Alle kinderen tot 2 jaar oud verblijven gratis in het hotel, wanneer er gebruik wordt gemaakt van de reeds aanwezige bedden.
Alle oudere kinderen of volwassenen betalen 100% van het kamertarief per persoon per nacht extra bedden inbegrepen.
Babybedjes zijn niet beschikbaar.
Maximumaantal extra bedden in een kamer: 2.
Extra bedden zijn op verzoek beschikbaar en dienen door het hotel te worden bevestigd.
Toeslagen worden niet automatisch meegerekend in het totaalbedrag en dienen apart te worden betaald in het hotel.

Goedkoop en gunstig gesitueerd, airco op kamer. Goed verzorgd ontbijtbuffet Zeer eenvoudige, kleine kamer. 1 avond mee kunnen genieten van echtelijke ruzie in aangrenzende kamer. Na klagen via receptie hield dit gelukkig snel op. |

The rooms were great and faced the extensive back garden area which was big relative to the hotel and other surrounding buildings. You could easily get to the main sights within the city with 10-15 minutes which we did. The breakfast choice was good. On marathon day they opened up an hour earlier which pleased us runners who were staying and needed the early start. It is near the station as well which is a main hub for alot of people. They could of used proper towels in the bathrroms - they were like tableclothes/tea towels!!! |

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Some of the people at the reception desk were very helpful and informational. We arrived early, before we could check into the hotel, and they had a place where we could leave our bags while we toured the city. The location was good, within a ten to twenty minute walk from everything we wanted to see. We tried to use the phone in the lobby, and it did not work. The guy at the reception desk tried to help us, but it still did not work. The hotel in our room did work, though. Once we asked for directions in finding a bus, and the person at the reception desk was unclear. However, every other time we had questions, the hotel staff was very helpful. |

A very good price-quality balance. Situated in a nice area: little park in the front, university area around the corner. Beautiful little garden in the back. Walking distance to SMN station and city centre. Free breakfast with enough italian style variety: sweet, sweet, sweet! |

The location and the garden The room is very old and the build need a reform because we have the sensation that the slab will fall. The parking is very expensive (almost 30 euro per day), the breakfast is terrible and the dishes are dirty. The staff is ok. |

Great location - easy access to train station and every significant sightseeing. If you like it, you can eat your breakfast in the garden. Breakfast was ok, but i would like more variety. |

So close from the S.M.N station of Firenze. The reasonable low price. There is not refrigerator. Some room's floor is a dirty carpet. Maybe you have to prepare a repellent for mosquito. Breakfast consist few item that is only bread, poor cheese, coffee, juice, yoghourt, apple, cracker etc. |

It was a nice clean hotel and room. The room was a good decent size. The breakfast was awesome and def good. They had internet, but had to go in the lobby to use it. Overall, good place and would recommend it. There wasnt anything too bad except not internet in the room |

The garden was delightful. Reception was very helpful and considerate. Very central for Florence. The rooms needed updating and the frontage needed painting. The towels were like tablecloths would have prefered towelling. The shower was positioned so water was displaced throughout the bathroom. Breakfast was organised so that tables were set with trays which was quite disorientating. |

Proximity to both the central station and the main gallery and specific sites in the centre of the city. Plenty of reasonably priced restaurants within close proximity. A good selection of breakfast options and a beautifully maintained garden. A better quality of bathroom towels would be appreciated |
