fruit. A face lift of the interior as well as furniture, with nice paintings or prints in the rooms would put you on a higher level of accommodation. It will be very nice of some of the personel would be more friendly - a smile costs nothing but are so important.

Gostei da localização, o cafe da manha é razoável mas bem pobre e os funcionários são educados O quarto é velho faz frio barulho e o banheiro é horrível ! Realmente precisa de uma boa reforma !

Местоположение. Возможность оставить машину на парковке на via 20 Settembre (пешком до отеля 10 минут) с 13.00 до 09.00 за 1,9 евро. Бронировали два номера для некурящих. № 132 был очень сильно прокурен, на столе стояла пепельница. Попросил поменять номер, сказали, что все претензии к booking. Тогда я показал подтверждение бронирования, по которому бронировались номера только для некурящих, на что был ответ, что в отеле все номера для курящих. Я сказал, что № 120 у нас нормальный. Номер нам не поменяли. Когда спишь на пахнущей кислым табаком постели приятного мало. Ещё был непонятным момент. При размещении попросили заплатить налог 3 евро именно в день прибытия, зачем, если это можно было сделать при убытии?

Posizione ottimale per la visita della città. Letto molto comodo. A una tariffa molto conveniente può essere un'opzione. Moquette nei corridoi inguardabile. Bagno in camera così così (abbiamo preferito rimandare la doccia al giorno dopo). Atmosfera generale piuttosto trasandata.

繁華街のわりに庭側の部屋だった為静かで良かった。お庭が綺麗で気持ちがホッとした。ダブルベッドをシング- ル2つに変更してくれるよう頼んだが、気持ち良く替えてもらえて良かった。 シャワーだけだったが熱いお湯が出てよかった。裏は広い公園で駅からの地の利はよい。 値段が安いので仕方がないが食事が手のかからない物ばかりで、卵やハムや野菜がないのが残念だった。

Вид из окна на купол Дуомо! Уютный внутренний дворик с клумбами с тропической растительностью и прудиком с рыбками, в котором установлены столики, где можно замечательно отдохнуть вечером или завтракать.

La posizione e' strategica e comodissima per visitare la citta', alla reception sono molto gentili e disponibili per ogni tipo di informazione. La camera sulla strada e' piuttosto rumorosa, x un disguido non ci e' stata pulita la stanza e non hanno rimediato in alcun modo, per esempio facendocela pulire al pomeriggio o scontando la mancata pulizia nel conto finale; inoltre si puo' parcheggiare l'auto solo in un garage privato piuttosto caro!
