Hotel Castri

First,location,it is near station,and also it is convenient for us to walk to tour view.Second, the hotel provide nice breakfast.Third there is a beautiful garden in hotel, you can drink coffee there.

First,the room is near street,there is a little noise, but we are tired it doesn't matter.Second,the bed is a little small,but it is comfortable for me.

Their hospitality is not warm in two meanings: first, the reception is not welcoming at all, and second, the rooms were cold during my stay.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Some of the people at the reception desk were very helpful and informational. We arrived early, before we could check into the hotel, and they had a place where we could leave our bags while we toured the city. The location was good, within a ten to twenty minute walk from everything we wanted to see.

We tried to use the phone in the lobby, and it did not work. The guy at the reception desk tried to help us, but it still did not work. The hotel in our room did work, though. Once we asked for directions in finding a bus, and the person at the reception desk was unclear. However, every other time we had questions, the hotel staff was very helpful.

Great location - easy access to train station and every significant sightseeing. If you like it, you can eat your breakfast in the garden.

Breakfast was ok, but i would like more variety.

Bad Air-conditioner. Room was stinking with Cigarret smoke. Poor cleanliness.

It was a nice clean hotel and room. The room was a good decent size. The breakfast was awesome and def good. They had internet, but had to go in the lobby to use it. Overall, good place and would recommend it.

The garden was delightful. Reception was very helpful and considerate. Very central for Florence.

The rooms needed updating and the frontage needed painting. The towels were like tablecloths would have prefered towelling. The shower was positioned so water was displaced throughout the bathroom. Breakfast was organised so that tables were set with trays which was quite disorientating.

Helpful staff and very safe which are always good things in a new city.

It was fairly close to the train station. The breakfast was pretty good and the garden was nice.

Very clean. Quiet. Yard is an oasis in the middle of the city.
